Our boys started off into the New Year meeting up with SPECTRUMS, as they reconnected with them by showing them who's the star of the moment.

As the show wraps up, the boys are finally rewarded for their hard work all year: a feast.

Inside a room in the MIDNIGHT ENTERTAINMENT building, laid a large round table with all sorts of raw food inclusive of meat and vegetables. In its centre, a grill and hotpot which was a (secret) promise to by the staff members to PRISM as a reward for giving their all for their latest performance at the countdown festival.

Walking down the hallways, we catch a glimpse of the five boys, ETHAN, KYU, JAEHYUNG, YANG and JASON walking down the hallway, thanking the staff members for their hard work for the night.

(to the staff) Thank you, have a good night!

⸝⸝ KYU ⸃ !!
(to the staff) Happy New Year! Sleep well!!

Opening the door to the said room, JASON peeks his head inside and turns to look at how bright the room is and the table of food that is perfectly centred by cameras that captured every angle of the room.

Despite being greeted by the staff inside, JASON is still shocked by the set-up.

Oh- I'm sorry!

,he says before panicky closing the door back on him.

This room was booked for us to rest though.

After reassurance from the staff members, the boys were finally pushed back into the room as the staff tried to convince them the grill and hotpot was for them, much to their surprise, excitement and confusion for half of the boys. Eventually the boys settle down on the table and are ready to dig in.

JASON sarcastically pouts as he rolls his eyes before helping himself to the grilled meat.

Standing up from his seat, JISUNG pours soju into his hyung's glasses and upon counting down, prepare to all take a shot each.

All the attention turns to YANG, who's trying the Korean alcohol for the first time and burst into laughs and giggles as he makes an "Aeugh" from the rubbing alcohol taste running surfacing back onto his throat.

Eventually, the laughs and giggles die down and the boys are back to feasting again, though this time, JASON seems to start spacing out while the others eat.

(sighs) Our leader GUNHO-hyung isn't with us for this PRISM HEALING MEAL...

Aishh, he's probably working hard on his drama right now.

PRISM looks up in confusion and look at the cameraman who moves out of his position. Removing his face from the camera which kept it perfectly hidden from the members this whole time, revealing himself to be GUNO disguising as one of the cameramen this whole time.

Yeah! I think both songs felt very charismatic and had a cool melody. FEVER is also high on my list as well!

For me, ROLE PLAY was my favourite. It wasn't too heavy sounding for me-

For me, I really liked 2 FAST. I liked the groove of it and was happy to have been a part of its production.

I liked ERASER the most. Rapping consecutive bars was a lot of fun. NOAH-hyung - the composer for this song - also gave me many singing opportunities so uhh. I think he'll be watching this but thank you NOAH-hyung!

For me, I personally liked MOVIE STAR the most. From a music standpoint, I liked how the song started off slow and sultry before stunning listeners with an intense pre-chorus. The drop was very satisfying to hear and was very captivating. I'd also like to highlight how YANG's rap at the bridge makes people think "Wow, that came out of nowhere" but in a pleasant way!

In conclusion, this entire song is full of surprises and I'd actually like to reach out to the composers for this piece for tips on how I can improve.

I also liked BUTTERFLY EFFECT as its production was really fun! When I had decided I wanted to write a song about unpredictability, I had focused on trying to compose a piece that would even catch ME by surprise. Distributing the lines was also interesting as I didn't ask the usual vocalists to do the chorus and decided I wanted to let JISUNG try it! And he surprised us on how well he could do.

Actually, JISUNG-ssi surprised us with this entire album! We never knew he would be able to pull off Choruses so well

Yeah! GUNHO's BUTTERFLY EFFECT's production was finished first and the production team for this album, all agreed that we would be utilising JISUNG's vocals more.

JASON looks at the older members with puppy eyes, too flustered to speak, he just smiles and continues eating his food as GUNO reads out the next question.

If you could steal someone else's part in MOVIE STAR, who's would it be and why?

ETHAN's chorus lines look fun to do though. He looks really cool while performing it on stage! Though I do think everyone's lines suited them well.

I think that, as unfair as the time distributions may be, each li seemed to be tailor made for each member. For example, ETHAN got the chorus and the intro as he's more facially expressive to fit into this concept. And it's even boosted by his visuals!

ETHAN blushes at the side at GUNO's remarks.

YANG's lower tone has always been able to give off a form of "kick" when he raps so he was given the rap at the bridge, that gave it an overall "surprise" effect. All in all, everyone was able to stand out in the song with their given lines so I'd probably not want to take anyone's.

As GUNO finishes his sentence, he takes a piece of chopstick and shoves a mouthful of grilled pork belly into his mouth, and stares blankly at his other members as they await his next question.

Which song's storyline did you enjoy the most?

It's quite relatable as when people are infatuated with someone, they tend to start imagining themselves with their love interest in a movie!

Personally, I liked LOVESONG the most. While the concept and story behind the song were up to interpretation, many listeners seem to talk about how the speaker is obsessed with his lover! And to that, I agree but the biggest victim of the song was not his lover but the speaker instead.

I think the song lyrics depict one's unhealthy love for someone that was starting to harm themselves instead. I think they've developed some sort of heavy reliance on their lover that he himself is unable to love himself! For example, the "Use me like a drug" shows a lack of self-worth he sees in himself. He doesn't see himself as a person for his lover to love but a tool to be used by her instead. But he doesn't seem to care if he's just being used! He thinks he'll be happy with her just by his side and that's quite... unhealthy for him.

But I think the song lyrics take place in a setting where the speaker is finally able to come to terms with how unhealthy his previous mindset is, and is working to get better. Which I think sets a nice message for our listeners.
