sixty five

she heard him stir in bed as she left the room. danna made her way down the hallway in a bit of a hurry when jonghyun's cries continued.

danna entered the room and picked the child up in her arms, rocking him gently to ease his cries. "don't worry jonghyunnie. i'm here. you can sleep with daddy and i tonight." she said to him in a soothing tone.

almost instantly his crying stopped and his brown eyes looked up at her.

he looked so much like his father. 

she made her way back to yoongi's room and she walked past the doorframe. yoongi was wide awake and sitting up in the king sized bed. he smiled at the sight of jonghyun cradled in danna's arms. he was amazed at the way she was able to calm him down so easily. with a sigh, he admitted to her, "i wish you had been jongie's mom instead of ara."

five days after the six flags trip, on june 27th, it was A's birthday. i wanted to go to his house with a cake and a balloon, but i ended up not doing it because im a pussy. but i wished him a happy birthday and asked him if he was doing anything special. if he wasn't doing anything with his family, i was going to invite him out.

but his mom was getting him a cake. so instead i went out and got myself a new car bc i had been wanting one for a while. 

we saw each other at work, we texted, and we went out with squad over the next two weeks. but the next time we did something just the two of us, was july 21st. we went to disneyland together. i made him call off work for this. i remember perfectly. and he was willing so it was fun. 

on august 1st i took my behind the wheel driving test. i failed bc the proctor kept yelling at me. so i got so nervous that i started crying. when i told A about it, he was PISSED. he kept saying he was gonna write a complaint to the DMV for having unprofessional employees. it really made me feel better.
