Kimberly and Trini look after a mischievous little girl named Maria. 

*My POV*

We were at the Youth Center. "Hey Ernie, have you seen a little girl wearing long black pigtails around here?" Kimberly asked Ernie. "No, Kimberly. Sorry." Ernie said. Jason and Zack were training, while I was training with my katana. "Watch it! Uh!" Zack said as Jason dodged one of his attacks and they kept training. 

"Billy, have you seen Maria?" Trini asked Billy, going over to him as her and Kimberly kept looking. Jason, Zack and I kept training. Billy got up and stood with Trini and Kimberly. "We can't find her anywhere." Trini said worried. "Don't worry, I'm sure she's alright." Billy said as Zack and Jason kept going at it, as I kept training with my katana. 

They circled each other while laughing. "Ready?" Jason asked as he went to hit Zack but he moved out of the way and the three of us stopped training. "Hey, girls, what's up? Looks like you just lost something." Jason said. "Not something, Jason, someone--A 12-year old girl named Maria." Kimberly said as she handed Jason his towel as I took mine into my arms. 

"Kimberly and I volunteered to be big sisters for the day. She was supposed to be here half an hour ago." Trini said. "You don't think she's in some kind of trouble, do you?" Kimberly asked. Jason put his arm around my shoulder, being the twin brother he is. "Ladies, take it easy. There's no need to fear. Detective Zack is here. Ha, ha, ha!" Zack said when I heard screams coming from the boys shower. 

"Besides, how much trouble could a little girl cause?" Zack said when we saw boys running out of the showers with just their towels. We laughed. "Talk about a bad way to start the day. Who'd do a thing like that anyway?" Jason asked, when Trini, Kimberly and I spotted Maria. I laughed more while Kimberly and Trini looked at each other with disbelief. "Maria!" They both said. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"I'm so sick of those do-gooders! I've gotta find some way to get rid of them!" Rita said when suddenly she got an idea. "Wait! I've got a plan! Finster! Goldar! Come here!" She said as she turned to find Finster and Goldar. 

*My POV*

Trini and Kimberly approached Maria. "Maria, we're not mad at you. But why did you turn off the hot water?" Trini asked Maria as her and Kimberly sat next to her. "I just wanted to get your attention, that's all." Maria said as she looked at them. "Maria, just be yourself. We'll be your friends no matter what you do." Kimberly said. 

"You will?" Maria asked hopefully. "Sure. That's what being friend is all about. Right?" Kimberly asked Trini. "Right. Now, how would you like to go on a picnic? We'll pack a giant basket and have lots of fun. What do you say?" Trini asked as Maria nodded happily and drank her drink happily. "I hope we know what we're getting ourselves into!" Kimberly whispered to Trini.

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"I've located the ancient power eggs. And with them, we'll be rid of the Power Rangers. We'll use the eggs to surround those stupid Power Geeks, with an evil force not even Zordon can stop." Rita said as her henchmen cheer. She laughed evilly.

| On Earth |

The screen showed a cave, and it showed inside the cave and it showed a chest. Rita and her henchmen appeared. "Ah! The Power eggs, ours for the taking." Rita said. "All this egg talk is making me hungry." Squatt said. "Those are magic eggs! You don't eat them!" Baboo shouted at Squatt. "Quiet!" Goldar yelled. "Open the box." Rita told Squatt. "Yes, evil one." Squatt said as he skipped to the box.

He reached down to open it, but the box shocked him. "Aah!" Squatt shouted in pain. "Great! Now you broke it. Come here, you." Baboo said, getting ready to strangle Squatt. "I forgot! Ooh! only a child can open this box! Ooh!" Rita said as she looked like she was about to cry. 

| Back at Rita's castle |

"Finster! Oh, Finster! I need a special monster right away! One that can get his hands on a young brat. He needs to be ruthless, and nasty, and mean! You know." Rita said making a look. "Yes, My Queen." Finster said. 

"I want a Chunky Chicken." Rita said. "Yes, your evilness, an excellent choice. I even have one ready to go!" Finster said as he showed Rita the clay monster. "The most horrifying chicken the world has ever seen." Finster said. Rita began laughing evilly.

"Very soon now the child will be in your hands." Finster said. "You'd better be right, Finster or you'll live out your days as a sea slug." Rita threatened. "Yes, evil one, whatever you say!" Finster said as he put the clay monster on the machine and began rolling it into the machine. Rita laughed evilly. 

