Mi young's POV  

The next day in school canteen, lunch time.

I was worried because Taeyeon didn't go to our house for sleepover. She and Stephanie were absent in our English class, I sent her texts and tried to call her many times but she didn't answer it.

What happened yesterday? She said she will go to the freak's house, if Stephanie did something bad to her. I won't hesitate to use my family's power to kick her here and I will also file a case. I'm serious about it.

I deeply sighed. 

To be honest... I don't want to do it but if she still bother my Tae, I have no choice but to do it and give her real lessons. 

I toured my eyes as I sipped my juice then I saw unexpected scene, I always spit my juice from my mouth.

Taeyeon was walking with Stephanie?? They looked close, no, impossible. Just for one night they're close? Nah, they can't stand each other.

When Taeyeon found me, she grinned and waved her hand. Stephanie quickly moved away from her and rolled her eyes.

Ahah! I'm right, they're still the same. 

Taeyeon ran and sat in front of me. I just stared at her with blank expression.

"Did you already eat? I'm hungry." She pouted. Aishh, she's so cute! But I need to focus. Don't give up easily Mi young just because of her cuteness. She ignored you the whole night.

"Are you mad?"

"What do you think?" I asked.

Taeyeon raised her eyebrows "What's wrong Mi young?"

"You're asking me what's wrong? Really Kim Taeyeon?" I irritably said.

"Um-"

"I texted you and tried phone you but you just ignored it then you said yesterday that you're going to our house for sleepover, I waited you but you didn't come last night. I was worried and you were absent in our English class! What's wrong?" I blurted out.

"Sorry about last night... It slipped my mind. And about my phone, it's in my car so I didn't see it yet. I'm sorry Mi young," she said as she held my hand on the table.

"What happened?" I'm not mad but I'm worried.

"Something just came out, I wish I could say it but... Not now. I hope you understand." She explained with guilt in her voice.

My eyes softened "Okay I'm just worried," I held her hand too and rubbed it with my thumb.

"Let's order lunch, I'm hungry too," I said and stood up. I didn't eat breakfast because of her. I'm not blaming her but I lost my appetite because I was thinking about her.

"Okay," she said as she followed me.

Then I bumped on Minho, he held my waist and wrist to support me not to trip myself.

"Thank you," I said and stepped back from him as he let go of me.

"No problem Mi young, anyway... you're mom is really kind," he said. He was in the house yesterday and he met Ma not mom.

Taeyeon's jaw clenched "He went to your house?"

"Yes, we started doing the project," I explained.

"So what, dyke?" Minho said.

Taeyeon frowned, so did I.

"What did you say?" Taeyeon asked.

"Oh sorry, did your best friend know that you are a lesbian?" Minho countered to Taeyeon.

I cocked my brow looking at him. Wait. He knew?

"What?"

"I see how you look at your best friend, Taeyeon. Obviously you're in love with Mi young!" He raised his voice to get the attention of others. 

He succeeded as everybody were looking at us.

"H-how did y-you know?" Taeyeon stuttered.

"Because I like Mi young and it's too obvious Taeyeon. Mi young is just being kind to you that's why she's ignoring it," Minho said. 

I was speechless, he's really smart to notice it.

"Yes, I love my best friend. What's wrong with that? And I don't label myself as lesbian or whatever, I just love Mi young." Taeyeon bravely said.

I like how she announced it to everybody but I feel uncomfortable and awkward with it.

Minho laughed "What's wrong with that huh? Mi young is a  staright girl!" He exclaimed. "She will not go against the nature! Well, okay... let's ask Mi young," he looked at me "What can you say about that? Taeyeon loves you."

They all stared at me that I can't move my body.

"I... I... I love Taeyeon," I said.

Taeyeon smiled at me looking happy with it.

"I love Taeyeon because she's my best friend," I added.

Taeyeon's smile faded and I want to slap myself for what I said. I felt like I will regret it.

"Just best friend?" Minho asked and I barely nodded.

Minho smiled victoriously "Did you hear that dyke? She loves you as best friend, just best friend." Then he put his arm around my shoulders "And we're dating," what's happening Mi young? I wanted to push him but my body didn't listen to me!

I saw Taeyeon's eyes swam with tears and everyone laughed at her. Do something Mi young! Do something! Defend your best friend! She's being humiliated because of you!

"Dyke, just go away! Don't spread your virus here!" He yelled.

Taeyeon was trembling, she was angry. I feel like I betrayed her.

"Can you shut up moron?" Stephanie said as she drew closer to Taeyeon and the blonde calmed down a bit.

"Stephanie, mind your own business" Minho said.

"How can I do that? You're so noisy! And besides, you're degrading my friend." Stephanie said as she held Taeyeon's shoulder.

"Don't touch the dyke, she will infect you!"

"Shut the fuck up, you dickhead! Don't be stupid, she will not infect me you crazy moron! Gosh, we're in the modern days now. Just accept it! You, mind your own business!" Stephanie was defending my best friend. 

I can't process it.

Is it a dream? No no no, this is nightmare!

"Maybe she already infected you?" I felt Minho's chest vibrated, he chuckled.

Stephanie held Taeyeon's hand and intertwined it "She didn't infect me, I just accepted her. She's my friend and you have no rights to insult her." She firmly said.

"She's right you jerk! How dare you to humiliate Taeyeon? And what's wrong if she like girls? I do like girls too, I mean a girl. Do you have problem with me?" I know that voice.

Irene.

"Oh Irene noona," I felt Minho tensed.

"Don't call me noona, you're older than me!" Irene looked pissed.

Then I saw Stephanie dragged Taeyeon outside, shit. I don't like it.

Irene walked near to us and she removed Minho's arm around me "And I don't like you dating my younger sister, too full of yourself. You're fool! Stay away from her!" Minho flinched and ran away.

"Tsk tsk tsk... you're in big trouble Mi young, go talk to your best friend before you lose her. I don't know what happened to you and I don't like it. Also, you hurt shorty. I can't believe you just stand here and watch her being humiliated." Tears started to stream down my cheeks.

I screwed up.

I need to talk to her but I want to do this first.

"I will talk to her but let me do this," I looked around and saw the guy who degraded her. I was off guard when he said I was dating him.

I rushed to him "Oh yes Mi young?"

I used my knee to hit his balls and he held it. 

He deserve that. 

He reddened almost darkened in pain.

"I'm not dating you, sorry and that's for Taeyeon. You're unbelievable, I thought you're kind and gentleman but I thought wrong." After that, I ran outside.

I need to talk to Taeyeon and apologize.
