Kimberly's deaf friend is the only hope to rescue a group of girls captured by the Gnarly Gnome and his hypnotic accordion.

*My POV*

Kimberly was teaching her class at the Youth Center. Jason, Trini, Zack and I were at the Juice bar. Trini and Jason were arm wrestling. "Come on! Come on!" Zack said cheering Jason on. I just chuckled as I looked away and watched Kimberly teach her class. 

Ernie rolled a cart out that had towels over it. "How's everybody feeling?" Kimberly asked her class as they all cheered. Ernie kept rolling the cart of towels around. "Huh, can't hear you?" Kimberly said, which caused the group to cheer louder as Ernie danced around. 

Billy was on doing the workout in Kimberly's class as well. Billy tried to follow along, as Ernie kept dancing around happily. Billy accidentally tripped, and fell on top of the cart of towels. He screamed as he rolled through the crowd of girls. Billy rolled around the whole Youth Center. Trini and Zack chuckled. 

The four of us watched Billy roll into the locker room. We all looked away, feeling bad for him, Billy came rolling right back out towards Kimberly and when he bumped into the thing, he fell off the cart and fell into the wall. We all groaned feeling bad for him. 

"Billy, let me let you in on a little secret. This is not the way to meet girls." Kimberly said to Billy. Billy just groaned in pain. I was worried for Billy. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"I hate all that kid music. Music? Uh, all right! I'm going to get back at those Power Brats with music." Rita said as she laughed evilly. 

*My POV*

Billy was groaning in pain as he made his way towards us, by crawling. "Billy, what happened? Are you okay?" Trini asked him, and he kept groaning. Zack, Jason and I watched from the Juice Bar. 

Trini guided him over to us. "My main brain, what's up?" Zack asked Billy. "Well, I'm intrigued by the rhythmic modulation yet daunted by the coordinating movements of the appendages." Billy explained. "Say what?" Zack asked. 

"He can't dance." Trini and I said. "Precisely." Billy said as we kept watching Kimberly teach her class. My eyes drifted to the crowd, and noticed a girl falling behind a little. Oh, she's deaf...I feel so bad for the people who can't hear, they didn't deserve it. 

"Hey, you almost knocked me over." The girl next to the deaf girl said to her. Kimberly and I glanced at each other, as we watched the deaf girl look around, then run off embarrassed. "You guys, take a break for a sec, okay?" Kimberly said as she grabbed her towel, and the music stopped. 

Kimberly and I went towards the deaf girl. "What happened?" Kimberly and I signed to her as we asked. She began signing to us, but we understood it really well. "You didn't step sideways, and backed right into you." I said softly. 

"I'm sorry. I forgot to sign the moves. It was my fault." Kimberly signed to her and said at the same time. "You think it was your fault because you're different." I said. "You are a very good dancer." Kimberly sighed to her as me and her looked at the group of girls.

"And even hearing people make mistakes." Kimberly said as she gestured to Billy, who was still trying to dance. "Left, right, spin. No. It's the other way. No." Billy said as he struggled to dance. Kimberly and the deaf girl laughed together. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"Music to get the Power Rangers?" Squatt asked Rita. "It sounds a bit risky." Baboo said to her. "Finster! Oh, Finster!" Rita called out to Finster happily. "Yes, O Nasty one. I'm working on a marvelous monster that cars and smells like a fish." Finster told Rita. 

"Never mind that. Make me a musical monster. That will mesmerize those pathetic Power Rangers, and bring them to their knees. Like the Pied Piper, only meaner." Rita told him. "Oh, my Queen, that idea is absolute brilliance." Finster started. 

"However, musical monsters aren't very reliable. Wouldn't you rather have a nice fire-breathing hedgehog instead?" Finster asked Rita. "NO!!" Rita screamed at Finster. "My bad!" Finster said quickly. 

"Either get my monster or I'll turn you into a syphian slug!" Rita yelled at Finster. 

*My POV*

"Okay, Everyone. Let's do one more song and then we'll call it a day." Kimberly said as she got ready. I was watching the deaf girl to see if she was gonna be alright. The girl that yelled at her earlier tapped her shoulder. "I'm sorry." She said to her. "It's all right." She said, and signed. 