"Now into the Monstermatic! In a few seconds, he'll be done." Finster said as he activated the machine. Soon enough, the machine made the monster chicken. The monster chicken began clucking while holding a weapon in his arms. "He's disgusting! Just looking at him makes me sick! He's perfect! The Power Rangers are goners! Nyaah!!!" Rita said as she laughed evilly.

*My POV*

I decided to join Kimberly, Trini and Maria on their picnic. "Hey, Maria, come eat lunch." Kimberly said. "It's really good!" Trini and I said. "All right!" Maria said as she came over and sat down. "Thanks for being my friends, guys. My Dad tries real hard, but there's things that he just doesn't understand. Know what I mean?" Maria asked. "Maria, anytime you wanna talk, we'll listen." Trini and I said. 

"Yeah, you know, that's what friends are all about." Kimberly said. "Thanks." Maria said. "So, who's the raddest boy in your class?" I asked, teasingly. "Are you kidding? They're all dorks! Yuck!" Maria said as Kimberly, Trini and I laughed. "She'll learn!" Kimberly said as we ate, while Maria looked behind us. 

"Who are those guys?" Maria asked, when we looked around we saw Putty's. "Uh-oh! Looks like we've got picnic crashers." Trini and I said. "Putty Patrollers! Maria, come here, quick! Get between us!" Kimberly said, grabbing Maria and putting her between the three of us. "What's going on?" Maria asked, the three of us began fighting the Putty's. 

"Duck!" Kimberly and I said as we got Maria down as we kept fighting the Putty Patrollers. "Leave us alone!" Trini shouted as we kept taking down the Putty's. "Go back where you came from!" I shouted as I kicked the Putty away from me. We kept fighting the Putty's. 

"Hey! Get your hands off me!" Maria shouted, and Trini, Kimberly and I turned to see Putty's grabbing her. "Maria, look out!!" The three of us shouted, before they teleported away with Maria. "Great! Now what are we going to do?" Kimberly asked as the three of us were panicking now. 

*3rd POV*

"They've taken the girl to the cave. Good. That's finished. She'll open that thing, and we get the eggs." Rita said happily. "I myself will escort the eggs back to you, My Queen. I want you two goons to come with me!" Goldar said. Baboo and Squatt looked at each other. "I don't get it." Squatt said. "I'm talking about you!" Goldar yelled angrily. "Go get the eggs!" Rita said, then laughed evilly.

| At the Youth Center |

Jason, Billy and Zack was sitting at the bar. "Coming right up. Here you go--one Ernie Special. You guys' is coming out next." Ernie said. "Thanks Ernie." Zack said as he began eating the giant thing. "You couldn't eat that. No way." Jason said. 

*My POV*

Kimberly, Trini and I ran into the Youth Center and towards Jason, Billy and Zack. "Guys, we have a serious problem." Trini and Kimberly said. "Rita just kidnapped Maria. Six Putty Patrollers came and grabbed her. We were going after them but--" I was cut off. "But we needed help." Trini said. 

"Why would Rita want to kidnap a little kid?" Billy asked. "I don't know, Billy. Let's talk to Zordon." Jason said quietly. We all messed with our communicators, but they weren't working. "Uh-oh. The communicators aren't working." Billy said. "This is really turning out to be more than just a bad hair day." Kimberly said. "What now?" Trini asked. 

"We got to get to the Command Center." Zack said. "Teleportation's down too." Jason and I said. "Any ideas, Billy?" I asked. "Negative. Unfortunately, repairs could take hours on these. There is one alternative." Billy said as we looked at him. "Really?" I asked as Billy nodded. "I've been manufacturing a surprise in my garage. It could get us to the Command Center. Is anybody interested?" Billy asked. 

"I'm in." Jason said. "Me too." Trini said. "Let's do it." Zack said as we all got up and ran out of the Youth Center. 

| Time Skip |

We were in Billy's garage. "Well, what do you think? I call it the Rad Bug. It's capable of transporting us to any destination on the planet's surface." Billy said. "The Rad Bug?" Trini asked. "What's so Rad about it?" Zack asked. "It does Zero to 3,000 in 2.8 seconds." Billy said. 

"Three thousand?" Jason asked. "Yeah." Billy said. Zack clapped. "I'm sold." Zack said clapping. "Me too. Let's do it." Kimberly said opening the door as Jason and I climbed into the back with Trini and Kimberly in the back with us as Zack and Billy were in the front. 

