Despite my pleading Mr. Alucard refused to change his mind concerning the hypnocil. "My son tells me that you dreamed about Freddy last night."

"Wes."

"He tells me, that you informed him that Freddy threatened to kill you, is that correct?" Dracula asked with a slight frown.

"Wes, but he nu mean it. He was just upset witfh me cause me bwoke me pwomise. He was only twying to scawe me, to teach me the consequences fowa being naughty."

At this, Dracula's lips curled into a snarl "stop making excuses for that monster!" His boys looked at each other trying not to laugh at their father's choice of words. After all, technically they were bloodsucking monsters. "Did you forget what he did to you?"

"Nu but Me desewbed to be punished." I replied quietly knowing that Mr. Alucard wouldn't like my answer.

"There is a fine line between being punished and being beaten Catherine, and he crossed that line. Why don't you understand that?" Dracula asked sadly. "Even your friend Jason understood that, and he's mentally challenged."

I didn't like this conversation it made me feel uncomfortable. Yes, Freddy had hurt me. Yes, he had threatened to kill me. Did I deserve what he had done to me? The beating he gave me? Yes. I had broken my word and only bad girls do that.

Bad Girls deserve their medicine. Was I afraid that he would kill me if I fell asleep again? No. But that didn't mean I wasn't afraid of what he'd do to me the next time I dreamt about him.

Did I want to loose him forever by taking that dream suppressing medicine in order to keep myself safe from him? No. Dracula snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Oh, I almost forgot. The man that you use to call your foster father, has had an unfortunate accident so you won't be returning to living with him."

"What happened?"

"There was a drive by shooting  and he was caught in the crossfire. He has lost a lot of blood and is currently in a coma from which he may never awaken. As for your foster sister, after her father's accident she became mentally unstable and attempted suicide."

"She is now a permanent patient at the mental hospital that you used to be a resident of." Mr. Alucard replied. "As for the man who treated you like a toddler, he's been arrested for illegal activities and will be in jail for a very long time." Dracula replied.

Upon hearing the last part I frowned. Mr. Bendito didn't deserve to be sent to jail. He was a good man. "Does this mean that lady is going to come take me away fwom Spwingwood again?" I asked worriedly.

"No child. You will remain living with my sons and I from now on. My son Draco, is in the process of becoming your legal guardian. Starting tonight, you will begin taking Hypnocil and eventually you will forget all about Freddy." Mr. Alucard replied.

Meanwhile, in the dream world Freddy slashed a nearby pipe in anger. Dam that Dracula! How dare he try and take my princess away from me!"

"What did you expect would happen? You threatened to kill her and you called her what you call all of your female victims." The dream demon with feelings replied.

"I called her a...." Freddy's eyes went wide in shock and he paused unable to finish his sentence and the dream demon with feelings nodded. "How could I ever compare her to those type of girls? What have I done?" Freddy groaned.

"You let your jealousy and fear of loosing Catherine, take over your judgment. Did you know that She still wants to dream about you? Even after you almost beat her to death she still wanted to dream about you. She even defended your actions. She knew that you were still angry and would still want to kill her but despite my warning she still wanted to see you."

"You turned your back on her and you broke her heart. You threatened to kill her, so that you could claim her soul and become stronger. Now you've lost her forever. Dracula will force her to take the medication and in time she will forget all about you." The dream demon with feelings replied with a sigh.

Upon this realization, Freddy fell into despair and lost all hope of ever seeing me again. That evening Dracula handed me the hypnocil and I stared at it and then back up at him silently pleading with him not to force me to take it. "You will take your medicine my child." I shook my head in defiance. "Catherine!" Dracula said a hint of warning in his voice.

"Me don't want too. Me don't want to fowagwt Fweddy. He lobes me, me know he does, please don't take him away fwom me. Me can't loose him again, me just can't." I reply tearfully.

"Catherine Tina Marie Rosealynn Myers Bendito Alucard You will take the medication and you will take it now!" Dracula replied his eyes flashing red with anger. I whimpered and shook my head no once more.

"Father stop it! If Catherine doesn't want to take the medication, then she shouldn't have too." Julian replied.

"Fank you." I whispered looking up at Julian giving him a slight smile.

"Fine don't take the Hypnocil. However, Catherine you must consider the consequences of your choice. If you don't take the medication and your dream turns into a nightmare, we will not wake you up. Do you understand?" Dracula replied with a frown.

