"We've done it so many times, Taehyung, are you not getting tried? Abigail is your daughter. She's our daughter whether you remember something that night or not, she's our daughter."

I can't count how many times I have cried the fact that Abigail is my husband's daughter. His son to my best friend. I understand Jimin, I know where he is coming from. He loves Taehyung. I know he is still foolishly in love with him and maybe he is still hoping that Taehyung still loves him too.

I even questioned myself sometimes. Is it right that I took ownership of that letter? The letter that Taehyung's Mom gave me. If my decision of loving him back is right. And if giving my life for him is the right thing to do.

Does Taehyung really love me? If yes, why am I not enough? Why did he have to had sex with Jimin? Of all people, why Jimin? Is really fate playing with us?

I was with Jisoo that afternoon for her check up. Sehun, her husband, was not here because of emergency purposes that's why I went here with her. She is doing okay. Still a bitch as ever.

"Anyway, Yoongi's taking over ceremony will be tomorrow. I told Taehyung not to bring Abigail on tommorow's event."

"She should be there. She's a Kim. Let's not take that away from her."

"She is not a Kim. She doesn't have what it takes. Another thing is, Taehyun was the only one not pure blooded Kim to go there. Do you know what their differences are? It's Taehyun's right to claim what is rightful for him because Mama loved him and he never ran after the family's money. And his mother didn't leeched off Dad's wealth. Think of it, if Taehyun's Mom didn't died, we wouldn't know about our other brother. But Abigail, she's a different case because her father is a snake."

"Jimin was just claiming what's for his daughter."

"Really?" We were already in the car when she said that. "Over the years, Seokjin, think about this, was there ever a time that Jimin tried to meddle in your relationship? God why do I even remember his name?! Think, Seokjin! Was there ever a time he crossed the line? I know you're friends and all but think of the time when he doesn't have a say on a situation and he still put his nose there."

I was quiet. I suddenly remembered the times when Taehyung was still working as a lawyer. He had a secretary named Mika. Then one day, someone sent me a very compromising pictures of Mika with Taehyung. When I told Jimin about that and showed him the photos he was so mad. He was encouraging me to take my children away from my husband but I didn't do it.

That night I talked to Taehyung and showed him those photos. He looked shocked and he made me face Mika. And when I confronted her she showed me a photo. The very same photo I saw but Taehyung was not with her. It was another man. Her boyfriend.

That didn't happened just once. The latest one was with Soobin, Cassie's boyfriend. I called Jimin to ask for a legal advice and what he told me was I need to file a case to Taehyung to pay for hurting my daughter's boyfriend. That sounded so appealing to me. Taehyung need to learn his lesson but I know we shouldn't reach the court but Jimin want to push through with it. And not just a simple case to be filed but also Divorce.

"Remember that time, one Christmas, the last Christmas of Jimin being a Jeon? Just a few months ago. You and Tae were dancing and he brought you under a mistletoe and Andi shouted for a kiss and he kissed you. I remembered him walking out and I found him crying on the side."

"Wow! Do you really have Alzheimer's? You remember details well!"

"I write everything down, Seokjin. I thought that moment have to significant. It was yours and Taehyung's moment. It was a beautiful moment and I would like to cherish it but gosh your best friend ruined it!"

I didn't gave her any reaction.

While on the car I was thinking about a lot of things. Abigail lived on the house. I made sure she will be with her father but also because of that, Jimin was there everyday too. I didn't talked to him. He didn't bothered saying a word to me too. When he's in the house, I remained in our room. I don't want to see him because Everytime I do, my chest tightens.

I dropped Jisoo to her home and I went straight to our house. I will prepare dinner for Taehyung and my youngest. Apollo was not there, he's in the US, he will come home tomorrow.

When I got there, I found Abigail on the living room looking at Aurora Kim's picture.

She saw me.

"Who is she?" She asked.

"That's your father's mom. Aurora Kim."

"I see. She's the villain to my father's life."

I looked at her. She was talking about Jimin.

"Anyway, there was a party tomorrow. I am invited. Papa will be here. He will help me pick a gown for tomorrow."

I nodded my head and I went upstairs to go to my room.

"Jin, why are you treating me like I don't exist?" He asked. "I'm here to stay forever. I'm his daughter."

"Jin ..."

I gasped when I heard Jimin's voice in our room. He was standing by the door. I nodded at him and went inside.

I sat on the bed. I was trying hard not to cry. I was surprised when I saw Taehyung went outside the bathroom. He was only wearing a robe.

"You're here." I said.

"Yes. haven't I told you that I'll just be out for a meeting?"

I stood up. Jimin is here. Taehyung was also here. I slapped him.

"Do you have a secret meeting while I was out?" My voice cracked. I hit him in his chest. "Is that why you're only wearing that? Is that it, huh? How many times did you made a fool out of me?"

I was crying.

He held my wrists.

"I didn't. I didn't know he was here. You can even ask the maids or check the cctv footages. Since I came home at 9, I didn't left our room, Seokjin, please ..."

I sobbed hard. Taehyung hugged me tight.

"Let's stop this ... I don't want this anymore ..."

"Babe, please ... I will kneel again for you ... Just don't leave me ... Please ..."

He left me. He went inside the bathroom again. While I went to the balcony of our room and I took a deep breath. I can see our garden from where I was standing. I was surprised when someone hugged me from the back. Taehyung kissed my neck and hugged me tighter.

"I love you. I love you so much, Seokjin. I am faithful, and loyal ..."

"Do you love him? Because he still loves you."

"No."

"You're a lawyer. You're good at lying."

"I will never lie to you. I love you, Seokjin."

I faced him.