"Okay, buckle up, everybody. Here we go." Billy said as the Rad Bug began driving really fast. We all were leaning side to side. "Whoa!" We all shouted. "Hey, Billy. What's this do?" Zack asked about to push a button. "Zack! Don't touch the instrument panel, okay?" Billy asked. 

We all leaned to the side as we were almost to the Command Center. We all landed in the Command Center. "It's an old car." Alpha said, before we all started getting out. "Oh, Power Rangers! How did you get here? Teleportation and Communication have been out for hours." Alpha said as we ran over to the control panel. 

"Never mind that. You all look distressed. What is troubling you?" Zordon asked us. "Our old pa Rita is at it again." Trini said. "She kidnapped a 12-year-old girl named Maria and is holding her captive." Kimberly said. "What is she up to, Zordon?" I asked. 

"Unfortunately, something I've been fearing for over ten millennia." Zordon said. "Oh, no. Rita has located the Power Eggs?" Alpha asked making the six of us confused. "Precisely." Zordon said. "Power Eggs? I don't get it." Zack said. 

"The images in the viewing globe will answer your questions." Zordon said and we all quickly made our way to the viewing globe. "It is a tale that dates back to the beginning of the battle between good and evil. Millions of years ago ancient sorcerers known as Morphin Masters hid a universe of power within two mystic Power Eggs. By casting the eggs into the sea, the sorcerers believed that their ancient ancestors would look down on the eggs and protect them from universal danger." Zordon explained as we looked at the globe. 

We faced Zordon. "To insure the safety of the chest, only the touch of an innocent child like Maria can open the magical container." Zordon said. "What do you think we should do, Zordon?" Jason asked. "You must save the girl then return the Power Eggs to the sea. If Rita gets them, she will become so powerful she will never be stopped." Zordon said. 

*3rd POV*

| In the Cave |

"Getting that kid to open the box was too easy. Rita's going to be pleased!" The Chicken monster said. "Hey, chicken, Rita sent us to get the eggs." Squatt said as him and Baboo walked in and they saw the Power Eggs. 

*My POV*

| In the Rad Bug |

"According to Zordon's instructions we're nearly to the cave of the Morphin Masters." Billy said. "If Rita touches one hair on Maria's head, I'll-" I was cut off by Jason. "Hey, we'll save her." Jason said. "She'll be alright." Zack said. 

*3rd POV*

| Back in the Cave |

"Oh, boy. They sure look good. How about a taste?" Squatt said trying to take a bite of the eggs. "We're supposed to protect the eggs. Not eat them." Baboo said to Squatt as the Chicken monster was messing with it's weapon. "What good are eggs if you can't eat them?" Squatt asked. Baboo dragged Squatt away from the eggs. 

*My POV*

| In the Rad Bug |

"Why can't we fly the car?" Trini asked. "Approaching by ground makes us less visible. It might let us surprise Rita." Billy said as we were still driving. I was humming with my head on my twin brothers shoulder as he held me close. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"This is perfect! They got the eggs!" Rita said as she was watching them through her telescope and she laughed evilly.

| On Earth |

The Chicken monster was leading the way with Baboo, Squatt and Goldar following. "Hey there, wait up! Not so fast!" Squatt said as the Chicken was running. The other three were having trouble keeping up with the Chicken. 

*My POV*

| In the Rad Bug |

"One more bend, and we'll be there." Billy said. "Everybody, be ready to Morph." Jason said as we all prepared to Morph if we needed to. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita's henchmen |

Goldar, Baboo and Squatt got ready to teleport. "I got the eggs!" Rita said while laughing evilly. "Hey, Chicken, hide the kid and get back here, we're gonna need some help!" Goldar demanded as Baboo ran with the eggs and with Squatt following. 

| At the Command Center |

"Ay-Yi-Yi-Yi-Yi! That Chucky Chicken's disappeared with Maria. What do we do, Zordon?" Alpha asked as he looked from the viewing globe at Zordon. "Keep a fix on Maria's whereabouts and well-being, while the Power Rangers deal with the Power Eggs." Zordon said. "Right, Zordon! I just hope they can retrieve the eggs in time." Alpha said getting to work. 

*My POV* 

We saw Rita's goons. "There's Rita's goons." Zack said. "But no Maria." Kimberly said. "Alright, It's Morphin Time!" Jason said as we all got out of the Rad Bug quickly. 

"Mastodon!" Zack shouted. 

