there were a few opening statements, and a recap of what had been talked about already, by the judge and the lawyers. ara's lawyers stood by her side, while yoongi stood at the other side of the room with his own lawyers.

it was several minutes before the judge let them know of his decision. 

"after the case has been presented to me with all the available evidence, i have heard both sides, and i have decided that the child will stay with..." he trailed off, looking at ara and then at yoongi. "the parent who didn't abandon him, min yoongi." and with that, he banged his gavel, closing the case.

so A starts telling them off in the gc. asking them where tf they are, and tells them we almost got arrested. so moira calmly replies that they were at ricky's place waiting for us. and then leexi adds that we never sent them the address. so im over here lurking in the chat, and i tell A. "i told you they were gonna blame us for this." so A starts cursing them out and telling them we never agreed to meet up at ricky's and that we clearly told them we were on our way to downey.

but then A says we got chased away by cops and we're going to the haunted park instead. its called the haunted forest. so then jav asks A where its at. and A replies, "just type the name in google and you'll find it."

so we go across town to pasadena for the haunted forest. and when we get there we have no service and we wait for them, FOR ONE HOUR. we only leave bc another cop parks behind us and scares us off. when we get service again. A was about to ask them if they were coming when he sees a snap moira posted. THEY NEVER LEFT THEIR HOUSE THAT NIGHT. the four of them were at ricky's watching a movie and eating popcorn.

A was once again pissed. and he goes off on the gc. he says if they were just not gonna show up they could have said so and he and i could have done something else. so we get home around midnight, tired and pissed off. and i wrote a really long rant in the gc too. calling them out for being bad friends.
