Mi young sat up then she jumped on me as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Taeyeon, I know you will be here," she weakly said.

I feel her very warm, I guess she has a fever. 

She was locked here all day and it's my fault! Damn you Taeyeon!

"I will take you home, you're sick."

I can feel Mi young shook her head "No, not until we talk." Then she faced me with her teary eyes.

"I'm sorry Mi young, are you stuck here since morning?" She nodded. Shit! 

"I just read your message when I got home, I didn't bring my phone here in school. I'm sorry Mi young." I feel guilty about it. She looked weak but still, she's stunning.

"No it's okay Tae, it's my fault I should've called you first to confirm it but it doesn't matter what's important is you are here." She smiled as she held my cheeks. "I'm happy to see you Tae, I miss you so much."

"We need to get out of here Mi young, let's go."

"Please... Let's talk first," she pleaded.

"We have nothing to talk about Mi young," it still hurt me to see her. I gently took her hands off me then I stood up.

Mi young also did but she fell so I quickly caught her, I hugged her as she held my arms.

"Tae..." She called me. I shut my eyes trying to contain my feelings. If she continue this act, sooner or later, I will burst.

"Tae, I love you," I opened my eyes and met hers. I am mesmerized by her beauty. She's crying and my heart melted.

"I love you so much Kim Taeyeon," she gulped then she snaked her arms around my neck as she buried her face on my chest.

My heart was pounding hardly in my chest but I feel comfortable.

She's saying she loves me but I wish that love is more than a friend.

"I know Mi young, you love me as your best friend. It's clear to me. Just give me time to accept it. As I said, I'm not mad." I held her arms trying to move away but she hugged me tightly.

"Please Mi young, I will take you to your home now."

"I love you more than best friend," I froze.

"What?"

"I love you more than a best friend Taeyeon," she reiterated.

I opened my mouth but no words escaped.

Mi young faced me "I love you Taeyeon and as I said I'd love to be your girlfriend but I was scared to come out. I was conscious about what people will tell us. I'm afraid to be judged," she elaborated.

I averted my eyes from her "If you don't like that it's okay Mi young, you chose that and now, I'm trying to move on. I made my decision you know, I will never change it." I firmly said. I have my one word, palabra de honor.

Mi young hugged me again but my hands stayed at my sides.

"I was scared but not anymore! I don't wanna lose you Taeyeon. Now, I don't care about what people will say. If they don't accept me, I have nothing to do with that. I love you please Taeyeon, I want you back." Her voice was quivering as she begged me.

"Mi young, our friendship is ruined."

"No, no, please... Back to me Taeyeon. I'm begging you." She said as she sobbed hardly.

"I already made my decision Mi young," I flatly said.

She continued to cry as I felt she loosened her hug then after a moment she let go of me. She's still crying as I looked back at her.

Mi young slumped down on the floor and covered her face with her hands. I knelt down and removed her hands from her face. I lifted her chin using my thumb and index fingers then she looked at me in the eyes.

"I made my decision Mi young but you are my exception. I love you so much. You know, I get a bright mood because of you. You are always a thankful existence. You are more than the word, Best Friend. I'd like you to stay next to me as my bright Mi young for a long time and continue to be my Happy Virus. Hwang Mi young, you don't know how happy I am knowing that you love me the same." I held her face and kissed her forehead.

Mi young's mouth curved into a smile but she's still crying. 

Tears of joy, I guess. 

"Taeyeon..."

"Be my girlfriend Hwang," it's not a question but a statement.

She happily nodded "Yes Taeyeon! I will be your girlfriend! Oh my gosh, yes! Yes!"

Mi young leaned forward and kissed me on lips! My eyes went round and my heartbeat increased its speed to the highest. I closed my eyes and feel the kiss.

Mi young's lips were so soft, I wanted to faint but I was enjoying this moment. This very first moment of our kiss.

It's simple and tender but perfect. It's wonderful as my mind went to cloud nine. 

My mind was completely shut down as I saw stars performing a pirouette. For the first time, I didn't notice that I forgot to breathe and those butterflies in my stomach that kept rumbling.

I gasped as it all disappeared when Mi young pulled back, I didn't get enough of her.

Our kiss is addicting, I want more.

I bit my lower lip kinda hard as I craved for Mi young's plump lips. It's enticing and captivating.

I never craved this much in my life.

I leaned forward as I stared at Mi young's lips, I touched it with my thumb and it's very soft.

"Um... Taeyeon," she called.

Then I was back to my consciousness.

"I think, I have a fever and I don't want you to get sick too," she slightly pouted.

Oh my sweet dukongs, she's so adorable.

"Okay, I will take you home. Aunt Tiffany is so worried to you." I held her hand and intertwined it with mine. "Can you still walk?"

Mi young gave me her eye smile, her very special eye smile that only belongs to me.

"Yes, Tae."

We both stood up slowly as I supported her then once more, she pecked me on lips.

I grinned "I thought you don't want me to get sick?" I teasingly asked.

She giggled "I just can't resist it, sorry."

"I can't believe it Mi young, you're my girlfriend now," it feels surreal.

"Believe it and you're my girlfriend too, not a best friend anymore," she smiled. "It's worthy to lose my best friend to get my girlfriend."

I chuckled "I'm still your best friend, no secrets."

She saluted "Aye aye, Taetae!"

I beamed "Let's get you home and rest."
