from the reception desk at the police station, and officer informed them. "the child's mother has been arrested. her mother will need to stay and give her statement as to what happened. but you three are free to go now."

"lets go home." danna said with a warm smile.

"eomma," jonghyun said with a smile, his arms reaching to hug hug her. he pressed his cheek against hers sweetly. "will you and appa color with me?"

she nodded her head. "we'll do anything you want, sweetheart."

so then we both ended up staying only on saturdays at the restaurant. wheni had asked him why he cut his days, he said he couldnt stand another moment working at the restaurant. he then confessed that it was also because i wasnt going to be there anymore and he didnt want to be there without me.

but he's the type of guy who likes to make money and save money. sooo his check was really small and he couldn't handle it. he talked to our boss, after only two weeks of him working only saturdays, and he asked her tongive him back his work days. but he only wanted to work part time. only five hrs a day.

my boss said it was fine and she was thrilled to have him back.

he's currenlty still working there part time. and we're back to texting every day like we used to. but sometimes things feel off. sometimes it feels like he wants to talk to me and he's making and effort. and sometimes it feels like he doesnt feel like talking. plus, we hung out with our friend group and i invited these two new kids from work to joing the group bc our friend JD likes the girl. her name is leny.

we all went bowling and i told jd to go talk to her. but he felt shy. so i made a joke about how she was dressed like a senior citizen so he would crack a smile. and it worked. then i went to sit next to A again and he asks me what i said to jd that was so funny. so i tell him and he looks at me like i've committed a crime. he told me, "thats really mean. i think she looks good." so i said "relax. it was just a joke. i wanted him to stop feeling nervous."

and he brought it up again when i dropped him off that night. he said "i didnt like what you said about leny. i really like her style. i think she looked really good." so i rolled my eyes. "i told you it wss just a joke. relax."

but i already had the feeling in the back of my mind that he was starting to like her.
