Micheal's POV

I had to admit for a moment, it went quiet in the car and I thought, this is gonna go bad. But when I caught a quick glance at y/n she just seemed nervous, which I knew how to fix.
"Since I ask you out, you may have music preferences" I said, this made her quickly pull out her phone with a laugh.

"Not smart Micheal" I heard her say, should I be scared? Was the last I thought before I Heard loud music cut me off.

"We're no strangers to love
You know the rules and so do I~" I Laughed before starting to sing with her and turning up the music louder, I couldn't hear myself yell.
"A full commitment's what I'm thinking of
You wouldn't get this from any other guy~

"NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP,
NEVER GONNA LET YOU DOWN" We both sang
"NEVER GONNA RUN AROUND-" I started
"AND DESERT YOU" She finished for me, I turned down the music as we both laugh and all thought of worry was left behind. I mean this is Y/n were talking about my best friend, and hopefully more by tonight

We pulled up in the car park and had some fun yelling at a slow guy in front of us before finally getting into the shopping centre.
"OK so we'll get the tickets and then we have some spare time to run around" I said turning to her.

Even though it feels like for forever Y/n has still only been here a couple months. This means I had to guide her around because she had never been to this place. We first stopped of at the cinemas to get tickets and the we had about 20 minutes to muck around.

We both didn't know what to do for a little bit but that didn't last long before we walked past a Lush store and heard a familiar voice shout at us.
"Micheal and Y/n!?" I didn't have to turn around to know who it was
"The insanely cool Jared Kleinman?!" Micheal asked turning around.

That's one thing I love about Micheal, he is the type of guy to just be friends with everyone. He didn't care what personality they had he would make friends with them, to be honest it's like his super power.

"Hi Jared."
On the other hand me and Jared had that hate friend relationship. You know were you say you hate them and always pick on each other but actually enjoy it and in all seriousness consider them a friend? Yeah that one.

"Hey Babe," Oh and Jared acts like my gay friend which is funny because he one of my very phew straight friends.
"Jesus, Is everyone out on dates today? I just saw J.D and Veronica walk past and before that Rich screaming at Jake about something" He sighed and looked back at the store "I'm just here with my CRONCH-y bath bombs all single and alone."

Me and Micheal both laughed, telling him he'll find that special someone some day.
"JARED!!" All of us turned to looked back at the store were a grumpy worker stood
"And that's my queue to leave, have fun on your date and use protection!" He yelled loud enough for everyone to turn and give us weird looks.

I blushed but laugh and shook my head, Jared is and idiot.
"Hey want to go get some lollies to sneak in?" Micheal asked
"Yeah!" He grabbed my hand and dragged my towards (Random store?)

"So, what should we get?" I asked looking at the wall full of different bags of lollies. We both agreed to grab a bag of Doritos but couldn't pick anything else.
"I think I might just get toffee, I looove toffee" Micheal said, I scanned the wall and just ended up picking my favorite like usual, at first I wanted to try something different but I just like what I always have.

"We should head back now, Here after I pay for them we can shove them in this backpack" Micheal said I agreed but tried to argue with him on the paying thing. He won the argument in the end by placing his hand on top of mine and using those annoyingly cute puppy eyes.

Before we went into the cinema I brought some of the overly priced popcorn and slushies to Micheal's disagreement. As much as he loves the food he didn't want me paying. I didn't care because eating popcorn while watching a movie with your date is a classic.

We walked into the cinema and took are spots right in the centre middle and got comfortable. Putting are slushies in the cup holders, opening the lollies so we weren't loud during the movie, and taking are shoes off of course.
(I always take my shoes of during movies, don't ask)
While we were waiting for the movie to start Micheal and I talked about random things.

"Ooo Have you seen this?" He asked showing me the classic moth memes
"But Lämp I love you," I laughed "Of course I have seen them there everywhere,"
"To bad it's almost dead," Micheal said "Memes come and go to fast" I laughed at him
"Where did they even-" DUN DUN

I jumped in my seat as the ad started, scared me badly. I grabbed my heart and looked at Micheal who was holding a hand over his mouth trying not to laugh to hard
"Your like a cat, gets scared easily, needs attention and food" I blushed as Micheal continued to quietly laugh
"Yep and gets randomly aggressive at times" I said he scoffed at my try of being ruff and turned his attention towards the movie
"And your cute" I heard him mumble

A lot of my Australian shone through this chapter, I had to change some things, and just so you know:
Shopping Centre = Mall
Lollies = Candy
Is it just in Australia or is Cinema food over priced?

BTW if you don't follow me, I hurt my hand so I'm a 10x slower typer and will make more mistakes, sorry!
