YN's POV

We returned home, had dinner and I was still so angry at Michael's stupid ass! I couldn't believe it... He can't just come and ruin my date with the sexy man! I haven't said one single word to him after we got in the car. Unlike me, his friend and YFN were having quite some fun laughing at us which I hated so much and made me feel like a little kid! I didn't even get it... what the hell was so funny?

"Maaaan, dinner was great! Thank you girls." Daniel said. I couldn't believe they convinced us to make them dinner and all because of YFN! I didn't want to but then she pulled me aside and said in private 'We should make them food, they work for us, we shouldn't' be stingy' and blah blah blah. I told her 'woman, we're paying those fools money!' but in the end we cooked them dinner because I didn't want to fight with YFN. It was obvious she liked Daniel, therefore, wanted him to stay for dinner so I decided to give in this time and agreed to cook.

"You're welcome! I'm glad you liked it." she said, looking at Daniel with eyes sparkling like a star. 
"Yes, yes now..." I begun "that you're not hungry anymore, can you please leave? I'm very tired and I want to go to bed. I believe YFN's tired too, right?" I looked at her.
"Actually, I'm not!" then I stomped her foot in secrecy under the table "Oh I am I am!" now this answer I liked!
"We're both tired so please leave."
"Leave?" Michael said, sitting comfortably on the chair "What do you mean leave?"
"Well, you know... go somewhere to sleep where I won't see your ass..."
"I'm sorry woman, but no can do. We're staying here." he said and placed his hands behind his head to support it.
"WHAT? What do you mean you're staying here, you can't stay here!"
"The money that you paid us didn't include the costs of a hotel room nor the costs of a transportation to the hotel room..."
"HAAAA????" I got up from the chair in disbelief.
"We came all the way here.. what did you think we have houses in every city that we go to? Hell no."
"But but but..."
"If you don't like it, you're gonna have to give us money for a hotel room as well." he devilishly smirked.

Man, how much I wanted to kick his ass right now!!

"Oh my Gosh, I can't believe my ears!!! YFN say something! Give them money!"
"You know I don't have..."
"Well me neither! I used everything that I had to pay them for the job!"
"Listen, I think you should calm down... "
"No! I think they should leave now!"
"Can we talk in private, YN?" we went in the living room.

"I don't think it'd be a bad idea if they stayed.." she whispered.
"What the hell??"
"Shh... In case the ghost appears again besides... it's not a big deal! They're just gonna sleep and you know we don't have any money to give them!"
"I DON'T WANT HIM HERE!"
"Don't yell, they're gonna hear us!"
"Michael's terrible I can't stand him!"
"'cause you like him" she cleared her throat.
"What did you say?"
"Nothing!" she lied.
"I totally don't like him! He's rude, self-centered, stupid, immature, lazy, stubborn and and... I hate him!"
"Yeah right." she sarcastically said.
"YFN I mean it!"
"I believe you!" it was even more sarcastically.

"Girls, " Daniel suddenly appeared from the kitchen.
"Yes, Daniel?" YFN immediately replied with a smile on her face.
"I don't want you to fight because of us.. if we can't stay here, we'll sleep in the car or something.."
"No, no!" she said. "There's no problem, you can stay! We were just talking about the guest room upstairs! YN said we should change the sheets for you, guys!"
"I didn't say that!" but she ignored me.
"With fresh ones!"
"Are you sure it's okay?"
"Yeah! Absolutely! We were about to go get the room ready, right YN?"
"Mhm..." I had no choice, after all, It was her house.
"Thank you very much, it means a lot and..." he came closer to us and whispered "Don't pay attention to Michael, that's just his character and he's been through a lot so..."
"Yeah sure." I sarcastically replied.
"No problem, Daniel, don't worry about it!" YFN said.

Like if a cared. I've been through a lot too but I didn't treat other people like Michael did!

"Well, in that case, we'll do the dishes to help you, girls!"
"Thank you, Daniel, that's so sweet of you!" YFN showed him her 24 karat smile.

