After what seemed to be like forever we finally appeared at the party it was a grand hall filled with lots of people and I felt so uncomfortable and my so called friends left me including Jaxon and someone handed me a drink and I dropped it in a table I hated drinking it reminded me of my mother as I stared at the cup remembering how my mum would come home drunk and start vomiting. After a while of thinking of my mum I heard heeels clinking behind me and I turned to see Ariana and Elsa.

"wow Jenna you look surprisingly okay" she said laughing "happy birthday Ariana" I replied although she was insulting me trying to say I looked like a fool most times "thanks" she replied "shit! Scott's here! " Elsa exclaimed "for real?" Ariana asked looking at Elsa's direction "OMG! I'm gonna go say hi" Ariana said as she and Elsa left. I looked around I couldn't find any of my friends it's like they just disappeared then my phone started ringing it was my dad and I walked outside the place was too noisy I didn't want my dad to know that I was at a party.

"hey dad" I called through the phone "how's my little angel doing?" he asked "I'm good everything OK" I said and he laughed I missed his laughter. "I'm glad your fine if you need anything you know you can always ask me" he said and I smiled I could imagine him doing the same "yeah dad I know" I said "I miss you so much the house is boring and the guys are making a mess of the place" he said and I laughed since I entered college, his friends always came over. "don't worry dad you'll be fine" I said "yeah I will" he said "OK bye dad" I said "bye love remember daddy loves you" he said "and i don't doubt it" I said smiling. "hey beautiful" a voice says from behind me as am about to hang up "who's that?" my dad asked "it's no one dad" I said turning around to face the owner of the voice  it's the second guy that was in the car the one who asked my to sit on him.

"hey why are you out here the party is in there" he said "party?" my dad asked and I made a shushing sound to the guy and he laughs and leaves. "Jenna are you at a party?" my dad asked "no dad I'm on my way back from the library I stayed there too late and there's a party in the street and some random guy just walked up to me" I lied I hated the way I lied to my dad he gave me whatever I wanted and I'm lying to him. "OK I know you have to read but it's not safe for you to go alone" he said over the phone "OK dad bye" I said "bye love" he said  and I hanged up and sighed and a cold wind blew past me causing me to shiver I really needed that jacket.

"are you cold?" a voice called behind me and I turned around it was Scott. I ignored him and  turned around "I thought you didn't want to talk" I said "I don't I was just asking if you were cold" he said "well I don't think you realize but by asking me a question you're talking to me" I said "fine your just like the rest of them" he said rudely rolling his eyes. "the rest of who?" I asked confused "don't pretend I know your one of them" he said and I stared at him confused.