"All right, is everybody ready?" Kimberly asked as she began to teach the class and everyone followed, including Billy again. I heard laughing and turned to see Bulk and Skull. They were punching each other. 

Bulk began laughing as he walked over to see the class. "Look at all the little rapping ballerinas." Bulk said, as everyone just ignored him and kept following Kimberly's moves. "Not even ballerinas. The stuff they're doing is too easy." Skull said as he put his arm on Bulk's shoulder to lean on. 

Bulk glared at him, and he shut up and got off him. "You think so, huh?" Zack asked as Bulk and Skull turned to see me, Jason and Zack. "We'd like to see you try it." Zack and I said. Bulk and Skull walked forward to us, before Bulk began doing ballerina moves. "One...two...three!" Bulk said as he kicked Jason's chair out from under him. Zack and I quickly got him. "Jason!" I yelled out worried. 

Jason went to go at him, but Zack and I pushed him back a little. "Hey, hey, calm down." I said softly to my brother. "So you can get with those steps. But can you get with these?" Zack asked as we got in Bulk's face, before we started dancing together. Others around us, cheered for us. They also clapped for us, once we were done. 

"No problem." Bulk said as he turned to Skull and fist bumped him. He tried to do what we did, but he didn't do it right at all. Skull began to clap for him, but looked around and realized that some people were laughing. "Give it up!" Some guy said. 

"Here you go." I said as Zack and I got into place and we spun around and dropped down into a split position and got back up really quickly. People cheered for us. "Yo, Zack, Izzy, yes!" Trini said as Zack and I made our way over Jason and Trini. I stood on the other side of my twin brother, and he wrapped an arm around my shoulder. "Yeah!" Jason said. 

"Piece of cake." Bulk said as he looked at me and Zack. Bulk began spinning around, and when he went down to do the splits, we heard his pants ripping. All of us, even Skull laughed. Everyone in Kimberly's class had stopped and watched this all play out. 

Bulk looked at Skull with a glare, and Skull shut up. "Come here!" Bulk said as Skull began helping Bulk up as he let out straining sounds. Zack took his hat off and handed it to Trini while I took my rose hair clip pin out and handed it to Jason to hold. My hair pin looked like this:

We both went into the center again. "Check this out." Zack and I said as we pointed at Bulk. We went walked a little big before we leaped onto the bar counter. "Let's have some fun!" We said as we were in a hand-stand position before we leaped off and onto our feet. Everyone clapped and cheered for us. 

Bulk and Skull looked at us. Skull looked away from us, and then looked back crossing his arms. "Yeah, not bad." Jason said smiling at us. I smiled at my brother and Jason put my rose hair clip back into my hair. "Piece of cake." Bulk said through gritted teeth as he walked to where we did, and got ready to run towards the bar counter. 

He yelled out and began running towards it, and tried to do a hand stand, but he ended up just going over the counter. We all looked over the counter and laughed. Skull tried not to laugh. Skull looked back over the counter at us, with food all over his face. Zack leaned on the counter, while I sat on it. 

Skull helped Bulk get the stuff off his face. "You can have it. I wasn't hungry anyway." Zack said as we all laughed at his joke. "Okay, that was a great class." Kimberly said as she signed as well. The class cheered. Kimberly and Billy began walking towards us. "We'd better go, or else we'll miss the movie." Zack said. 

"Yeah, you better bail fast. Because nobody tricks me." Bulk said to us angrily. "Really? Looks like we already did." Zack and I said as the two of us, Jason, Trini, Kimberly and Billy all took off, with laughter. "Let's go." I said. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"Well, do you have my monster yet? The waiting is putting a strain on my natural beauty." Rita said to Finster angrily. "Yes, I call it the Gnarly Gnome. He's a wonderfully ugly creature who plays a hypnotic accordion. The plan is to hypnotize a few kids, and hold them. When the Power Rangers show up to the rescue, you will use the music to put them in your power." Finster explained to Rita.