"Wes. Thank you fowa undastanding how much Me need him." I whispered as I let out a big yawn. Mr. Alucard gave a slight nod to say your welcome but I could tell that he wasn't happy.

"Goodnight Catherine." He whispered leaning down to kiss my forehead but I backed away from him. "Now what?" He asked with a frown.

"Me don't want kisses." Dracula cocked and eyebrow at me and then sighed.

"Very well. Goodnight, little one."

Soon I found myself being tucked in by Draco. I yawned as he whispered "Sleep well my dark Princess of the night." Before I could stop him, he kissed my forehead once more and then turning out the light slowly closed the door behind him leaving it open a slight crack to let in the moonlight.

It didn't take me long to drift off to sleep and I soon found myself in Freddy's boiler room. "Daddy?" I called to him hesitantly.

Suddenly Nancy appeared in the boiler room and screamed "Kruger! I'm here!!"

I frowned what was she doing here? I decided to get her attention and ask her. "Nancy? what is you doing hewa?"

"Catherine?" Nancy ask in surprise.

"Why is you hewa?" I demanded with a frown.

"We figured out a way to stop Freddy once and for all. If we can pull him into our world, we can kill him. Come out Kruger you coward!" Nancy yelled into the darkness and my frown turned into a snarl. She's kill him over my dead body.

The dream demons chuckled "be careful what you wish for."

"Excuse me?"

"Yes child?"

"If I can dream about daddy anytime I want, can I also dream about his weapons?"

"Why don't you give it a try?" One of the demons replied.

I closed my eyes and focused picturing a duplicate of Freddy's glove on my hand. A second later one appeared and I smiled. "Nancy." As she turned to face me, I raised my glove and slashed her across the face and then dug the knives straight into her abdomen.

Her eyes went wide in shock and I chuckled sinisterly. "You don't know how long Me been wanting to do that. Oh don't worry, I'm not going to kill you. I'm going to let Freddy have that honor." Nancy let out a scream and she tried running from me but I slashed her leg causing her to twist her ankle.

As she limped away she demanded "why are you doing this?" I chuckled and smiled evilly. I could sense her fear and it was intoxicating. No wonder my brother and Freddy and the others loved to kill people. The thrill was amazing, in fact, it was almost like taking a drug. It was quite a rush and I was relishing every moment of her fear.

"That's for me to know and you to find out but let's just say that I am very jealous when it comes to Freddy. I don't like sharing his attention. I'm not about to sit back and allow you to take him away from me a second time." I replied.

"Wait. Don't tell me you have feelings for that monster?" Nancy replied in shock. Have you forgotten what he did to us when he was alive? He molested us, and he murdered over 25 of our classmates for fun. He murdered Jasmine & Tina & Ricky and countless others and he will try to kill us too, if we don't stop him."

"Unfortunately, I can't let you do that Nancy. As for him being a monster, a teacher once told us that the word monster is a relative term. To a canary or a mouse a cat is a monster. To a cat a dog is a monster. The list goes on and on. Humans are use to being the predators not the prey. It's a terrifying thing, learning ones own mortality."

"As for Freddy, He had never done anything to hurt me. He was going to adopt me and raise me as his, but you and your rotten friends had to go and mess things up. You stole Freddy from me, and I won't let that happen again."

"In fact, I think that it's only fair that I get to take someone you care about away fwom you. So who will it be humm? Should it be you alcoholic mother? Or your workaholic father? Or, maybe, I should kill your beloved Quinton?" I replied with an evil smile.

Nancy stared at me in shock and I swiped at her with my glove slicing into her other leg. As she fell to the floor she screamed in pain and it echoed through the boiler room. Immediately catching Freddy's attention. What was going on? Where had that scream come from?

Freddy decided to investigate and soon came upon Nancy and I. " What have you done?" He demanded as he rushed to Nancy's side helping her to her feet.

"I made the bi*tch pay." I replied shrugging my shoulders as if I could care less.

Freddy wagged one of his index finger "naughty naughty. Good little girls don't use language of that nature. You are my good little girl, aren't you Catherine?"

I nodded and then frowned at Nancy.  A snarl curled my lips as I replied "I won't let you take him away feom me again you bi*ch!"

"Catherine! What did I just get done telling you? What has gotten in to you young lady? Your not behaving like my good little princess and I don't like it one bit. Why can't you behave like my sweet little Nancy?" Freddy asked kissing Nancy on the lips with his tongue causing her to shudder in disgust.

