Mysterious Man (Part 1)
(Michael is NOT FAMOUS in this story)
It was a cold and breezy night in November. The rainy storm that had occurred the nights before had cleared up and brought more coldness from the North. The night sky was lit lowly from the light of the moon over this beautiful city.
People roaming the streets in black trench coats and umbrellas heading home from long hours of their work or their business that they had to handle.
I watched the city lights from my isolated home in the mountains. Seeing the city people walk around the busy streets like ants in an ant farm.
Seeing the trees sway a little to the melody that the wind was shallowingly whispering in between their leaves and branches.
I was isolated from the rest. Not my force, but by choice. I felt as if I didn't fit in the city so I only watched from the huge windows of my two story home. My long curly black hair rested on my shoulders as I was sitting by the fire warming myself up from the heat radiating itself from the flames that burned a bright orange yellow from the fireplace.
I reminisced in the past memories that I had with the last woman I had had in my life. I restricted myself from thinking about her but there would always be a time where I would catch myself thinking about her.
The woman I thought truly loved me had betrayed my love and trust. I gave her everything and only to be stabbed in the back from her words and actions. I believed that she was the one until she showed her damn true colors and became cruel and heartless.
I had always been a kid at heart and enjoyed things that all little kids loved like toys, story books, adventures around the city with happy smiling faces and laughter. But I never had that at all.. It rarely happened but my childhood wasn't a pleasant one. With the only things I remember were yelling, beatings, and constant fear of making a mistake and being beaten for it. Not so perfect of a childhood, right?
But ever since then, my world had been dark. No sunshine when there isn't anyone that I love making it bright.
I knew what I needed. I needed a friend. I needed a person to be around with and make my world brighter. A new lover. And that's what I planned to do.
I grabbed my trench coat and umbrella and by black fedora and loafers and opened the front door stepping outside and venturing into the night. For a new love.