"Pterodactyl!" Kimberly shouted.

"Triceratops!" Billy shouted. 

"Saber-Toothed Tiger!" Trini shouted. 

"Velociraptor!" I shouted.

"Tyrannosaurus!" Jason shouted.

We all were Morphed and we posed. "Release maria and the Power eggs!" Jason and I shouted as we all got our blasters out. "No!" Goldar shouted. "Let's do it!" Jason shouted as Kimberly, Trini and I backflipped onto the boys shoulders. "Go!" Jason shouted as we all powered our blast in the middle of us and it shot at Goldar and the goons. It sent the Power Eggs chest back into the ocean. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

"I hate those guys!" Rita shouted as she saw what we had done. 

*My POV*

We all got our weapons out and we see a hideous Chicken monster come out. It clucked. Goldar attacked Jason, but he blocked it with his sword. He tried to attack all of us but we kept blocking his attacks. He hit Jason and Billy with his sword. Trini threw one of her daggers at the Chicken. But her and I jumped into the air and kicked the Chicken to the ground. 

*3rd POV*

| With Rita |

Rita was on a bike, on Earth, in the air. "Stop! Wait! My Power Eggs! They're floating away! Stop them!" Rita shouted. 

| At the Command Center |

"Alpha, what is Maria's condition?" Zordon asked. "Ay-Yi-Yi-Yi-Yi! Chunky Chicken has her tied up at the old factory." Alpha said, showing Zordon in the viewing globe where she was. "Hey! Let me down, feather-face!" Maria shouted at Chunky Chicken. "No way!" Chunky Chicken shouted as he flew off cackling. "Will the Power Rangers bring me back my Power Eggs?" Rita asked in the viewing globe cackling. 

"Alpha, contact the Power Rangers and tell them of Maria's situation." Zordon said. "Ooh, that Rita Repulsa makes my circuits rise." Alpha said pushing a button. "Hurry. Time is running short." Zordon said panicked. "Power Rangers, Rita's got Maria at the old factory. Hurry!" Alpha said through the communicators. 

*My POV*

"We need Dinozord Power now!" Jason and I shouted and we see our Zords running towards us. "All right!" Jason and I said as we jumped up to get into our Zords. Billy and Zack followed after us, then Kimberly and Trini followed after them. "Log on!" Jason shouted from inside his Zord. 

"Zack here. I'm ready to rock!" Zack said. "Billy here. Systems nominal." Billy said. "Trini. All systems go." Trini said. "Let's rescue Maria." Kimberly said. "Izzy here. Ready to save the day once again!" I said. "Right! Let's do it, Rangers. Power up your Power Crystals." Jason said as we all made our Power Crystals appear. 

"Right! Crystal Power!" We said. "Engage Crystals." Jason said putting his Crystal into place. "Two...one! Power Up!" We shouted, putting our Crystals into place. "Let's show them some Megazord Power!" Jason said. All the Zords began turning into the Megazord.

We were sitting in the cockpit. "Megazord Power Now!" Jason and I shouted. "Megazord sequence has been initiated." The robotic voice said as the Megazord transformed. "Spacezord Activated." The robotic voice said. "All right, Power Rangers, we've got a little girl to save! Let's do it!" Jason said as we all prepared. 

"Here's a deal. I'll let her go when you bring me the Power Eggs." Rita said. "Yeah! Power Eggs!" Chunky Chicken said and he began clucking. We all looked out the cockpit window. "Rita, you want the Power Eggs, so let the little girl go now!" I shouted. "Yeah let me go!" Maria shouted. 

"Go ahead. Cut it." Rita said as Chunky Chicken held his weapon up to the rope clucking. It began cutting the rope a little. "Cut it more, birdbrain." Rita shouted as the rope was on it's last thread. We all were worried. "Birdbrain, cut that rope again, and you've had it!" Trini shouted. 

"Ha ha, we're scared now! Chunky Chicken, show the Power Rangers what we think of their threat." Rita said as Chunky Chicken began cutting the rope again. "Hey, Stop it!" Maria shouted. The chicken cut the last thread, and Maria fell. But the Megazord caught her. "Ooh!" Rita said, not thinking this through. 

