This is episode 12 of the Jdrama! I'm changing the plot a bit of this episode to fit with the story.

Y/n was just sleeping on a bench, skipping classes. She woke up to something slapping on her face. She woke up to see candy on her face. She was fast to snatch it then look to see who gave it, eventhough she had a feeling she knew who it was. Nanba smiled down at her but his smile was... weird.

'What's up?' Y/n sat up, yawning.

'I saw a naked woman!'

'... Wanna die?' Y/n took the nearest tree stick.

'N-no! No! Not like that!' He panicked. 'I mean, there is a girl at this school!'

Y/n froze then quickly dropped the stick and went closer to him.

'Who was it?!' Nanba had to lean a bit back since she was really close to his face.

'I don't know. I didn't see her face... I just know she is dressed up as a boy.'

'Euhm, so... what's the plan now?' Y/n leaned away and sat down so Nanba sat aside her.

'I don't want to tell everyone else yet...'

'Yeah, knowing the boys they would do anything to find that girl.' Y/n awkwardly said, slouching down.

It was long silence then Nanba looked at her. She stopped mid-bite of her snack and annoyed asked,

'Can you not stare when I'm trying to eat?!'

'You.' Nanba pointed so she leaned back. 'Can you search the girl?'

'Euhm...' Y/n nearly fell off the bench as Nanba was leaning closer to her.

'For me, please?' he did his hands together, begging her basically.

Y/n wasn't sure. She would do it but she doesn't want to tell him it's Mizuki since Mizuki is her friend and trusts her with her secret.

'Why do you want to know that girl so badly?' Y/n quickly asked, angry glaring.

'Huh?!' Nanba was shocked at her sudden anger. 'No need to be jealous! I just wanna know who has been playing with our feet the whole time!' Nanba quickly defend himself.

'Fine! I will search for that idiot.' Y/n huffed so Nanba hugged her side.

'Thank you~!'

'Don't sound so happy about another girl...' Y/n angry mumbled, angry biting her snack.

Nanba just chuckled and did his arm around her shoulders then told her random stuff as she listened, eating.

Y/n didn't even try to search or even act as if she was searching. She was just having fun drinking her soda when suddenly two arms slided around her waist so she quickly turned her neck to see Nanba. She sighed, relieved it's not some pervert.

'And?' Nanba asked. Y/n was confused but then realized what he meant.

'Nothing. Not a clue.' Y/n shrugged and looked back at Yuujiro (the school dog) who was having a good deep sleep.

Nanba sighed and did his chin on her head. Y/n groaned when Oscar came. He just ignored her groan and listened to Nanba.

'I was gonna ask who the naked girl was...' Nanba sighed out.

'How come Hibari-sama doesn't want to tell us who she is?' Oscar asked, doing his gold cape over Nanba's shoulder as if that won't look fucking suspious.

'I can go beat an answer out Hibari if you want.' Y/n said, wanting to walk but Nanba clenched her waist so she can't storm off to go beat Hibari.

'Masao...' Oscar hummed, deep in thoughts. 'It's warm.'

Oscar was confused then did his cape off Nanba. When Y/n wanted to move, Nanba held her tighter again so she can't leave his hug.

'It's not that warm.'

Y/n just chuckled and nod. She felt Nanba turn so she also did. Megumi came, slouching a bit, black circles around his eyes.

'What? You didn't sleep well?' Nanba asked.

'Actually-' Megumi began but was cut off by Sekime and Noe who came running in, shouting.

'Big news! There is a girl among the students!'

Sano and Nakatsu spit their soup out in the most dramatic way ever as everyone else screamed "Eh" and jumped up. Y/n could see Mizuki slow turn out the corner of her eyes so they share a panicked look then look back at Sekime.

'Where did you get that info?' Taiki asked.

'From Yuujiro!' Sekime grinned only for Nakao to slap him harshly.

'You IDIOT!' He yelled.

'Why is the gay dude angry about-' Y/n began to question but then shrugged. 'You know what, fuck it. I'm not questioning this school anymore.'

'But I used my dog language translator, just to make sure!' Noe yelled.

'Then it must be right.' Nakao said as yells began. Y/n was just angry staring.

'What's wrong?' Nanba nervously asked.

'Why does he have a dog translator?!' Y/n angry yelled, doing her hands up in frustration.

'Because he likes to make weird stuff.' Nanba answered.

'So! So! there's a girl in Osaka High?!' One dude yelled.

'Is that even possible?!' Nakao asked back.

'Our school is a legitimate all boys school!' One boy answered.

Y/n whistled while shaking her hand in a way that said "I'm also here".

'Except for her!' The boy added.

'That's right! That's right!' Everyone yelled, pointing at the boy in agreement.

Nanba was scratching his chin in thoughts as Oscar was staring at Megumi. Megumi looked at them in confusion.

'Eh?' Nanba leaned closer, suspious of Megumi so Megumi yelled. 'So I told Kanna about this! It's not like I could help it!' he angry said while walking into the quieter area. 'You told Y/n!' He angry said. Y/n and Nanba glared so he quickly changed his sentence and said, 'I saw a girl bare-'

He was cut off by Oscar spinning, his foot kicking Megumi's face so Megumi fell. Then Oscar began screaming like a weirdo while pointing at Megumi. Y/n cringed at Oscar, elbowing Nanba to signal he needs to stop Oscar from making such an ugly face.

'Looks like we have no choice but to find out who that girl is, for real now.'

'B-but!' Y/n quickly got out his grip then turned to Nanba. 'What if their just talking about me?'

'Everyone knows about you. The news wouldn't be so big if it was about you.' Nanba answered. Y/n glared so he quickly did his hands up, nervously saying. 'I didn't mean it in any bad way!'

