KP

"You sure she knows where we're going?"

"We already set this up before we found you." KP told Carly. But he still looked back towards the school wondering where Lodia was. They should've been out and looking for them by now. They were already in the forest headed to the North side's pole.

"Are you feeling better yet?"  KP asked Carly since they were at a good distanced to stop and wait.

"Now that I'm out of that room I feel better. I don't know what happened. I can barely even remember. It was like something took over me."

"You tapped into your power."

"My power? What power, I told you I don't have any super powers."

"No one touched the table or anything controlling it when your cuffs were lifted Carly. You did something to make them come off."

"I didn't do anything. I just kept wishing they would come off and then after that they did." Carly paused and thought.

"That also happened with that wand thing he was holding. I wanted it to stop and it did." Carly put her hand to her head.

"Mind control?"

"Not just mind controlled. Are you familiar with telekinesis?"

"Kind of. I heard of it before in a book I read. Isn't that some belief of moving things with your mind?"

"Yes, that's it exactly, and you did it. You have that."

"But I didn-"

"That's the point of telekinesis. You don't do anything. You just think it. It's a type of mind control on object. You're spiritually moving and controlling these things."

"I don't even know how I did it. It just happened."

"You don't have control over it yet. That's why you got the migraine. It's actually very dangerous to use such a mind power untrained. Whatever Nathen was doing to you was strong enough to make you access that part of your brain."

"If I feel like that every time afterwards I'm alright without this so call power." Carly said rubbing her temples.

"Once you train to tap in that mind, you won't experience that. You over exerted yourself this time because you didn't access it properly."

"Carly!" A voice called Carly's attention in the distance. They looked over and saw Lodia coming towards them. But she wasn't alone.

"We have to keep moving. They're not too far off."

"Duck!" KP shouted just as she caught up to them. They all hit the ground just as a laser shot from Miku went over them and into the bushes. Miku was running at full speed and closing in.

"You two hide or keep going." Lodia got up and stood a grounding position as she held her arm outstretched.

"Let's fight fire with fire." She said. The palm of her hand opened, showing the metal surface. The glow of red appears quick as it shot out her hand. The power of the androids that are made in Grey's lab are incredible.

Even if she was a complete model, they're not to be released since they're not meant to be controlled like Nathen's android seems to be. KP wasn't even aware that he had one, but after Lodia explained everything, it's obvious his prototype is no match for her.

Multiple shots fired as Miku dodged them. Carly and KP took shelter behind a tree a good hundred feet away to avoid getting hit. KP couldn't leave without knowing if Lodia would make it or not. If something happens, then he'd have to step in and try to stop that machine before it finds the pole.

"Should we do something?" Carly asked.

"At this point there's nothing you could do in a fight between two robots."

"Robots?" She repeated in a panic. She was going to figure seeing as regular people can't shoot lasers from their hands. KP turned to see Lodia still shooting and finally hit Miku.

Miku was hit in the arm and left leg, slowing her speed, but she kept going. She reached Lodia and pounced taking hold of her shoulders and bringing her to the grounds hard. Miku began her assault, getting the upper hand. Lodia got a hold of Miku's hair and pulled it back, making her lose focus. She took that chance and rolled over, getting on top of her now.

"You need to learn your boundaries."

"Miku!" KP looked up and saw both Nathen and Tom headed their way. He wouldn't show up without a plan. He needs to brace himself for anything.

"Miku, sound, now!" Nathen demanded. They all turned to watched her. KP wasn't sure what this command could mean. She went completely still and opened her mouth. It became quiet. KP stared at her as he heard it. It was a high pitch hypersonic sound. It almost made him sick to hear. Lodia was still on the ground over Miku and didn't move. They were both like statues.

"Lodia, listen to me and stand." Nathen ordered. Lodia quickly got to her feet just as she was told.

"It works." Tom said amazed.

"Her defect. We need to go." KP said and grabbed Carly.

"What happened to Lodia?" She asked.

"She's being controlled."

"Now, get Carly. Miku, follow." Nathen gave another order to both of them. Miku stood to her feet and they both headed in the direction they started running in.

KP weaved through the trees to try and slow them down, but Lodia was still able to keep up. She knew where they were going so she had no troubles following them.

"Lodia, why are you chasing us!" Carly yelled in fear as she noticed.

"There's no use talking to her now." KP told her.

"But I don't understand. How did she suddenly become controlled? Maybe if we talk to her, she'll come to her senses." Carly thought. Then she stopped running.

"Carly, we need to keep going."

"Lodia, I don't know what's going on, but you know it's me right?" She tried talking to her. Lodia slowed down.

"Is it actually working?" KP watched Lodia calmly walked up to Carly.

"See, she isn't being controlled." Carly said. Lodia walked past Carly and stood behind her. Then she grabbed hold of her.

"Carly, get away now!" KP shouted.

"What are you doing?"  Carly asked. Lodia didn't respond nor did she let go of her grip. Carly tried to break free but it was no use.

"Why are you holding me?"

"She's being controlled Carly. She's not herself." KP reminded her.

"Miku, double action. Shut that one up." Nathen showed and demanded for Miku to attack KP. She launched forward without hesitation. He didn't have enough time to blocked, so he moved around a tree only barely missing her.

"How are you doing that to Lodia?" KP asked.

"Wouldn't you like to know." Nathen smirked. Then he felt a blow to the back of his head and he was headed for the ground. KP was still recovering from the reaction he had from what they released before. His vision became blurry as he laid on the dirt. He tried to get to his feet, but his body was getting heavy. Miku was on top of him.

"Lodia, let me go!" Carly shouted. KP looked over and saw the tight hold on her body was released just that easily. Carly backed away and looked at Lodia.

"What are you doing? Hold her and don't let go!" Nathen said. Lodia reached out to grabbed Carly again, but she moved just as she reached out. Lodia swiftly turns and grabs hold of her from the back.

"Did you really think you could outrun an android?" Nathen asked. Seeing how Lodia was acting, it wasn't just Nathen controlling her. She was open to any commands.

"Lodia, release her!" KP shouted.

"Miku, I thought I told you to shut him up." Nathen said. Miku was trying to attack him again, but he had her arms so she couldn't hit him. 

"Lodia, attack Nathen now!" KP managed to say. She immediately looked over to him and shot a laser from her eyes. He was hit directly and flew back to the ground.

"Nathen!" Tom shouted. "Lodia, get the girl not us!"

"No! Lodia, you know me, don't do this." Carly tried to plead with her. She braced herself to be grabbed again by her, but nothing happened.

"Lodia what's wrong?"

"I think she's been overloaded." KP said still struggling with Miku. Lodia was in front of Carly when she extended her arms and showed her metal hands.

"What are you doing? "Carly asked. Lodia still hasn't said anything, she simply started firing.

"No! Don't kill her!" Tom shouted. KP finally managed to throw Miku off of him and was able to grab Carly right before she was hit.

"She can't be stopped we have to go."

Lodia kept her shots going. With no one in specific, she aimed at everyone and everything. She was going mad.

"She's going to kill us all if she keeps this up." Tom stated as he watched everything around him getting hit by her attacks. Some of the shots went as far as into town. Nathen was still laying on the ground when Tom went to check on him. His shirt was burned by his right shoulder. He took a direct hit.

"Miku!" Tom suddenly shouted as he watched her get hit with the blast. Miku went flying backwards into a tree head first. Suddenly the high pitch sound she had been making stopped. Everything went still.

"Now's our chance to go." KP told Carly. They made a run further into the forest. They were closing in on the town's border. Nathen and Miku were out of commission. Tom wouldn't dare act on his own. This was there chance to come up with plan B.
