It was Mimic

He was an Endoskeleton, fully black, right ear was broken, arms were sharp, same with legs

His voice was deep, it sounded like man's of 30-40 years old, if not older

Originally, Mimic was created for David Murray by his father Edwin, but after David's death, Edwin lost it cause of Mimic copying his son's movements

And chose to destroy/pammel his own creation

That it was a mistake, cause he, unknowingly for himself, implanted violent behavior into Mimic's code, turning him into a brutal killer who would go on to kill many people.
