The grasp on your waist got tighter and you could feel heavy breathing on your neck. His breathe became louder and you grew more scared by the minute. You took a deep, shallow breath and turned around to face him. You met his gaze and screamed for your life.

It was Mike.

He looked frightening and didn't blink at all. You took a few steps back and managed to speak. "Michael...I know you're faking all of this. You thought you could scare me? Well, ha ha. Very funny. Now, let's go home. We have to get ready for the party!"

Michael just stared at you with a blank face and you were a bit concerned.

You put on a slight smile and grabbed his hand. When he didn't budge, you tried being more affectionate and rubbed his cheek with your thumb.

"Aww. I'm afraid your makeup didn't come off, sweetie." You brushed your finger over his cheek a little harder and widened your eyes. HE WASN'T WEARING ANY MAKEUP.

"Wha-WHAT?!" You rubbed the tips of your fingers together and tried to change the reality you've just discovered: hoping his makeup would come off.

You sputtered and took two more steps back, gradually, before breaking into a sprint. You pulled out your phone and decided to call 911. You cut through the forest nearby and tripped over a twig, throwing it into the air. It landed on a plane of shrubbery, two miles away.

You tried to get up, but failed because your ankle was twisted. "HELP ME! Somebody...." You desperately called out.

It was over.

Footsteps came behind you, crackling on dried blades of grass and twigs.

You were so scared that you covered your ears from your own pitiful cries and screams.

Your head turned around and saw this tall figure, toppling over you.

It was him.

The guy you were once in love with.

Now possessed.

You didn't want to face this tragic reality.

You but your lip until it bled, as he came closer to your face.

You closed your eyes and prepared for the worst that could happen.

He inched closer and closer towards you, pinning you on the ground.

"This is the end of your life.."he whispered in your ear.

You screamed to the nighttime sky for mercy...