We went upstairs, changed the sheets with fresh ones and got the room ready for our "guests". Afterwards, when we returned downstairs we found the table clean and the dishes done. I had to admit that surprised me a little because as far as I knew Michael, he wasn't the type to do this kind of work. Probably poor Daniel did it all by himself.

"Everything's ready, guys!" YFN said.
"Thank you so much again, YFN..." Daniel said to her.
"No problem..." her cheecks got red.
"Well, I guess we'll go to bed now and tomorrow we'll take a good look at the mirror and see what comes next."
"Great!" YFN said. Those two were having a nice chat while Michael and me were being silent. I pretented I was looking around the room but there were few times when my eyes met his. He was staring at me. He was checking my body out....
"If something should happen tonight, call us immediately, okay girls?"
"Yes."
"C'mon, Mike, goodnight girls."
"Goodnight, Daniel!"
"Goodnight..." I murmurmed but Michael didn't say even one word. How rude. He only got up from the chair to follow Daniel and our shoulders almost brushed when he walked passt me. I inhaled the scent of his manly cologne and had to admit... he was stupid but had a nice taste.

While YFN was locking the house, I closed the windows and we made our way upstairs to her room.

After getting ready, we laid down in bed and that was when I felt how tired I actually was.

"Oh man.. this feels so good." I said, laying on my back.
"Sure does, I'm so tired."
"Me too. It's been a long day. We searched the entire house."
"Yeah... but I can't wait for the new day to come. I want them to examine the mirror so we can finally end this problem and go back to our normal lives."
"I want the same thing, YFN but then Daniel will leave.."
"What do you mean?"
"You know what I mean, girl! Even the biggest fool can tell that you like him!"
"No, I don't..."
"C'mon, don't hide it from you BFF!"
"Well..." her cheeks turned red again "I do."
"I knew it. I think you should tell him before he leaves."
"I'm embarrassed and what if he doesn't like me?"
"He does." I said.
"How do you know that?"
"I see it in his eyes.
"Really?" suddenly her eyes glistened.
"Yeah!"
"I hope you're right."
"I am, you should tell him. He's a nice guy, nothing like Michael."
"And you don't like Michael?"
"I don't."
"Hmm... because your eyes speak differently."
"He's handsome but I can't stand his bad temper. He thinks he's the best man in this world." YFN giggled "What's so funny? I am right!"
"He's only trying to impress you, girl!"
"Well Daniel's trying to impress you too but doesn't act like Michael! You know what, forget it, let's sleep!"
"Whatever you say..."
"Tomorrow, when they get the job done and leave, I'll be able to return to my house and back to my life again."
"You sure will. Goodnight, YN."
"Goodnight and... thanks for helping me. I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own."
"You're like a sister to me, no need to thank me."

I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was the bright sun light coming through the window. I turned around on the other side of the bed to see YFN wasn't there, then I heard the shower from her bathroom.

I suddenly realized that we didn't wake up at 3:18 am !! Man I was so happy! This was a good sign! Taking the mirror off my bathroom wall was probably what helped us! I had to tell Daniel about it but first I had to use the bathroom!

I got up from bed and knocked on the bathroom door.

"YN is this you??" she asked me from inside.
"Yeah and I need to use the bathroom!"
"You gotta wait I'm almost done!"
"But it's an emergency! I need to pee!"
"Go use the other bathroom in the corridor!"
"Okay!"

I quickly scurried out of the room and started running. Damn, I shouldn't have drunk all that juice yesterday!

Just as I was about to take the turn for the end of the corridor where the bathroom was, something crushed onto me and I collapsed on the floor, holding my head. I looked up to see who the hell was standing on my way and to my surprise it was Michael.

He was wearing long pajama pants only, bare chest, and was holding a towel in his hand. He smelled like shower gel and water drops were dripping from his black curls. 