Y/n just huffed and stormed to Sano then sat down. She stole his bowl making him yell but then sigh and steal Nakatsu's bowl. The two calmly eat as Nakatsu was freaking out over his bowl.

Soooo Noe maked a big machine with the two gender symbols on the top. When a boy walked through, the boy symbol would glow and the lamps would begin blinking. But Mizuki was after Sano who was after Nakatsu. Nakatsu walked through the machine. It was silent then it began blinking.

'You're a guy!' Noe yelled.

'You pass!' Nanba handed him a little badge for being a guy.

Y/n facepalmed at the boys stupidity. They would really think Nakatsu is a guy? Y/n just sighed and leaned against the wall, waiting. Sano went next, and of course he was a guy. He just walked over to Y/n and they both chill. But then they tense up when seeing Mizuki was next. She just stared at the machine, obviously not wanting to do this. One dude told her to move it so Y/n quickly said,

'If he doesn't wanna do it then don't force him!' She angry did her fist up to the dude but Sano pulled her back.

She was confused but he looked as if he had an idea so she smirked. When Mizuki walked through, Nakatsu pulled out the plug. Sano went through the machine with his head, asking.

'Could it be a malfunction?'

Then it began blinking to signal she is a boy. Mizuki looked shocked as Nanba dangled the little badge infront of her face. Sano went back to Y/n. They both high five. Sano and Nakatsu gave each other a thumbs up then they both went back to watching the show. Y/n just went behind Nanba and hugged his waist with a smirk. Nanba was confused at her sudden happier aura then normal but then ignored it and continued handing out badges.

Everyone stood in a circle, all whispering. Nanba was in the middle then he spoke.

'What the... In the end no one was a girl!' He said, disappointed.

'Someone made a mistake afterall.' Nakatsu said.

'I feel the same way.' Sano agreed.

'Me three!' Y/n quickly did her hand up.

'What would happen IF there really is a girl?' One boy aside Taiki asked.

'She should be expelled.' Someone answered.

'Deceiving the school and also keeping us completely in the dark. We can't forgive the traitor.' One boy from Dorm 1 answered, speaking in a weird deep voice.

Everyone agreed as Sano, Nakatsu, Mizuki and Y/n all awkward look around, disagreeing.

'But!' Nakatsu hurried in the middle of the circle. 'Since she has already been with us as a guy until now... so it's not bad if we continue on like this, right?'

Everyone disagreed making Y/n angry and rub Mizuki's back for comfort since Mizuki looked sad.

'Indeed. It's not a good feeling being lied to.' Sekime agreed with everyone else.

'If it was me. I'd end our friendship immediately.' Nakao said.

Mizuki quickly looked up at this and sad looked around. Y/n quickly stepped forward and angry said,

'If your gonna end a friendship over gender then you weren't even friends to begin with!'

'Lying to each other is something friends don't do.' Nakao defended.

Y/n noticed Nanba glaring so she gave him confused eyes but suddenly he looked away. Y/n just stared in confusion. Y/n turned to see Mizuki gone so she ran off to go find Mizuki. Mizuki had went back to her dorm but she didn't wanna talk so Y/n choose to leave her alone to her own thoughts.

Nanba had asked to meet Y/n in the school garden so she went. When she arrived, Nanba was glaring daggers. All Y/n did was narrow her eyes in confusion as she walked closer. When she was close, before she could say a word, he spoke.

'You lied to me.' Y/n froze in place then asked,

'W-what?'

'You said you would know if there was a girl at this school. So you know the girl but your lying to me by saying no.' Nanba angry said. All Y/n did was stare. 'Lying to each other is something friends don't do. Nakao was right.' He angry crossed his arms.

'Well, we are a couple actually.' Y/n mumbled.

'Not helping!' Nanba yelled so she flinched. 'It makes it even worse! You don't lie to your boyfriend.'

'But I had to protect Mizuki! It was a secret between me and her. I can't tell a secret!'

'Then didn't say anything at all but don't say you don't know it was Mizuki while you knew EVERYTHING!' Nanba yelled.

Y/n never seen Nanba this angry. She never seen this side of him.

'You're making a big deal out of something little.'

'It might be little but if your gonna lie to me-' He leaned to her with a glare. 'How can I trust you?

'... How dare you say you can't trust me!'

'Because I feel betrayed right now. You always have your meltdowns, well I'm having mine now.' He angry tapped her shoulder to signal she needs to listen so she stayed quiet. 'I'm not talking about only this lie, but everything. You only come to me whenever you need cany or whenever you become sad. Other then that? I don't see you coming to me. It's always me walking to you and I'm honestly tired of that. Do you love me?' Nanba asked.

It was silent. But not awkward but more intense. Y/n slowly nod then quickly nod her head up and down.

'O-of course!' Y/n said with tears in her eyes. 'I just wanted to keep Mizuki safe because she is my best friend! I would have told you but I don't want her expelled either!' Y/n quickly explained, moving her hands around to explain everything better. 'An-and why I only come to you when I need candy is because I don't know how else to approach you and when I'm sad, because I need YOU to comfort me because I love you. I love you so much, Minami. Please don't hate me for protecting my friend and making stupid choices.'

Nanba stared then he sighed and rubbed his hands over his face. He just took her shoulder and pulled her forward so she hit his chest. He wrapped his arms around her shoulders and hugged her. Y/n was fast to hug his waist tightly. Nanba sighed again then kissed her forehead before just doing his head on her head. His right hand rubbed his right side of his face in stress.

'I'm sorry.' He whispered. She just shook her head to signal he's right. 'I shouldn't be angry at you for protecting your friend. But... I will have to talk to her tomorrow.'

Y/n nod, understanding. So they just held each other to hug out all the stress of the last few days.
