For You

Jimin picked the cup of coffee off the counter and sipped the warm liquid. He sat down on a chair and let out a small sigh.

"Is he up yet?" Chaerin asked from across the table. She bit down on her toast, the crunch was the only sound filling the room. Jimin shook his head, "No."

Jimin shifted uncomfortably on the chair, his vision fell to the cup in his hands.

"You know," Chaerin said, "I'm quite happy things ended this way. It was about time my mother got put in her place. I'm surprised Yoongi went as far as he did for you."

Jimin titled his head, "What.."

"He didn't tell you right?" she chuckled and shook her head. Yoongi had taken him into his embrace after they talked for a little and they fell asleep. He'd slept a lot longer than him do they hadn't talked about what had happened the night before.

"He left everything because-"

"Because off me..."

"Because he loves you."

Jimin face broke out with a smile, he couldn't help it. He knew that meant much change would come in both their lives but he couldn't help it. He couldn't help but feel like he could breath again, like a weight was lifted off his shoulders.

"Do me a favor kid." Chaerin spoke up. Jimin hummed, already agreeing without knowing the request. "Jihoon probably left the guest room and is with Yoongi, tell him breakfast is served."

"Yes Noona." Jimin grinned and stood up. He put the cup down on the counter and left the room. It was silent in the house, Hoseok hadn't even slept in his own home. He'd spent the night with Taehyung, he even took Holly with him.

Jimin stopped in front of the door, he could hear whispers from the other side of the door. He turn the knob slowly and pushed the door opened. There were the Min brothers curled on the bed, the dim lighting from the lamp was the only thing illuminating the room.

"We'll be okay right Hyung?" Jihoon whispered to his brother as he looked up at him. Yoongi pet the boy's head and nodded, "Of course."

Jimin smiled at the sight, it was heart warming. He didn't want to disrupt the moment but a pair of eyes made contacts with his. He grinned and walked inside, he sat at the edge of the bed. "Jihoon," he tapped the covered foot, "Noona has served your breakfast."

Jihoon shook his head though, he cuddled more into his brother's side. "Go on and eat, I'll join you soon okay?"

"Okay." Jihoon whispered and climbed off the bed. He rubbed his eyes as he walked out and slammed the door shut.

"He's so cute." Jimin comment, a small grin on his face. He turn to face Yoongi who was patting the empty space besides him. Jimin crawled besides him and wrapped his arm and leg around him.

"How'd you sleep?"

"Good until Jihoon came in and woke me up. Hoshi called last night, he's alright."

Jimin hummed, that was a good thing to hear. Maybe that women would actually leave them alone. "Yoongi..." he whispered, "What's going to happen now?"

He didn't respond right away causing Jimin to tense up. Yoongi hand fell down to his back and began rubbing circles, "I-I don't know...but everything will be fine."

Jimin hummed, he sure hoped so.

"Why don't we get some air? I'm sure you want to go home so I'll drop you off then come for you latter. Okay?" Yoongi took of hold of his left and kissed it. Jimin nodded and interlocked the hands.

"Your hand is so small."

Jimin unlocked their hands and stared at it. "Is that a bad thing?" He asked as he continued examining the hand. Yoongi chuckled and interlocked his hand with his again. He shook his head and kissed the back of the hand.

"Of course not, nothing about you is bad."

Jimin rolled his eyes at the cheesy compliment. He swung their hands as they passed the children's park. There were some playing in a sand pit while others just ran around those on the swings.

"Let's sit." Jimin suggested. They walked over to an empty bench that over looked the park. Jimin couldn't help but smile at the little kids, they reminded him of Jihyun when he was still a little boy.

He felt a little sad, he hadn't been able to say a proper goodbye to his brother. He'd go back soon though, that he promised.

"Why so thoughtful?" Yoongi interrupted his thoughts. Jimin shrugged and rested his head on his shoulder. "Just thinking."

"Well I've been thinking too." Yoongi responded. Jimin hummed, "About what?"

"You know, my mother and all. I'm sure my father hasn't heard the news yet, not like he'd really care though."

Jimin felt a wave of sadness hit him at the last sentence. He rubbed circled on Yoongi's hand as a way to comfort him.

"I'm thinking of selling my house."

"Does your mother own it?" Jimin asked. It would be a shame to say goodbye to such a gorgeous house like the one Yoongi lived in.

"No but I don't want to live in a house where when I walk in I'm reminded of such an unpleasant memory. Plus I think we might need more room."

Jimin pulled away from his shoulder and looked at him. Yoongi had a grin on his face as he leaned in to his cheek, his free hand slide over to Jimin's lap. He kissed his cheek and put something down on his lap.

Jimin felt his heart stop once he felt what it was, he was too shocked to look down. "What do you say?" Yoongi asked.

Jimin looked down as Yoongi picked up the black box from his lap and held it up. He opened the lid to reveal a shiny diamond on a ring.

"Park Jimin will you marry me?"

Jimin felt lost of words as he stared at the ring, it shined so beautifully. He nodded his head as the tears began following down his face.

"I do!"

"I think you mean yes, save the I do for the wedding."

He let the ring be slid on his fourth finger and a soft lips be pressed against his. Then they sat in silence enjoying the moment, looking out on the children playing. Jimin couldn't but wonder how long it'd be until they'd have their own as he sat with his husband to be at his side.