I couldn't stop my eyes from staring at his perfectly silk chest... He didn't do anything but just stayed there, looking at me with a sexy smirk on his face. When I realized what was I doing I quickly snapped out of it and said

"Watch where you goin'!"
"You watch where you goin'..." his voice was husky.
"No you should watch where you goin'! I fell because of you! I could've broken something."
"You fell because you were running in a place where you shouldn't be running!" why did he had to have such a smart ass mouth??!
"You know what.. whatever!!" I placed my hands on the floor for a support to get up.
"Wait, I'll help you!" he reached his hand towards me and when I took it he pulled me too hard and fast so I lost my balance. He caught me but then slipped on the water that had dripped from his curls, and we fell with me on top of him.

"Oooh God my back!!" he complained but I didn't pay attention to his words because my face was buried in his toned chest and my two hands were placed on his "breasts". I could hear his heart beating. His skin was warm and smooth.
"I'm sorry but you slipped, it wasn't my fault..." I kind of felt bad for him because I collapsed on him, this must have hurt him a lot.... Just as I was preparing to get up, my legs somehow got between his and felt something hard poking me. "Oh God Michael!!!!!"
"Oh yeah girl, keep it there... I like it..." he said in a seductive voice... I blushed.
"What??"
"I like how your breasts feel too..." then I realized my breasts were flat against his bare chest and only my light pajama top was between us.
"Oh Lord!" I quickly got off of him. He got up too and begun fixing the big bulge in his pants. "Oh please stop! Not in front of me! It's disgusting!!" I covered my eyes.
"It's just a morning boner, why are you making such a big deal out of it, woman!?"
"Because it's gross!" he came closer to me and said
"I see you don't have much experience with men.." and winked at me.
"That's no true, I do!" I lied.
"Yeah right... but no wonder you don't. When men see the kind of poisonous cobra you are, I bet they run away."
"WHAT DID YOU SAY!!??? YOU FOOL I TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME SNAKE!"
"But that's the truth, woman! No need to yell so early in the morning, geez!"
"YOU KNOW WHAT I'M DONE WITH YOU AND YOUR STUPID ROTTEN ATTITUDE! THAT'S WHY YOU CAN'T FIND A WOMAN FOR YOURSELF AND YOU NEVER WILL!"
"Oh really!! Let me tell you something... whenever I want a woman, I have her! 'cause I'm a real man!"
"HHAHAHAHAHAA you real man!!??? Hahahaha!"
"You know what.. laugh as much as you want, I don't care. Now collect your poison and go bite somebody else!" with this he begun walking to the guest room.
"I TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME A SNAKE!" I simply lost it. He got me hell angry.

I run to him and jumped on his back, holding onto him with my feet around his waist and begun hitting whatever my hands reached.

"AHHHH AHHH HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME!" he begun screaming like a lady, probably on purpose, so Daniel and YFN got out of the rooms "THIS WOMAN IS CRAZY SHE'S GONNA KILL ME! HEEELP! AHHHH IT HURTS!" okay, he was exaggerating it.
"What is going on here!" YFN said and she and Daniel came to pulls us apart. He grabbed me by the waist and took me off of Michael.
"What are you guys doing!" he said "Mike, did you do something to her??" he asked.
"Noooo! Absolutely nothing!" he said, while fixing his curls because I got them all over the place.
"HE'S LYING! HE CALLED ME A SNAKE AND HE TOTALLY PUSHED ME AND THEN INSULTED ME!"
"That's not true!" he pointed his finger at me "It was not an insult but the truth!" his words made me angry again so I jumped at him to hit him some more but Daniel caught me. Damn!
"LET GO DANIEL! I'LL SHOW HIM HE'LL REMEMBER ME WHEN I BEAT HIS ASS!"
"YN, please stop!"
"Michael, apologize to her!" Daniel said.
"WHAT!!! But it wasn't my fault! She started it!" he protested.
"LIAR!" I yelled.
"Doesn't matter, be a gentleman and say you're sorry! YN, I'm gonna let go now, will you behave?"
"Yes." I said.
"Okay, now..." he did "Michael, what do you have to say to YN?" Michael crossed his arms in front of his chest, looked away and through his teeth said
"I'm sorry." he looked like a mad child to me.
"Good. Now, let's all go to our rooms, get dressed and meet downstairs to get some work done, how 'bout that?"
"Okay." I murmured.
"Fine." Michael said.
"Good."

