(Louise's POV)

I found Midnight by the creek nearby
again today. She was just- crying. She
pulled at her eye lids gazing at her reflection. I knew what she was looking at and I felt horrible for her. "Hey." I said walking over to her the sitting on the grass with her. Startled and frantic she could not find her sunglasses she looked away. "No don't look at me." She said with pain and sorrow in her voice. "What are you afraid of me not liking your eyes or something?" I joked trying to cheer her up. Which only resulted with a pitiful whimper. I frowned then decided to tell her what I really thought. "Well I think your eyes are beautiful they look nice." Surprised she looked at me almost like she didn't believe me at first. "You mean it?" She asked trying to be sure I wasn't teasing. "Yes you think I'd say something I didn't mean?" I replied. She had a funny look on her face at first, then it made it's way to a perfectly good smile. "Thanks Louise.." She said then out of nowhere hugged me. Tickled to the core now, I hugged back wearing the goofiest grin ever. "She stared at me for a second then stood up. "Well I best be going." She said. "See you around?" She asked. I felt my cheeks turning
pink. "Yea see you around!" I cried out to her. Once I knew she was gone I sighed I made a fool of myself in front
of her I know it!
