THE PARK HOUSEHOLD was bustling, the bright playful music echoed across the four walls of every corner. Everyone had a smile on their face as they move from one corner to another doing their business and keeping themselves busy with works. The flower bouquet filled the hallway , the busy kitchen with busy chefs , the clear sky with the call breeze made everything more peaceful.

The elders were happily talking with each other, sharing drinks and discussing the recent birth-rate and the current affairs going on. Jin Choyeon ; wife of Park Danggu sat on the chair as her twins happily plays on her lap. Their soft giggles was enough to make the couple happy and just play along with them.

"Choyeon-ah, go and eat something ━━ I'll hold them for you" Jin Hogyeong saw her daughter was playing with the kids ever since the event started so she wanted her to have some fun, chat with her friends. Kim Dojoo came along and sat beside the Jinyowon leader with Gang in her arms and Dan with his grandmother.

Kim Dojoo adored the two twins alot, ever since the day they were born she'd babysit them with with his husband despite her complaining that Danggu and Choyeon should look after them more rather than working. But the two precious beans always made her smile and fill her gloomy days with laughter.

"I used to take care of our Young Master when he was at this age, he used to be so cute like Dan and Gang"

Jin Hogyeong pulled a small soft tassel for Dan who started playing with it as Hogyeong teased him, "It seems it's time for me to rest. Taking care of my daughter since she was a kid and now that she is full grown, even giving me my grandsons. Then there is Buyeon, happy with her life and doing what she want. As a mother, I can finally be at ease"

Kim Dojoo understood what the leader said and nods her head in acknowledgement.

"Uk-ah!" Danggu's delighted voice caught everyone's attention. He saw his old friend whom he hasn't seen in months at his doorstep with his wife beside him.

"Eonnie"

The two ladies hugged each other as they haven't seen each other in ages , catching up about the stuffs they have missed in a while. They were lost in their conversations that they failed to notice another new face beside them.

Uk suddenly remembered the laters presence and clear his throat, "Choyeon-ah, Danggu I've got a guest and brought her here for the celebration today. She's a friend from far away, Shin Yeongran. Yeongran-ah, she is Jin Choyeon — Buyeon's younger sister and her husband Park Danggu, leader of Songrim and also my childhood friend. I'm sure you might have heard of them"

Yeongran bowed her head as a sign of respect for the couple who greeted her back. "Thank you so much for coming Lady Shin"

They guided them towards the twins where Buyeon didn't hesitate to hug her mother and Kim Dojoo who looked extremely happy.

"Glad that you all made it in time"

Kim Dojoo saw Shin Yeongran and her eyes went wide, "Yeongran? Oh My , it's really you Shin Yeongran"

Hogyeong who was engaged in talks with her daughter turned towards Yeongran's and when her eyes saw the very familiar face, she beamed "I didn't expect Lady Shin to be here, welcome to Songrim!"

Yeongran felt overwhelmed with the respect the leader had for her, she then flashed a small smile of courtesy "Leader Jin, Lady Kim....nice to meet you two"

Choyeon was confused at the courtesy her mother was showing, the lady didn't look old but rather their age but her appearance and her moves looks elegant and calm as if she had no worries of anything.

"Mom, Aunty . . . you know Lady Shin?"

Kim Dojoo chuckled and look at Yeongran with a fond smile, "Shin Yeongran. . . . World of music , cultivation. . . ."

Danggu gasped when he realized who she was and Choyeon seemed to catch up with her husband and were in awe.

"It's Lady Shin, the goddess of music world!"

This is the title given to Yeongran ever since she started cultivation and indulge in the world of music, with the power she had and the golden core inside her, engaging in music ━━ making music as her spiritual tool made her become the first female to cultivate in music and her skills? everyone's reaction says so much about her skills.

She wasn't used with this nickname even though she was already heard some strangers identifying her like that , she feels like the particular nickname is a burden to her but she didn't want to say anything but rather avoided the topic at all cost.

"No Leader Park, you flattered me. I came here today and brought a small gifts for the children...I made them with my own hands, they can play with it sometimes"

Yeongran placed a cute small soft panda and a rabbit to Choyeon who was overjoyed then thanked her.

As they were catching up Jang Uk saw a very familiar face enter the room which cause a small stir among few of the young maidens from the noble family present on the celebration, also the friends of Choyeon.

Uk joyfully waved his hand with a big grin "Yul-ah ! Here ! Finally , our leader of Jeongjingak is here"

"Stop making a fuss Jang Uk"

Yeongran frozed on the spot. As if the time stopped , there was a weird emotion bubbling inside her, the small grin on her face was replaced by a blank look in a second. She felt nervous, and there was no reason for her to feel nervous but why?

Why was she feeling nervous?

"Shin Yeongran?"

I haven't heard of that voice in 3 years. Yeongran thought when Yul called her name. In a flash, her nose felt itchy and eyes glistened as memories of the past haunts her back but with all the might she had, flash a smile.

Choyeon saw the two person's behavior a bit odd as they were staring at each other, as if they were an old friend. With a curious look, she couldn't help but question Seo Yul
"Do you know each other?"

"She is actually my wi━━"

"Friend! A distant friend"

Seo Yul's gaze met the damped teary eyes with a confused look ; Jang Uk and Jin Buyeon ━ who knew the story well were astonished at how Yeongran didn't let Seo Yul introduce her as his wife. The point where she had to claim herself as a distant friend.

Buyeon felt sad seeing the two couples acting like stranger, even after meeting for the first time in years and years. She couldn't help herself but quietly whisper to Jang Uk "Their relationship is really bad, so bad that it will take time to mend up"

Uk didn't know since when things went wrong. Was it the flash marriage or the unrequited love ? or is ther anything going on between the two that he wasn't aware of.

"Broken hearts are hard to mend, especially when she once saw her as a soulmate and yet, he broke her heart without even knowing"