She quite liked this plan. "Okay, let's get them!" Rita said as the machine began making noise. Finster pulled the lever to activate it. "This time it had better work, Finster." Rita said as the monster was complete. 

| On Earth |

The monster was standing by the Youth Center, hidden. "Whoa, what a trip." The Gnarly Gnome said as he laughed. "Now I got to get this thing to work right. I'll just warm it up a bit." He said as he laughed. 

| Inside the Youth Center |

"Want to go down to the mall? I heard they're having a really big sale." The girl that yelled at the deaf girl earlier said. The deaf girl agreed. "Hey, you guys, let's go. See you later, Ernie." She said to her friends, before saying bye to Ernie. They all began to follow after her. "See ya kid. Catch you on the flip side." Ernie said as he high fived the girls on the way out. 

On they way out, some music was playing. "Mind if we stop home first? I gotta tell my mom." One of them said, when they suddenly felt a strange feeling pulsing through them. Everyone, but the deaf girl. Suddenly all the girls(but the deaf one) was hypnotized. The deaf girl tried to shake them out of it. 

The Gnarly Gnome laughed. "Come with me, my pretties. Rita wants to play." Gnarly Gnome said as he began to walk off. The hypnotized girls followed him, as the deaf girl tried to stop them.

| Small time skip |

Gnarly Gnome was leading them down a trail. "Come on, you can't resist. And neither will the Power Rangers." Gnarly Gnome said as he led them. Puttie Patrollers were guarding something, and made their way towards it. The deaf girl was following them quietly. "Once the Power Rangers hear my tune they'll be totally in my power. So come, my beauties, come and dance and wait to seal the Power Rangers' fate." The Gnarly Gnome said as he was guiding them to a tunnel. 

"Follow me, follow me, Rita's waiting." He said as he kept guiding them somewhere, he laughed about it. The deaf girl tried to follow them, but a rope fell in front of the cave entrance, keeping her from following them. "Follow me, Follow me." Gnarly Gnome said as he cackled. 

The deaf girl kept trying to get through the rope that was keeping her out of the cave. She decided to go run and get help. 

| At the Youth Center |

*My POV*

The deaf girl came over to me, Jason and Ernie and began signing really fast. "Seems like she wants something." Jason said and faced Ernie. "Do you understand sign language, Ernie?" Jason asked him. "Gee, Kid--I don't." Ernie said and I kept looking at how fast she was signing before I sensed something and held my head. 

"What? What?" Jason asked, she looked around, before grabbing Ernie's notepad and Jason and I began reading what she was writing. "'Help, my friends are in danger.'" Jason read. "Come on, we'll get your friends. We're gonna help you." I said as I grabbed her arm, and her, Jason and I ran off to find the others.

*3rd POV*

Gnarly Gnome was playing his accordion while laughing while Putties danced around him. Squatt and Baboo were there as well. "Dance everyone. Let's celebrate our coming victory. Dance for me, my beauties for tomorrow you dance for our Empress Rita, after I finish off the Power Rangers." Gnarly Gnome said before laughing sinisterly. 

"Food! Bring me food. I grow hungry!" Gnarly Gnome said as he began laughing again. "Huh! He gets a bit bossy, doesn't he? I just hope this plan works." Baboo said as Squatt helps him. "Forget the plan. This guy throws a great party." Squatt said as he laughed gleefully. 

Gnarly Gnome laughed again. "Dance with the girls, Putties. I want to see a show." Gnarly Gnome said as he began cackling as the Putties began dancing with the girls. "You're dancing with putties now but soon you'll be dancing with Power Rangers." Gnarly Gnome said as he began cackling. "Hey, where's the food?" Gnarly Gnome asked Baboo and Squatt. 

"It's cooking, so just back off, Bucko." Baboo said as he was still cooking. Gnarly Gnome cackled more as he played more. "I just have to add my secret ingredient, and presto!" Baboo said as he added the ingredient. "Gee, I'm so hungry I could eat a bug. Hey, not a bad idea!" Squatt said as he pulled something out of his bag. 

He pulled a box out of his bag, and opened it to reveal a bug. "I was saying this for a special occasion, but too bad." Squatt said as he began eating the bug. The Gnarly Gnome finished his food by slurping it. "Ah, yeah, that hit the spot. And now it's time for a little snooze." Gnarly Gnome said, then he fell asleep quickly, snoring. Baboo and Squatt joined him.

| With Rita |

"They should be ready. Huh?" Rita said as she looked through her telescope with a growl. "There are the hostages, but where's everyone else? Sleeping on the job, I suppose." Rita said as she kept looking through the telescope. "I just hate those pathetic pinheads." Rita said through gritted teeth. 