The Megazord held Maria away from them. "I hate you guys!" Rita shouted, causing all her goons to growl. We cheered. "You may have saved the little girl but all I have to do is make my Chicken giant and he'll destroy that stupid Zord of yours! So what do you think of that?" Rita shouted

"Go ahead, give us your best shot!" Jason and I shouted, ready for anything she throws at us. Rita threw her staff and her Chicken became giant. He clucked as he grew giant and it screamed. Zack and Kimberly were shocked. "Bring the Rad Bug by remote and get Maria out of here." Billy said as we all called out to the Rad Bug. 

The Rad Bug came speeding over to us. "There it is! Jason, Izzy, put Maria down by the car." Billy said. "Right. Maria, climb in the car. It'll take your to safety." Jason and I said as we lowered Maria to the Rad Bug. "You don't have to tell me twice!" Maria shouted as she climbed off the Megazord's hand and ran to the Rad ug. She climbed inside. The Rad Bug sped off with Maria inside of it. 

The Chunky Chicken ran towards us and kicked us the way Trini and I kicked it to the ground earlier. We all yelled as we stumbled in the cockpit. The Chunky Chicken landed on the ground and began cutting something. "We've got to stop him!" I shouted worried. 

The Megazord charged forward, but the Chunky Chicken walked through the cut he made with his scissors and he disappeared. We looked around alarmed. The Chunky Chicken reappeared and kicked us. The Megazord grabbed ahold of the scissors. "It's over, beak breath." Jason said. 

The Megazord punched the Chunky Chicken in the beak, sending him to the ground. He rolled on the ground. "We need the Power Sword now!" Jason said as the Power Sword began to appear and the Megazord caught it. 

We all held our arms up like we were holding the sword. "Let's finish this fight!" Jason said as we all swung our arms down, like we used the sword. The Power Sword powered up. The sword striked the Chunky Chicken and he was sent flying and he exploded once he hit the ground. The Megazord stood with victory. "We got him!" Jason said as we all cheered in the cockpit. "Morphin!" The rest of us said holding thumbs up. 

*3rd POV* 

| At Rita's castle |

"It was a perfect plan until you nincompoops messed it all up! I should be ruling Earth now, but I'm not because of you!" Rita yelled pointing at Goldar. "If Finster hadn't built such a lame monster we should have won!" Goldar yelled, blaming Finster. 

"Oh, no!" Finster said covering his head. "And what do you have to say for yourselves?" Rita asked marching over to Baboo and Squatt who held onto each other scared. "Not much. How about you, Baboo?" Squatt asked Baboo. "No, I don't..." Baboo started but started stuttering. 

Rita marched forward and stood in her usual spot. "Ooh, can't you weasels do anything right? Get me an aspirin I've got a headache again!" Rita shouted as she was tired of dealing with the Rangers and her Goons. 

*My POV*

The news was on at the Youth Center. "Angel Grove's Mayor presented the Angel Award to kids who set up a recycling drive." The newscaster said as people started mumbling about how great it was. "And kept trash out of our landfills. We've just gotten word that, once again the amazing Power Rangers have saved our city and the world from one of Rita Repulsa's lethal monsters. Eyewitnesses report that, after a lengthy battle..." The newscaster trailed off as we were listening. 

"Hey Zack." Kimberly said. "Yo, Billy, Kimberly, what's up?" Zack said walking past Trini and I as we were sitting on the stairs. We all started talking. "Kimberly, can you get the chili for me?" Ernie asked Kimberly as Billy and I looked at her confused. "It's his veggie chili." Kimberly said as she walked off to help Ernie. 

"And now, Wendy Walters with the latest Power Rangers update." The Newscaster said. "The Power Rangers, not only did battle, but they saved a little girl." Wendy on the news said. "I'm the most popular kid in class." Maria said on the news. 

"As you can see, she's doing just fine. Back to you in the studio." Wendy on the news said. "We'll continue to bring you the latest Power Rangers news as it happens. Now, back to our regularly scheduled program." The newscaster said as we were all listening. It took every inch out of me not to smile when I heard Maria on the news.  

"Anybody want some of Ernie's veggie chili?" Kimberly asked out loud holding up a bowl of the chili. "It's on the house!" Ernie said, which caused everyone to run over and want to get some of his chili. We could see Kimberly struggling to get out, because we saw the bowl of chili moving. I stood up and went over to my twin brother and Zack as we watched. 

Kimberly ended up slipping as she dropped the bowl of chili on Bulk who was eating ice cream. Skull laughed as he saw this happen, he was holding salt(I think). "Sorry, Bulk. It was supposed to be on the house, not on you." Kimberly said as we all were laughing.
