While getting some Christmas stuff we were on our way to the car when we hear screaming and crying and it sounded like it came from a little girl we went to where the noise came from. a

When we got to where the noise came from we saw three boys beating and picking on a little girl and we felt so bad we wanted to help her so we did we went over to them and asked and told the boys to leave her alone and to leave they didn't at first but once we threatened to call their parents then they left.

The little was girl was on the ground still crying we went over to her to try to comfort her.

Shawna: Hey are you ok?

Little girl: yea😢

Michael: You sure?

Little girl: i'm fine I just hate that they pick on me

Me: Do they always do this?

Little girl: yea

Shawna: Well why don't we take you home and we talk to your parents about this

Little girl: I don't have any parents

Shawna: What😢😢 Really?

She nods her head

Shawna: Then where do you live?

Little girl: Anywhere mostly here

The three of us looked shocked and sad we couldn't believe a sweet adorable girl like her doesn't have anywhere to live and doesn't have a family and has been out here all on her own and then we got an idea you two were gonna adopt her and i was gonna be her godmother.

Shawna: Hey sweetie what's your name

Lindsey/little girl: Lindsey

Shawna: Well Lindsey how about Me and Michael adopt you and we can be your parents and Angel here will be your godmother and you won't ever have to be alone again what do you say

Lindsey/little girl: Really you wanna be my parents

Michael: Yea you seem like such a sweet girl and your to young to be out here on your own

Shawna: So what do you say wanna be our daughter?

Lindsey/little girl: YES!!!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH

She says and hugs us we hug her back and say your welcome and then we go to the adoption center and you two adopt her and she becomes your daughter and she becomes my goddaughter and that night we have fun we watch movies pay games she gets to know us and we get to know how she became homeless and out in the world on her own.

We also have every day and she becomes a wonderful daughter and an incredible goddaughter and we never regret helping and adopting her it was the best decision we made.
