i looked down at my small and pale mate as her eyes came back to life and a small smile blessed her face i brushed my fingers over her forehead gently causing her eyes to stray to me

what are you smiling about? i asked as i pecked her lips

mmmmmm nothing she said her smile growing bigger as her eyes strayed to the window

i saw her toes curl as she stared out the window i knew internally she wanted to go outside but my wolf would never let her leave this room
