Evangeline Ana Stark was an accident. Something she was told since she was a child. Eva was seventeen years younger than her older brother Anthony better known as Tony Stark.

One thing to describe Eva Stark is trauma. For that is something Eva Stark has always known.

The day she was born she was kidnapped. Although she was found less than twenty-four hours later it still gave time for Hydra to experiment.

But we will explain that later.

When she was four both of her parents were murdered in a car crash.

And Eva was asleep in the back.

No one knows how she survived it. Eva did not even know how she did.

When thinking of the memory it was completely black she only remembers a scream that sounded like her mother's voice and waking up on the side of the road with an unknown jacket over her. 

A jacket she always wore. It was slightly big on her but she liked it. It smelt nice to her. Like home.

And for the next twelve years of her life, Eva was the perfect heiress. She did not party like her brother and legal guardian. She didn't do drugs. She graduated college when she was fourteen and started working at her father's now her brother's company.

But when she was seventeen the worst happened.

One of the girls she went to college with convinced her to go out to a club.

Her drink was spiked.

Half dead in an alleyway she was found by a man.

A man who was on a mission.

He found her seeing her from a high distance as he was looking for his target.

That was one of the first missions he did not complete. Instead of killing someone, he saved her life.

When she was eighteen Eva was no longer the innocent kid-like girl she once was.

She grew up after that night. She began a foundation for survivors and then a company.

It was a company dedicated to helping keep people safe when they went out at night.

With her brain and money, she developed it all by herself and just in the first month of her company being launched Eva had more investors and earned back all the money she had put into the company.

When she was nineteen Eva entered her apartment one night only to find the lights and security off.

Walking in she saw three people. Two men and one female. One man she knew. The other with an eyepatch and the girl with red hair.

She was found for something she was working on. Something dangerous that SHIELD did not want anyone else to have their hands on.

But Eva was still the daughter of Howard Stark a worldwide genius and inventor and Maria Stark a former assassin.

So she of course told him to stick it where the sun does not shine and kicked him out of her apartment.

Her life was then normal for the next three years. She got even richer and learned how to defend herself from anyone.

But when she was twenty-two Eva went with her older brother to Afghanistan to demonstrate a fleet of Jericho missiles the two have developed.

The two were then kidnapped and held captive for several months being forced to create another missile.

Tony then created an armored suit which he used to escape their captors while Eva made a flame gun and used it to burn everyone to get out.

With that Iron Man and the Ember Fire were made.

Eva and Tony then found out about their godfather's betrayal and were then recruited by SHIELD.

And while Tony said no Eva said yes. She wanted to do something right in the world. Not just use her father's name to get her everywhere.

With that, the deadly trio was born.

Clint Barton also known as Hawkeye the eyes from the distance.

Natasha Romanoff also known as the Black Widow the assassin.

And Evangeline Stark also known as Ember Fire the brains.

Her life after that was semi-normal. Until her partner and basically, best friend was then kidnapped by a crazy villain.

With that, the Avengers were formed and Tony founds out exactly what his baby sister has been doing. And to say he did not approve with an understatement.

For his little sister was the only family he had left. He still remembered the first time he held her.

When he got the call from the cops after his parent's death and then another phone call years later from the hospital his heart stopped.

But none more than when seeing his baby sister unconscious with a bruise on her face, a busted lip, and blood around her when he woke up in a cage.

Tony knew she could handle herself but he wanted her safe.

And being in New York surrounded by aliens was not the safest place to be.

After the Avenger's Eva was partnered up with a certain Super Solider someone who her brother loathed and someone she remembers her father talking about since she was born.

Steve Rogers aka Captain America.

The two teamed up for missions when they come across someone Steve believed was dead and Eva had only seen in pictures.

James "Bucky" Barnes aka the Winter Solider.

And let's just say his and Eva's first meeting was not the best.

But their probably fourth was much better.

Eva actually helped the man who now knew who he actually was. The two slowly became what some were called friends while hiding it from everywhere else.

But then the worst happens. Bucky was framed for an explosion Eva knew he did not cause. Especially since he was with her when it happened.

And that was just the beginning. Seeing her parents being murdered by the man she was falling in love with was not easy to watch.

And watching your brother absolutely lose it because of it was not easy either.

But nothing is easy in the life of Evangeline Ana Stark. And nothing ever would be.

Because that's just the beginning of her story. The ending is more heartbreaking.