A snarl curled my lips and I let out a deep growl. "Your always comparing me to her and I hate it!"

At this, Freddy began to smile and his eyes sparkled in delight. "Awww what's the matter? Is my little kitten feeling a little left out?"

"No."

"Come now kitten, admit it. Your feeling left out. That's why you stabbed Nancy with a.." Freddy looked surprised "where did you get that kitten?" He asked pointing at my replica of his glove on my hand.

I shrugged my shoulders. "Me wanted one and it just appeawed." I replied.

While we were talking Nancy tried to crawl away. Muttering to herself that she needed to wake up. "Whewe do you think you going you little tewmitr? I mean pwecious little Nancy?" I replied with a scoff. At this remark, I heard Freddy chuckle.

"Do I detect a hint of sarcasm?" He asked his eyes sparking in amusement.

"Duh." I replied rolling my eyes and Freddy frowned.

"Catherine Tina Marie Rosealynn Kruger, Don't you dare take that tone of voice with me!!! You have been a very bad little girl lately. You know I don't like it when you misbehave."

"Seems that you haven't learned your lesson. I guess I'll have to give you another dose of medicine to remind you to watch that attitude of yours." He replied causing a belt appearing in hand. I began to shudder at the sight of it and whimper.

"Me sowwy. Me didn't mean to be diswespectful. It's just that Nancy claims to habe found a way to make you go bye bye. Me lost you once, me don't want loose you again." I replied with a pout.

"Make me go bye bye? Oh, you mean kill me?" I nod. "They can't kill me kitten, I'm immortal. I'm not going anywhere. Out of curiosity tell me Nancy, just how do you plan on killing me?" Freddy demanded standing over Nancy's body his glove raised for the kill.

"Wes Nancy, do tell." I replied with a smile.

"I want to wake up. Quinton please wake me up!" Nancy screamed. "Wake me up!" She screamed and I smiled.

"What's the matter Nancy? Your boyfriend miss you wake up call? You never going to wake up again. You see, I had to keep you awake long enough so that when you finally feel asleep, it would be the last thing you ever did. Now we have eternity to play." Freddy replied with a smile and I let out a deep growl my eyes flashing in anger.

Freddy looked up at me in surprise and then a wide smile crossed his face. "Awww don't tell me my little kitten is jealous?" He said with a chuckle.

My eyes flashed angrily and I glared at him. "Jealous of the likes of hewa? Neba! Why don't you make hewa go bye bye and be done with it?" I replied angrily.

Nancy looked over at me in complete shock. "Catherine please snap out of it! This is not like you. Freddy must have you under some kind of mind control. You've got to fight it! Don't listen to him Catherine!" Nancy replied.

"What do you know what Me like? Huh? It's not like we is fweinds. In fact, Me memba you saying that we habe neba been fweinds and that we would neba be fwiends. That you'd neba want owa need help fwom the likes of me. Isn't that wight Nancy? Owa did you fowaget that?"

"I'm sorry Catherine, I never should have said that. I was just upset. I remembered how close you were to Freddy when he was alive and I was afraid that you wouldn't want to help us. Or that if  you did volunteer, it would be so that you could sabotage any attempts we made to defeat Freddy. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have judged you without knowing you." Nancy replied.

"Sabe you apologies fowa someone who cawes." I replied bitterly.

"Please Catherine, we need all the help we can get to defeat Freddy. Are you with us? Will you help us send that demon back to the depths of hell from where he came?" Nancy pleaded.

"Neba!" I screamed backing up and blocking Nancy's way to Freddy. "You'll huwt him oba me dead body!"

"Catherine please, don't do this. I'm begging you. Whatever he's promised you, it's a lie. He won't keep his word." Nancy replied.

At this my eyes flashed in anger once more. "Me said shut up you little...." Freddy cleared his throat in warning, so instead of using the word I so desperately wanted too I replied "why don't you keep that mouth of youwas shut Nancy? If Me wanted you opinion Me habe asked fowa it."

"As fowa your comment, Fweddy didn't pwomise me anything. Except to always lobe and pwotect me. You took that away fwom me once, and fowa that you desebe to go bye bye. Howeba, since you seem to be Fweddy's fabowite toy wight now, me just leabe you too alone. Have a fun."

"Catherine wait." I heard Freddy call me but I ignored him as I grabbed the glove off my hand and threw it on the ground as tears began streaming down my face.
