How You Met Them part 1/16 (Pippin)

How you met them was requested by Eunice199701 more than a year ago. But due to the troubles and trials my family has been going through this time of our lives, request here on my book has been on a low priority. So Eunice199701, I hope you understand, and as a peace offering, I made each scenario more detailed, and thus I divided them since it would be so long and it would take long before the next update. Please enjoy!

You are Boromir and Faramir's youngest sister. You have just heard about the death of your oldest brother when Faramir had to go to defend Osgiliath from the attacking orcs of Mordor. You begged him and your father, Denethor, to let you go to Osgiliath, but they would not hear of it, though they knew you were a fairly good fighter.

Sulking in the courtyard of the palace of Minas Tirith, you see Mithrandir, the wizard, with a strange-looking man. Sure, he looked like a full-grown man, but his height is that of a tall child. The wizard and the halfling went inside the halls of your father, the steward of the throne, not seeming to notice. You remained sitting waiting until an angry wizard stomped out of the hall with a confused halfling trailing behind him, you rushed to them to ask if they would like to be led to their temporary lodgings.

"It has been a while, Mithrandir," you said.

"Yes, it has," he replied. "I'd like you to meet Peregrin Took, a hobbit of the Shire."

Peregrin stepped up. "It is a privilege to meet you, Peregrin Took of the Shire. I am y/n, daughter of Denethor," you said, curtseying to the short man.

"It is a privilege to meet you as well, Miss y/n. Please, you can call me Pippin," he greeted, bowing.

"Very well, then," I said, "Gandalf and Pippin, would you like me to show you the rooms where you would be staying at during your stay here in Minas Tirith?"

The old wizard replied, "We would very much appreciate that, y/n."

And thus I led them to their rooms. "These are your rooms, sirs. If you ever need me, just ask the guards to fetch for me," I said.

The wizard nodded. Pippin walked to me and said, "Thank you very much, miss y/n."

"You're most welcome, Pippin," I replied.

The Hobbit then nodded and went to his room. I smirked and went to attend to other businesses.
