I'm getting a step- mother and step-brother. And they're moving in today.

Dad had the decency to tell me this morning.

"But Dad, why didn't you tell me before, so I could get ready for this?" I whined, slamming my coffee cup down on the kitchen table a little too hard. He flinched, then grabbed my shoulder, pulling me in for a hug.

"I know it's sudden, but.. I wanted to wait. I didn't know how you would respond," he sighed. His new girlfriend, Nadia, I've met before. But Dad never mentioned she had a son, who's just a year older than me.

Nadia was a beautiful lady. She had blonde locks that were so long, they reached her hips. And they had gotten engaged last night. Dad told me, and I congratulated him. I didn't think he would have her move in so quickly.

I could see it though, an older woman with my older father. Who knows? He could've ended up with a young, young woman that's after his money, because, after all, Dad is a man with money.

And just as he pulled away, I started to object to his decision, until the doorbell interrupted me.

Hey hi, nuggets. ;)

So I'm just starting this, and I actually kinda planned it out. For like, five minutes. So I'm still making it up as I go. But I have the general storyline planned.