"Get up!" Rita shouted startling Baboo and Squatt. "Who told you, you could rest? The Power Rangers could be there any minute and you dolts aren't ready!" Rita shouted startling the Gnarly Gnome awake. "I ought to turn you all into Octavian slime toads!" Rita shouted as the Gnarly Gnome realized his shoes were untied. "Get to work...now!" Rita shouted.

Gnarly Gnome began tying his shoes, and he turned invisible. "Hey, wait a second. You're not getting out that easy." Baboo said see the footprints. "Yeah, yeah, keep your wings on." Gnarly Gnome said getting dressed, but invisible. "Hurry!" Baboo said. "Don't worry. I've got it all under control." Gnarly Gnome said as he turned visible, and stood up. 

"There, I smell Power Rangers coming. Can someone tie my shoes?" Gnarly Gnome asked. "What? They're all yours, Gnome. We're out of here." Baboo said as him and Squatt began to run off. 

*My POV*

The deaf girl was leading Jason, Kimberly, Zack, Trini, Billy and I to where her friends were. She suddenly stopped and pointed to a cave, with a rope on it. "They're in there?" Jason asked. I sensed the monster, and the girls. "Okay. Okay, I want you to hide here and wait for us, okay? Go up behind the bushes. Go." Kimberly said as she bushed her up to the bushes. 

Jason, Trini, Zack, Billy and I continued to walk, Kimberly followed after us. "This is most definitely Rita." I whispered. "All right, guys, it's Morphin time." Jason said and we began to morph. 

"Mastodon!" Zack said. 

"Pterodactyl!" Kimberly said. 

"Triceratops!" Billy said. 

"Saber-Tooted Tiger!" Trini said. 

"Velociraptor!" I said

"Tyrannosaurus!" Jason said. 

We were all Morphed and we held our weapons. "Power Rangers!" We all said, when suddenly the monster appeared, and shot blasts towards us. "Oh!" We all said as we all jumped out of the way and fell to the ground. Trini and Kimberly fired at the Gnarly Gnome first. Then Billy and Zack striked him. 

Jason held up his sword while I held up my spear. "All right, ugly, release the girls." Jason and I said as we prepared to strike. "Never!" He said. We jumped up and striked him. We sent him flying to the ground while grunting. Billy and Zack jumped at him and striked him again.

Jason and I striked him after they did. Kimberly and Trini then striked after we did, and he stumbled. We all grouped together again. "Lock them up!" Jason said as we put our weapons together in a pile. "Cosmic Cannon!" Zack said as he threw his axe in the air. "Double bow!" Kimberly said as she threw her bow in the air. "Dino daggers!" Trini said as she threw her daggers in the air. "Mighty Mace!" Billy said as he threw his lance in the air. "Loyal Spear!" I said as I threw my spear in the air. "Power Sword!" Jason said as he jumped up and slammed his sword on the weapon. 

"Power Blaster!" Jason said as he landed on the ground with us next to him. "Ready!" We all said. "Uh-oh." Gnarly Gnome said. The Power Blaster shot at Gnarly Gnome, blowing him up and turning him into stones. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"Think you can beat him? We'll see about that!" Rita said as she threw her staff down to earth. 

*My POV*

Rita's staff slammed into the ground, making the Gnarly Gnome gigantic. He roared and we backed up. "We call on the power of the mighty Dinozord!" Jason and I said as we heard all our Zords roar and come to us. "Let's do it!" Jason and I said as we jump up to enter our Zords. "Right!" Trini and Kimberly said as they followed. "Morph it!" Billy and Zack said jumping after them. 

"Rangers, log on." Jason said as he was logged on. "Zack here--all systems go." Zack said as he logged on. "This is Billy--I'm nominal." Billy said. "Trini here--Ready to rock." Trini said. "I just love this part." Kimberly said. "Ready to go when you are guys!" I said as I log on. 

