LOOKS
Elias has a handsome face, with short black hair and deep brown eyes. He's quite muscular, especially in his arms and chest. He also has a few scars on his body.
Unlike his brother, who wears a long tattered coat with dirty boots, Elias has quite a sense of fashion.
He normally wears a long, dark grey coat with a formal black suit and necktie, but when he's working in the factory he'll take off his coat and roll up the sleeves of his shirt. He also wears black leather gloves, a black fedora hat and old-fashioned sunglasses.

PERSONALITY
Elias is a clever and cunning individual who likes to toy with other people, especially his victims. He's quite good in reading others, and therefore knows that Mother Miranda does not have any genuine empathy towards her "children". He does not participate in her Cadou experiments, secretly despising it, but does help his brother in creating a secret soldier army. Thanks to his manipulation and persuasive way of talking, it's not a surprise that he can easily wind people around his fingers. He's intelligent and way more patient than Karl. However, he can become hot-headed and hostile when angered or when someone is really getting on his last nerves.
Elias likes name-calling and sometimes behaves quite melodramatic. He's also a bit arrogant, enjoys making sarcastic comments and is a huge flirt. Whether you're his friend or his enemy, he'll always find a way to give at least one flirting remark.
Elias is a bit sadistic and can be ruthless towards his victims. Despite this, he respects those who seem to have potential, such as Ethan Winters. If you're on his good side, he'll actually protect you at all cost. And if you're on his bad side? Well... may God have mercy on your soul, because he will certainly not.

BACKSTORY
Elias Heisenberg and his older brother Karl were kidnapped by Miranda, a biologist who used the Cadou parasite to find a perfect vessel for her late daughter Eva. Elias and Karl had a strong bond with the parasite, as they easily adapted and showed no mental drawbacks from it. However, Miranda deemed them unworthy to be Eva's vessel for reasons uncertain, but it's possible that she feared their powers, or wanted Eva to have a female body.
She decided to have them become a member of the Four Houses, a group where they acted as lords and co-rulers of the village alongside Alicina Dimitrescu, Donna Beneviento and Salvatore Moreau.
Unlike the other lords, Elias and Karl hold a grudge against Miranda, seeing as they are failed experiments for her selfish desire to resurrect her late daughter. Both of them decided to secretly rebel against Mother Miranda, working at their factory to create an army so they can successfully do so.

RELATIONS
》Karl Heisenberg
Elias has a very strong bond with his brother. They spent a lot of time together, creating special traps and soldiers for their army in the factory. Or course they argue sometimes, but they always 'forgive and forget'. They're almost inseparable, so if one of them is nearby, the other won't be too far away.
》Mother Miranda
Elias absolutely despises her, just like Karl. He does not see Miranda as his 'mother', but as a psychopathic b*tch.
》Alcina Dimitrescu
He's not really fond of this woman, finding her huge ego irritating. Elias does like to tease and annoy her though, just to see Alcina's angry reaction.
》Donna Beneviento
Apart from his brother, Donna is the only one of the lords he actually quite likes. Elias sometimes visits her home, mainly to find some peace or to give the lonely Donna some company. But he does detest her creepy doll: Angie.
》Salvatore Moreau
Elias does not really talk to him, mainly because of Moreau's never-ending admiration for Mother Miranda. This infuriates Elias a lot.
》Bela, Cassandra and Daniela
Elias has only seen them a few times, considering the fact that they need to stay inside Castle Dimitrescu. But if he ever comes across the three sisters, he does love annoying them as much as he can.
》The Duke and his daughter Sarafina
For Elias they're good business partners, but nothing more. He does flirt with Sarafina sometimes, but she doesn't seem to give in to his advances.
》The villagers
Elias mostly uses them as some kind of toys for his own crazy game of 'hide and seek'. And if they lose that game by getting killed, he brings their body's to his brother, so he can make more soldiers. However, Elias remains a gentleman, and therefore only plays his 'game' with men. He leaves the woman of the village alone.

POWERS AND ABILITIES
Other than the regenerative powers and slow aging from the Cadou, Elias has some sort of electric organs that allow him to control magnetic fields and move metallic objects. He's capable of precise throwing of various metallic pieces as well, including knives.
Elias also has a mutated state which he can transform in. He can turn himself into a huge, black werewolf with sharp teeth and claws. It's great for sneaking up on people and extremely useful during fights. In his werewolf form Elias does not only become stronger and faster, but also gets the ability to jump great distances. His hearing and smelling senses increase too. Elias is still capable to talk when he's a werewolf, though his voice becomes more growling and creepy.

IN GAME
Elias can be seen a few times throughout the game in his werewolf form, especially when Ethan explores the village or when he leaves one of lords residents. He seems to stalk Ethan constantly, reporting the man's behaviour to his brother Karl, but does not attack him. During Ethan's fight with Moreau he will turn back to the factory and stays there until Ethan arrives.
After refusing their special offer, the brothers drop Ethan to the depths of their factory, allowing him to deal with Strum and the rest of the Soldats, while talking to him through the speakers.
Ethan almost manages to escape the factory, but Elias stops him before he can even reach the exit. He transforms in his mutated form to kill Ethan once and for all. He almost succeeds, until Chris Redfield suddenly shows up and defeats Elias with a special weapon.
Upon learning of his beloved brother's death, Karl Heisenberg becomes incredibly furious and also transforms in his mutated form, eventually battling Ethan in the field of the factory to get revenge.
