Michaels POV

Her eyes fluttered open to meet mine. My tears flooded my vision as I tried to blink them back. But that was a failed attempt. A tear landed on her hand and she twitched.

I could tell that she needed me. To her, me seeing her like this because of my broken promise hurt like crazy. Not that it wouldn't hurt anyone else to see their lover in pain because of them.

"M-Michael?" she weakly asked me as I grabbed her hand gently. "Yes it's me," I whispered loud enough to hear. I was happy that she was awake and responsive. But I was also pained because seeing her like this was torture. It made me cry all over again.

"Im sorry I put you in here. My mistakes made you hurt yourself and be like this. I don't want to hurt you again YN. I want to have a relationship that we used to have. I want to be silly and be weird together like before. Lets just pretend that all of this even happened and go back to the way it used to be. I'm willing to give that relationship another chance. The choice is up to you YN. I won't rush you," I whimpered as she squeezed my hand.

"My heart is telling me to give you another chance but my mind is telling me not to. I don't even know what I want," she said quietly as a tear escaped her eye which I wiped away with my thumb.

"What do you think you should do?" I said lightly as she stared at me. "I want to follow what my heart says. I'll give you another chance if you promise me the same things you promised before," she said and I kissed her softly.

"I love you too much to break your heart again YN. I promise to love you and never leave you. I promise to never betray or cheat on you. I'll love you for all time babygirl. I promise you all of that." I cried as she reached for my cheek. My hand caressed hers as her thumb wiped my wet tears away.

"I love you babygirl." I kissed her cheek and she smiled.

"I love you babyboy." And with that said she fell asleep.

A few days later...

It's been a long couple of days. YN was released from the hospital and was back in Neverland.

I love her now more than I ever did. That's an amazing feeling that everyone deserves to feel. Being with the person that they love is incredible.

YN was playing with Bubbles and she giggled like a maniac. He kept kissing her cheek and making monkey noises.

I was making a surprise for her in the movie theater. There were hanging star and moon lanterns hanging from the ceiling with blue white and beige candles lit all around the stage as I put 24 big boxes in a line across the stage. All of them had a different surprise in them and the final box was in my pocket. I think you know where Im going with this. 😉

I snuck upstairs and layed a bag on top of the bed and called YN upstairs. "YN! I got a suprise for you!" I heard Bubbles and YN come up the stairs and into the bedroom. "What is it?!" She said excitedly and I passed her the blue bag. A white and black dress was in her hands. "Whoa!! Michael this dress is beautiful!" She darted for the bathroom and shut the door. I pulled the note out of my pocket and layed it on the bed and sprinted to the theatre.

I changed into my tuxedo and stepped out from the curtain. The lights were dimmed down low as I heard YNs heels walk into the room. Her eyes widened.

"Michael! What's all this?" she said with her hands covering her mouth in shock. " Something I should've done a long time ago." I said as I moved behind the curtain.

I guided her to the stage and led her to the line of presents. "Open them in order baby," I whispered in her ear as she opened them one by one, excitedly thanking me over and over with every surprise. The last present she opened and kissed my cheek. "Thank you for all of these things Michael. I love them."

"I have one final suprise for you babe."

She looked at me in confusion.

I took a deep breath and spoke,"YN. I loved you the moment I saved you from that asshole that we don't talk about anymore. I knew you were the one for me when we shared our first kiss together at the pool party a few years ago. I love you and I will for all time. I wouldn't change anything about you.... Except for one thing..." I said and pulled the last box out of my pocket.

I got on one knee and she instantly teared up.

"Would you change your last name to Jackson babygirl?" 💍💎✨