"Let's show him some Megazord power." Jason said. "Power up your crystals. We're going to tank mode." Jason said as we took our Power Coins off our Morphers and we formed them into our Crystals. "Power up!" We all said. 

"Link sync up!" Jason said. "Two, one, mark!" The rest of us said as we locked in the link sync. "All right, I feel a rescue coming on!" Jason said as we all prepared. Our Zords joined together, becoming the Megazord. We were all in the Cockpit together. 

We blasted Gnarly Gnome making him stumble a bit. He sent an attack right at us, and we all stumbled in the Cockpit. "Whoa!" We all said. "Switch into battle mode now!" Jason and I said. "Megazord sequence has been initiated." The computer said as the Zords switched into Battle mode.

Soon, we were in Battle mode. "Megazord activated." The computer said. The Gnarly Gnome snarled and charged at us. We went forward and grabbed his weapon and threw him aside, easily taking his weapon. He stumbled, when suddenly he had an accordion. "Listen to my music. Fall into my power." He said as the Megazord was dancing rapidly. 

We all covered our ears, in the Cockpit while grunting. The Gnarly Gnome punched the Megazord. The next punch, we blocked. The accordion was still playing, till we punched his head, causing him to let the accordion fall to the ground. We sent him rolling to the ground. "Oh, man, power up the Megasword." Jason and I said as the Megazord caught the Megasword that was coming towards us. 

The Gnarly Gnome sent an attack at us, and we blocked it with the sword. "Strike three, you're out!" We all said as we slashed our hands, which the Megasword did the same. Gnarly Gnome was shaking in his boots. When our strike hit him, he was sent flying to the ground, and exploded. We all cheered in the Cockpit. 

"All right, Power Rangers. Let's go down and get the girls and take them home." Jason and I said. 

| Time Skip |

We were all demorphed, and walking out of the cave with the girls. "You shouldn't seen the Power Rangers, Kimberly. They were great." One of the girls said. "So, like, what happened?" Another girl asked. "Melissa ran for help and this totally manky monster hypnotized you and trapped you in a cave." Kimberly said. 

"So, like, without her and the Power Rangers..." Zack trailed off. "We could have been trapped forever." One girl said as we all smiled. "Hey, we owe you big time." The same girl said as she hugged Melissa. "Thank you." Kimberly said as she, Melissa and I hugged. We all cheered. "Hey, let's go get some Ice Cream, huh?" Zack asked as we all agreed and began heading out. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"Why can't I depend on you, you dweebs?! This is all your fault! And yours too, you overgrown blueberry!" Rita yelled at Baboo and Squatt. "Why do I keep these fools? They drive me totally nuts!" Rita yelled out. 

*My POV*

"Hey, kids, sodas on the house." Ernie said, and we all cheered. "Ernie's the man!" Jason said as we all took a drink. "And to our guest of honor." Jason said. "To Melissa." Trini and I said. We all cheered for Melissa. Jason signed something and Kimberly, Melissa and I laughed. 

"What? What?" Jason asked. "You just told her your dog smells." I said as we all laughed. "Good one, buddy." Zack said laughing. "Well, I'll have to work on it." Jason said as we all laughed. Melissa signed something to Billy. "What'd she say?" Billy asked. "She asks if you want to dance." Kimberly and I said at the same time. 

"Oh, no...no, no." Billy said quickly, also shaking his head. "Come on, Billy." Trini said. We all urged Billy to do it. "Go Billy!" Jason and Zack said as Melissa dragged Billy off. One of us cat called it. "All right!" Zack said. 

Melissa began dancing with the rest of the class, as Billy did the same. "You know, when you do it right sign language isn't that hard to learn." Jason said. "Oh, man, it's a whole new world of rapping." Zack said as we watched. "There's a lot we can learn from Melissa." I said as we watched Melissa trying to teach Billy the right ways to dance. He was doing it right. 

"You know, I used to think Melissa was pretty happening before. Then she saved her friends, and now...." Kimberly trailed off, when we looked at Melissa and Billy, Billy suddenly started break dancing. Everyone clapped and cheered for Billy once he was done. "She's a miracle worker." Kimberly finished as we all laughed as we smiled.
