Michael's POV
I hope those guys don't bother me anymore. I really don't want to start any trouble this school year. I can't wait to see Lucy she just makes me feel wanted and comfortable to be around. I don't care what those guys say I'm not gonna let them get in between our friendship. "Hi newbie." She teased. "Hey Lucy." The bell rings and we sit next to each other during class. I also recognize the boys that taunted me yesterday were also in this classroom. The boys seemed to give me an evil sort of look. More like I'm gonna fuck you up stare. "Good morning class, we are going to start getting your work sheets now. No talking until your work is finished." She hands out the papers and we started to write.
Lucy's POV
We started to do our work one of the boys were making a paper ball with there work and threw it at Michael. Michael looked back to see the boys turn there head and snickering. I have them an evil look and went back to work. Michael sighed and ignored them. The next boy tapped his pencil which I could easily tell annoyed Michael. All they wanted to do was make Michael angry and push his buttons which hey thought was fun. I looked at Michael. "Just ignore them, they aren't worth it right now." I whispered. He nodded his head and the bell rings he sends his work in and we leave. We walked out and Elvis grabbed my hand and covered my mouth. "Mhmm let go." I muffled screamed. He told me to the back of he bleachers and forced me down on the grass. "Sorry I had to do that. But I have something to tell you." I sighed. "Ugh what?"
Michael's POV
"Lucy?" I checked to see if she waited for me but must have rushed to class. I see one of the boys minions. They just looked at me and walked away. They like to bother me only with the leader around. I go outside and see Lucy and he leader under the bleachers talking to each other. And then she leaves him running back until she bumped into me. "Oh hey uh, sorry Michael I'm just not in a good mood right now." She sobs and runs back into the school doors. Elvis laughs and walks towards Michael. "What happened to her?" I asked. "Oh just personal thugs going on right now. It has nothing to do with me. But I'm warning you to stay away from Lucy or your toast." I run back to find Lucy she is crying sitting by the stairs. "I'm sorry I did this Michael."
Lucy's POV
"I'm sorry I did this Michael." Wiping my tears away. "What happened to you?" She cries even more. "Nothing Elvis just wanted to talk to me about something personal. I'll be fine just go to class." How am I supposed to tell Michael he rapped me? "Oh ok just let me know if you need anything." He hugs me and then leaves. "Shut up with your crying, all the girls would have killed to be in your spot. I hope you had fun today." He winked the boys make laughing noises and walked away. Why does this have to happen to me? If I fought back this shit wouldn't happen. He could make me pregnant and I wouldn't be able to finish school. The school bell rang and I tried to avoid Michael as much as I could and got in my moms car. I don't want him to see me upset.
Michael's POV
School is finally over maybe I can make Lucy feel better by taking her out. I waited at her locker but an hour last and she wasn't there. I gave up and walked home. Poor Lucy what ever she was upset about i hope she's ok. That jerk Elvis probably broke up with her. I played with my food staring at the wall. "Honey what's wrong? You haven't even touched your food." As she puts the dishes away. "Oh nothing just thinking." She sat down. "Michael I always know when something is wrong tell me." Rubbing her hand on mine. "Oh this girl I know got upset at school today. One friend I know Lucy. She cried all day. She never told me what was up and it's bothering me. Maybe it had to do with her boyfriend Elvis but she told me she was told something personal by him. I don't know what though. But I just need to know she's ok." My dad scoffs. "Man up Mike atop being a cry baby over everything." Joe walks away. He always teased me about how sensitive I am. "It's ok all you have to do is ask her. She wouldn't mind telling her problems because you are her friend." I nod my head and continue eating.