YFN grabbed my arm and lead me to her room. Daniel did the same with Michael. It felt like we were two children who were fighting over candy.

Before YFN pulled me inside of her room, I turned my head around secretly to find Michael looking at me, also in secret from Daniel, and stuck my tongue out at him! HA! He frowned his eyebrows at me in a "just wait and see" kind of motion. As if I was afraid of him!

After me and YFN got dressed, we went downstairs to find Michael and Daniel already waiting for us.

We got outside, went to the car and Daniel and Michael carefully took the mirror and brought it inside.

They carefully placed it on the carpet and begun their examination. Michael went to the car alone and returned with the crazy-looking ghost catching tools. He took one that looked like a blow dryer to me, pushed some kind of button on it and placed it in front of the mirror. After a minute or so, Daniel begun

"The ghost is definitely inside this mirror." YFN grabbed my hand in fear. Even though it was day time, we were still scared. I could never forget what this ghost did to me and YFN. He turned the gadget off and I asked
"So what do we do to get it out?"
"Only one thing. Read a spell, break the mirror and bury it in the dirt. Michael, do you agree?"
"Yes. Do you also have the book with the spells?"
"Yeah, it's in the other bag in the car."
"Can I ask what this spell is, Daniel?" YFN said.
"Sure!" he looked at her and I could see his sparkly eyes, even his voice changed when he talked to YFN "It's a special combination of words to exorcise the ghost out of the object. Then according to the ritual, we're gonna brake it with wood and bury it in the dirt so that the ghost won't be able to return there."
"What if it returns in something else?" she asked and the thought of it made me shiver.
"It won't." Michael begun "One exorcised ghosts can't return to other objects. They can only go back to the same, that's why it needs to be destroyed."
"And what will the ghost do then?"
"If ghosts lose their objects, they return to the underworld because they have nothing else that connects them to this world." he explained.
"Phew, good to know that." yeah, me too!
"Girls, I'm gonna need 7 candles and 7 glasses of water for the ritual."
"Yes!"
"Michael, would you go grab the spell book?"
"Yes, man."
"Oh and YN, do you have a picture of your house?"
"Yes, Daniel."
"I'm gonna need it too."

After YFN gathered 7 candles, and I filled 7 glasses of water, we brought them to Daniel and Michael, who had moved the sofa a little so that there'll be enough free space on the floor for the ritual.

"Now, I want you to lock the door and pull the curtains down. We need silence and no one should see what we're doing."
"Okay, Daniel! Right away." YFN said and immediately headed for the door. Daniel and Michael placed the canldes and glasses of water in a big circle - one candle, one glass, one candle, one glass... then lit them up. The room got darker, now that all of the curtains were closed.

"YN, " Michael said "you have to take the mirror with your own hands and place it right in the middle of the circle. Be careful not to break it, you also mustn't extinguish the candles!"
"Okay." wow, he sounded so serious, I've never heard him like this before. Anyway, I carefully grabbed the mirror, stepped inside of the circle slowly so as not to cause "wind" and gently placed it in the middle.
"Now get out of the circle, carefully and we all are gonna sit around the circle." he explained "YFN, you're gonna be a part of the ritual too since you've had encounters with the spirit."

We sat around the circle Indian style, Daniel opened the book and I felt a slight wind on my skin which was weird.

"Before we start, we need to warn you girls..." Daniel said "During the ritual strange things may happen..." me and YFN looked at each other in fear "but whatever happens, we MUST NOT stop the ritual or get up from our seats!" goose bumps formed all over my skin "The ritual must not end uncompleted! Got that?"
"Yes..."
"Sure.." I heard YFN gulp down.
"Good, everybody ready?" we all nodded our heads "Now place your hands on the ground right beside you but don't touch each other, you shouldn't make any contact during the ritual!" we nodded in agreement then he opened the book.

