Madison's POV
*Friday After school*
Thank you Lord its Friday. I don't have to go back to school for two day and my birthday tomorrow. I'm finally gonna be 16.

I wonder what Michaels doing tomorrow since its also his birthday. I wonder how he's doing because ever since that kiss we haven't really talked much. I lay back in my bed and look up at the ceiling. I wonder what I should get him hmm. Then I pulled out my phone to text my friend Alyssa for advice.

*Messages*
Me: Hey can you help me with something
Alyssa: Yeah whats up
Me: What do you think I should get Michael for his birthday tomorrow
Alyssa: Awww that's so cute r u gonna tell him u like him
Me: idk I never thought about it
Alyssa: u should jump on him and wrap ur legs around him and say "Take me home and unwrap me daddy" XD
Me: Hell no I'm not doing that. Your support to be helping me come up with ideas
Alyssa: lol u better do it before I do
Me: Alyssa -_-
Alyssa: ok ok umm.. Maybe something no one else would get him. A hat, food, a ring something like that
Me: I think Imma get him a ring thank you for your help :)
Alyssa: np fam anytime
*End of messages*

I put my phone back in my pocket then get up and go downstairs to ask mom to take me to the mall. When we get to the jewelry store I look around at all the pretty rings, necklaces, and ear rings till I spotted a gold ring that only had an infinity sign on it. It was cute and simple so I decided to get it for him making sure I got the right size (i swear I'm not a creepy stalker I just remember when he told me his ring size) then went home. The box it came in was so cute that I left it like it was. When I got in my room I sat at my desk and put the box in front of me then pulled out a piece of paper and a pencil.

Dear Applehead,
Happy 16th Birthday. I can't believe your 16 your getting old. I'm so happy get to spend another birthday with you and i hope we get to for many more. I know this is random but I just want to say that I really like you. Not as brother/sister or friends, but as in I want to be your girlfriend. I know you said you weren't looking for a relationship but I felt like I needed to tell you. I hope that if you reject me we can still be friends and i hope you won't see me different.

I then let out a big breath while folding the paper and putting it on top of the box. I then change into my PJ's then goes to sleep.

*The next day*

I'm woken up to the feeling of something jumping around in my bed chanting my name telling me to wake up. I open my eyes to see my mom jumping in my bed like a little 5 year old telling me to wake up. Once I sit up she drops down and lands on her knees in my bed and sings happy birthday really loud. "Thank you mom" I said smiling then gives her a hug. "I made you a super birthday breakfast" she said getting out of my bed and walks to my door "Thanks I'll be down in a bit" I said running my eyes yawning "ok" she said then walked downstairs.

Oh my gosh I can't believe in 16. I thought to myself with a big smile while getting up and heading downstairs. After I ate I went upstairs and got ready. I put on a pair of dark blue jeans with rips in them, my "I speak fluent sarcasm shirt", my blue and black with a little bit of white flanel, and a pair of black high top converse and a little black backpack with Michael's present and note inside. Later my mom dropped me off at the mall and said that she would be back to get me in about an hour because she had to do something for work and she didn't want to leave me in the house alone with nothing to do.

When I walk inside I head straight to HotTopic to see if they have any new clothes. As I'm walking there I feel my phone vibrate so I take it out and see its a birthday text from Alyssa. While I'm texting her back and walking I accidentally bump into someone causeing me to drop my phone. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention to where I was going" I said bending down to pick up my phone with out looking at the person.

"No it's ok just make sure you watch where your going ok." says a familiar voice. Then he turns around and when I get back up and look at him I gasp, surprised by who I see.
