(Y/N) POV

I entered the hospital with Kelly following me.

"She's in this room," I mutter as I open the door. As if nothing changed, David and Indigo were sitting next to Neo

"Your back!" Indigo says as her eyes widen...maybe it was Neo's mother...or maybe it was all the blood on my clothes.

"Kelly...this is my team," I introduce them...but her eyes found Neo instantly.

She was quiet as she made her way to Neo's bedside.

"Wow, you grew up to be a beautiful woman didn't you," Kelly says as she strokes Neo's hair.

She sniffles as she continues

"I remember when you were a little girl, I remember your first words being mommy...It made me so happy!" She says

"How did she get here?" Kelly asks not looking away from Neo.

"She was stabbed," I mutter as I look at my feet

"By who?" She says

"Roman," I say as her gaze turns toward me.

"Where is he?" She asks me with fire in her eyes.

"I.....I took care of him," I say...I felt ashamed. Her piercing eyes tunnelled into my mind

Good

"I see," she mutters keeping the raging storm inside of her head.

"Neo...I'm sorry," she says as tears start coming out of her eyes

"I don't know why I took on that stupid mission," she says as she holds her daughter's hand.

"If only Salem was a simple villain...if only I didn't spend so much time investigating her!" Kelly says quietly.

I looked at Neo's peaceful face as I feel my face moisten.

Neo...please...wake...up

Help me!

I fell over from the sudden respond

"Neo?" I ask from the ground.

"(Y/N), are you ok!" David asks me as I rush to get on my feet

(Y/N) Help me!

"Neo!" I say again as I approach her bedside

"Neo are you there!" I ask as everyone in the room looks at me like I'm crazy.

(Y/N)!!!!

My mind snaps to what Katherine said..."everything is fine with her body...whatever is happening is going on inside her head,"

I reach for her head and I forced my hand to open her eyelid...I say her beautiful pink eye as I concentrate on it

(Y/N) help!

I submerged into darkness as voices fill my head

I'm scared!

I'm lonely!

Someone, please help me!

I don't like him

Help me! Please Help me!

I don't want to be in the dark...it's scary

"Neo!" I yell the loudest I can

"Neo! I'm here Neo!" I yell

(Y/N) Help me!

I'm scared...I'm lonely.

Someone, please help me!

She....didn't hear me...louder! I must yell louder!

"Neo!" I say at the top of my lungs.

Please...someone help!

Think (Y/N) think!

Talk with your mind! Not your mouth!

"Neo! I'm here Neo, I'm here!" I yell

The was silence

"(Y/N)?" Neo thinks

"It's me!" I say in her head

"(Y/N) please help me! It is dark...I'm all alone,"

"Stay calm... you're not alone...you have me," I tell her

"Please...I can't see you,"

"It's ok...I'm right beside...you need to wake up," I say

I see a crack of light in the pitch-black darkness

"Follow the light!" I tell her

"I'm following it,"

My head suddenly exploded in pain as I was sucked out and I find myself back to where I was before I entered Neo's Mind...

I look across the bed and see Kelly looking at me confused.

"Neo?" I ask as I pull my hand away from her eye.

No movement.

Anger fills my face...I failed

I failed her once again.

"What just happened?" Kelly asks me as I shrug.

"I let her down...I left her alone...I should have stay...but I was sucked out," I explain as she looked more confused by the minute

"I'm sorry Neo...I failed you once again," I say as I cry into her hand.

"(Y/N) don't cry,"

"But I failed her...she trusted me and look where it got us," I say

"(Y/N) lookup,"

"And see my failure...I don't want to," I say

"No...you should look up to see your success," the hand I was crying into took a hold of my chin and raised it.

My gaze meet pink and brown coloured eyes as I stare dumbfounded for a while.

"Are you going to say anything?" She asks me

"N-n-Neo?" I ask as she smiles...that beautiful smile.

"That's my name," she giggles as my heart melts.

I look at Kelly and she is all smiles.

"Neo...this is you right?" I ask as she nods

"As real as it gets," she says

"This isn't a dream?" I ask

"No," she responds

"Your awake," I mutter

"Yes, I'm awake," she says

"Your voice!" I say

"Yes, I can talk," she says

"My heart," I say as I clench my chest

"Yes, I have your heart," she says as she weakly grabs my face and pulls it closer to her own.

For the 2nd time, we kissed.

The first was the beginning of her Coma, and the 2nd was the ending of it.

"(Y/N), I want to say this aloud...I love you!" She says as I feel like crying

"Neo!" I mutter as this time, I start the kiss.

"Me too...I love you too," I confess as she smiles.

"You're crushing me," Neo says as I notice I had her in a bear-crushing hug.

"I'm sorry," I say as I hear laughing.

Kelly was giggling and Neo was shocked to see her

"Who is this?" Neo asks as Kelly smiles

"You look just like me," Kelly says as it hits Neo

"Mom!" She says as Kelly nods

Neo didn't know how to take it.

"You don't need to say much...but I'm here now," she says as Neo nods

"Looks like the team is back together," Indigo says smiling.

"Yeah, team MIND is finally back,"
