Epilogue
Two Years Later. . .
Tommy stood on a hill, looking over a flower meadow with sparkling eyes. It was a beautiful sight to see, one that Tommy had never gotten sick of. It was always calming to come here, something that had finally come to the server. "TOMMY!" Turning around he saw a smiling Tubbo, his hair pulled back into a half-up and a huge smile on his face.
He had a picnic basket hanging off his arm, his other hand gripping a checkered blanket. He had changed his clothes back to those similar to before L'manburg, a green button-up and tan slacks. Although the goat hybrid always refused to change his winter boots, so those were snugly laced onto his feet.
Behind Tubbo was Ranboo, someone who was smiling too. Ranboo held a purple sweater on with black jeans, and black dress shoes on his feet as well. Micheal held onto his father's hand happily, a huge smile on his face too, wearing a cute bee-inspired sweater Tommy had made for him with blue jeans, normal shoes on his feet.
He let go of Ranboo's hand, quickly rushing towards Tommy. Much like the many other times Micheal had done this, he was ready to be tackled in a hug by the piglin child. He caught Micheal in his arms, the air being knocked out of him much like every other time the piglin decided to do this.
"Uncle Tommy, why'd you run ahead?" Tommy lifted the child up into his arms, a huge smile on his face. Micheal easily melted into his uncle's arms like the many other times he had.
"Just excited, it's not every day we leave the snow biome." Tommy playfully glared towards Tubbo, who only rolled his eyes and chuckled in return. He started walking ahead after this, his own eyes sparkling at the many flowers.
"I'm setting the picnic up near the river! You guys have fun." Micheal quickly left Tommy's arms, the uncle letting the eight-year-old do so. He chased after his dad, most likely to help the goat hybrid with setting up. After a few seconds of watching Micheal leave, Tommy and Ranboo looked at one another.
"C'mon, you're teaching Micheal how to fish, aren't you?" Ranboo smiled as he spoke, a hand lifting up for Tommy to take. The white-haired male smiled back, taking the other male's hand into his own with no difficulty.
"You know it." With this the two made their way after Tubbo and Micheal, both holding hands as they spoke. Yes, this was Tommy's family. He was happy, living the best life he could only dream of.
Sure, part of him would never forget his past, and it would always haunt him. But he had the future to look forward to, something he was happy to finally be able to do.
He was finally...
happy.
