I was watching my little princess sleeping in her nice and warm crib in the nursery. Penny should be home any minute now from work. An hour later I hear Penny coming into the door. I hurry downstairs and find my wife drunk having a hard time walking. "Babe? You shouldn't be drunk when you know that there is a baby in the house." Penny laughed. "I don't care, we don't even have a baby anyway." She laughed even harder, I rolled my eyes. "What ever listen I'm going to give you one more chance and if you screw up again I'm kicking you out and your not coming near my baby." I help her up the stairs and get her changed into her pajamas. "Wha!" Daisy cried. "What's that sound?" Penny asked. "It's Daisy crying, I'll be back." I tucked her into bed. I walked back to Daisies room and picked her up in my arms. "It's going to be ok cutie pie." Penny walks into the nursery trying to hold the baby. "No Penny your still drunk." Trying my best to protect her. I put Daisy back in the crib now that she is calm again. "Go to sleep babe." I say while getting into bed with Penny kissing her forehead.
