I'm gonna go ahead and publish 'cause I'm already feeling sad. This is my little appreciation note to Michael Joseph Jackson.

I finally realized how amazing Michael was actually about a year ago. I went to a show, on July 15, 2015, where tributes to very amazing musical artists were performed. The tribute artist to Michael was absolutely awesome, and he got me interested into Michael.
I went on to look up some of Michael's music. Ever since, my life hasn't been the same. My parents, fortunately, were already fans of him and had a couple CD's.

Without Michael, I'm not fully sure what my life would be like. I'd probably be pretty lost. Not only is Michael such a life-changing artist, his music helps me calm my nerves. I have social anxiety and just over-worry about things and he can lessen all of those with his music.

I just want to say thank you, Michael, for all of your beautiful influences on our world. You have changed my life, as well as so many others. I still can't believe it's been 7 years since Earth has been enchanted by you. I hope that we all, as your fans, continue to make you proud.

I hate that the media perceived you as a criminal. All true fans know that the truth isn't in the media. You deserved such a better life than what the media caused you, but I know you're in a better place now.

I miss you so much and I think about you daily. Like I've said, you've changed my life completely and I'm so glad you did, and still do, exist in our lives.

I love you, Michael Joseph Jackson. Thank you for influencing and helping to heal our world.
