danna laughed at his predicament. "boy, you probably can't find a book because you know nothing about children."

"don't laugh." yoongi pouted.

"are you going to cry now?" she continued teasing.

"of course not." he told her.

"come on." she said to him, lifting jonghyun up in her arms with such familiarity that almost managed to catch yoongi off guard. the little boy giggled happily and she led them down a row of shelves in the kids' section. "there are perfectly good books right here. just try any one of these."

so instead of admitting i was in the beginning stages of catching feelings, i told her that if she really liked him, she should go for it. 

and she fucking did.

i remember the next few weeks after that, she'd invite him out on dates. and she saw them as couple dates, and he saw them as friend outings. i know that because he told me himself later on. so they'd go to starbucks together, to eat pizza, to the park. just random things. 

and it just kept bothering me that she was inviting him out. but then it made me feel nice when she told me she wasn't sure about him anymore.

"he always suggests that we invite you too when i ask him out." she told me. and that made me feel so good.