It was about to start.

And I felt my hands trembling from the fear.

"Kingdom of the heaven, Kingdom of the Earth ..." Daniel red from the book in a whisper
"The Lord is your King, oh praise the Lord!" everything seemed normal for now
"You demon, not from the heaven nor from the Earth, desert this object and abandon Earth!
Abandon Earth! Abandon YN's home! Desert the mirror and return to hell!" suddenly I felt an extremely disturbing feeling, as if thousands of ants were crawling my body.
"Lord, exorcise this impure spirit! Go away to the depths of the Tasmanian forest, where hell lays!" the feeling grew even stronger and now it felt as if my own skin was departing from my body! I looked at YFN, who didn't have a happy expression on her face either! Then my eyes travelled to Michael and saw that sweat was dripping from his face.

If few months ago someone had told me that ghosts and exorcism existed, I would have laughed in their face.

"Return to your father, Satan, and leave the living world forever!" the house begun shaking like an earthquake. I freaked out and wanted to run but remembered Daniel's words.
"From the snares of the Devil free us, Lord. We exorcise you, impure spirit! Your place is not among the living!" the shaking got stronger and Daniel raised his voice even more.
"Like the fire of the seven candles burn in hell! Let the water of the seven glasses cleanse you!" he stuck his hand inside of the glass before him, took it out and sprinkled the mirror with it. 

That was when the shit begun.

"I call upon of the mighty power of God, remove this spirit from the Earth!" the shaking got even stronger!!! YFN's jaw was trembling in fear, poor girl was sitting there, without daring to move even one inch! Michael's eyes were the only thing that calmed me down. They were telling me to stay strong and get through this! Then suddenly, the furniture lifted itself off the ground. Oh dear, Lord, help us! Maybe doing this wasn't the best idea!!!
"Cleanse this mirror! Desert this mirror! Abandon our world!" Daniel was fully concentrated on the text. The chairs and the kitchen table spun in a circle then threw themselves against the walls with such a strength that they broke.
"Cleanse the mirror! Desert this mirror! Abandon our world!" he kept saying this words and in the process, the house begun shaking harder, the furniture kept throwing itself against the walls, wind was swirling around, then suddenly YFN looked in my direction and let out a terrifying scream. I wondered what was going on, what made her scream like that! I turned my head around and almost fainted...

It was her. She was standing right behind me. Her distorted face, the empty eyes that looked like endless holes were staring at me. Cold sweat was dripping from my body and I opened my mouth to scream but nothing came out. The air became cold and a smell of dirt and decay filled the room. I wanted to get up and run.

"YN, don't move!" Michael quickly said "YN, look at me! Don't move! Whatever happens!"

"Cleanse the mirror! Desert this mirror! Abandon our world!" Daniel kept saying. YFN was breathing in and out so fast, as if she had an asthma attack. Then the ghost appeared next to her, looking down at her trembling body. Next thing I knew, the ghost stood beside Michael, who did his best to not show any fear. He was sweating a lot like me and looked right into her eyes.
"Cleanse the mirror! Desert this mirror! Abandon our world!" she then appeared in the middle of the circle and looked at Daniel. I don't know why but I got the feeling this wasn't good. Michael's facial expression confirmed it.

She slowly begun walking towards Daniel. He looked at her approaching him and I could read pure fear in his eyes. He begun to talk even faster.

"Cleanse the mirror! Desert this mirror! Abandon our wo-" then suddenly stopped. We all looked at the woman before him. She was staring at him and I wondered why would he stop? I thought he had to end the spell??

I then noticed how he was trying to move his lips and tongue but something was preventing him.

Oh no... she was doing it just like she did it to me!!

He was trying so hard to speak and fight her "wo-rl.." and he was doing well! "d! Clean-se the-" he stopped again, gasping for air as if there was something in his throat.

Then something terrible happened...

Scarlet blood flew down between his lips.

"Oh no..." Michael said "He must say it 7 times! He must complete the spell!!"
