The sun shone hazily, slight rays of yellow falling on the fresh dewdrops, adding more beauty to the miniscule. The dewdrops were faintly reflecting back the light while resting on the top of the leaves, tired from yesterday's travel around the atmosphere. The birds chirping sounded like a pleasant melody to the ears. It was the perfect weather for the first day of highschool. It was March. The month of new starts.

I was glad of myself to have the courage to move from the miserable place I was in, a nightmare dressed as reality.

I reached the familiar building after walking a few steps away from my new dorm. Everything felt so new to me even though I've been doing the same for three years.

I entered the school campus with the same stoic expression on my face I've been wearing for years now. A stoic expression and my nose being held high in the air made everyone feel cautious of being around me. I fixed my boston glasses on the bridge of my nose as I walked in the classroom with my hands adjusting the strap of my bag.

The looks of the students in the class changed from a merry, to a worried one. They hastily made way for me to get on the seat of the first row. As I kept the bag on the side of my seat, I heard a female calling my name. I turned around to find Yuri rushing to me.

"Young-Hee! You got out of the dorm earlier than we planned!" The voice said to me in a concerned voice.

"It was not early, you were late." I clicked my tongue while glaring at her.

She kept quiet and took a seat at the back of mine.

After what felt like hours, the assembly finally ended. Loud groans and sighs were heard all around the assembly hall, in relief that they wouldn't have to endure the principal's boring lecture anymore. Yuri and I walked to the classroom and took our seats.

The boys were scattered all over the classroom, searching for some stunning girl to hit on. The girls were doing their usual thing which they are widely known for. Gossip. Groups of girls could be found at every corner of the class whispering in each other's ears, some rubbish. The class, was a chaos.

At the moment, the screeching sound of the sliding door was heard.

Silence.

The students were back to their seats, no one could even figure out that this was the class that was making chaos and mess all over earlier. Our homeroom teacher entered the classroom followed by two new faces.

"Good morning everyone. As some of you know me, I'm Ms. Lee and I'll be your homeroom teacher for this year. I hope we can be a good team and work together. Today, some new students will be joining us in this academic year." She stated as she looked towards both the students.

The boys were dressed in the usual school uniform. They stood beside the teacher's table with their hands clutching the bag in nervousness.

My jaw dropped. I pinched my arm to check if this was a dream. Instead, I winced in pain. This certainly wasn't a dream. My eyes were fixed on the smaller boy. Shock and surprise struck me like a lightning. His face looked the same; laid back and indifferent. But what concerned me the most was, he was here. The one whom I despise the most. Min Yoongi.