Taehyung cupped my face and kissed me. I kept crying while he wiped my tears with his thumb. I pulled away and hugged him. He just let me cry in his arm.

I don't know how long we are on that position. I was started when Jisoo came. She started yelling like she's so mad about something. Me and Taehyung rushed downstairs.

She's not alone, she's with Jaewhan and Taehyun.

"What's happening?"

Eireen was there too. She is Jimin's firstborn and my Apollo's wife. Jimin looked surprised to see her here.

"Sis, what's happening?" Taehyung asked his sister.

"I am making Jimin leave and return to his rightful place! because that's where he belongs!"

"What are you saying?" Jimin squinted his eyes. "Don't talk to me like that Jisoo, I will file a case against you! Character defamation!"

"Can we just all calm down?!" I hissed. "If something happened we will talk about it on Taehyung's office. Not with the kids." I was the first to walk to the said office. Taehyung followed until everyone was there.

"In a calmer way, what happened?" I asked.

"Nothing new. That bitch is bored and he's targeting me and Taehyung's daughter. Why can't you accept that she is your brother's daughter! You accepted Taehyun, then why not her?"

"Well for starters ... " Jaewhan spoke. "We both know what happened that night of twenty seven years ago, Mister Park."

I paused. Taehyung stood up.

"Fuck you! You knew? You knew! Why didn't you spoke up! What happened?"

"We happened" Jimin hissed. My heart is beating fast.

"Nothing happened." Jaewhan said. "We both know what happened. Taehyung was too drunk, he can't even walk so he crawled, I helped him. I knocked on Seokjin's room but Andi was crying so loud so I brought him to another room. Which isn't your room by the way. You found us and you volunteered to take care of him at one moment, I was stupid but I came back just in time when you were about to give him a head."

"See! Seokjin! You call him your best friend! He's a snake!"

I sat on the couch.

"Jin, do not believe him! I won't lie to you! I won't hurt you."

I was crying. Not because of what Jaewhan told me but because I was asking my self where did I went wrong and what did I lacked or failed to give.

"I slapped you then." Jaewhan said. "You cried and you left the room, and then Taehyung vomited like he ate a whole elephant."

I looked at Taehyun. He was holding a piece of envelope. My husband grabbed it and looked at the files inside. He sat beside me. It was a bunch of papers, test results to be exact with NEGATIVE written all over it. I cried harder.

"And guess what's more fascinating, J." Jisoo said. "I may have Alzheimer's but I'm cunning. Two weeks ago, I saw Jungkook having lunch with my husband. I'm smart, remember? I took a bunch of his hair. Actually, he got mad at me for pulling his hair but what the hell, this is for our brother's happiness, the same night we had dinner here, I took a sample of Abigail's saliva and guess what? Jungkook's and Abigail's DNA matched. Jungkook is the father. How thick can you get?"

"Jin ..." Taehyung called me.

"Leave us alone."

"Babe ..."

"Leave us alone!" I yelled at them. They left. Jimin and I was alone in the room. He was standing on the other side of the room looking at me like he was about to ask forgiveness.

I stood up and went to him.

"Jin."

I slapped him. Once, Twice, Thrice ...

"Where did I go wrong? What did I failed to give you?"

My body was shaking.

"WHERE!?"

"I love him!"

"Do you have any other reason aside from that? Because I don't believe you can do this to me, Jimin ..."

"I love him, Seokjin. I ... I was about to let you be but when I saw Taehyung was in that operating table, I realized that I should've fought for him before. Yes, you are a good husband to him, you're a good friend to me, but I can do a much better job being his husband! We were meant to be together!"

I sobbed. Every word he said was like a bullet shot through ny heart.

"Please give him to me, Seokjin ..."

Jimin kneeled in front of me. He hugged ny legs. I looked at the ceiling.

"I love Taehyung and I just wanted to be with him until his last breath. You had your time with him, Seokjin. Thirty years ... Thirty years I have been suppressing what I feel for him. It's you for 30 years ... It's my time now."

I pushed him.

"You're a lawyer. You're smart. Why are you being a fool now? He doesn't love you even if I let go and give him to you. He will not love you. Jungkook is a great guy, Jimin, a fact that you didn't saw because you're too busy being a fool for Taehyung. Love is not a valid reason to tear a family down. Where is your logic? If you love him, love him! But don't ruin our family. Let him be, because if you're like that, that's not love."

"Who are you to tell me that what I feel for him is not love?"

I pulled Jimin up.

"I'm your Best friend, Jimin I'm the one who kept accepting you when the world throws you up. The only person who didn't let go of you even when you let me down a long time ago! I'm the person who loves you the most up to the point that I out you first before my husband.

Once you called me, whatever I am doing, even sex, I will stop just to go to you! Why? Because I love you! You're my brother, my family. Not just a simple friend. You're half of my life but because you're selfish, you throw it all away and now, I don't think I can ever say your name again without remembering how you trashed our friendship. I loved you wholeheartedly, we're two peas in a pod but that was before you try to ruin us. I tried to understand where you are coming from ... but I just can't seem to find the positive side of it. If you have a valid reason I can understand but ..."

"Is my love for him not a valid reason for me to do this?" He said crying.

"No."

I turned my back on him. While walking I saw the reason for all this mess.

Kim Taehyung. He spread his arms wide and I ran to him when I got to his side, he hugged me tight. I cried in his arms. I cried and cried.

"I'm sorry ... so sorry for doubting you ... Sorry for everything, sorry ..."

"I love you is better than that, Jin." He whispered. We entered our room and he made me sat on the bed.

"I love you ... I love you so much ... I love you ..."

I kept saying and kissed him.
