Y/n's pov

"Y/N??" "BRUNOO?" He immediately gets up offering his hand to help me. As I get up Bruno looks at me worried. "Y/n why are you out here?" He asks. I look down "Bruno I can't stay here knowing what my future holds. If I leave maybe things will change." He looks at me with sad eyes. "Y/n.." that's when I realized he is also here for a reason. "Wait Bruno, why are you here?". He rubs the back of his neck awkwardly "Well.. you see.. after your session I realized my power brings more negative things than anything. And if I leave my loved ones I can't hurt them." I give him a tight hug holding the back of his head with my hand. "Bruno.. I know you don't intentionally hurt or want to hurt others. I also understand why you would want to leave. And I have no idea what I'm doing." He looks at me processing what I'm saying. "Basically what I'm trying to say is if we're both running away and don't want to come back. Maybe we can leave together, and figure this out together?" I ask him blushing for some reason. Bruno looks at me with a small smile. "Y/n.. I wouldn't have it any other way."
I smile at him "So what's the plan?" I ask him. " I'm thinking. Growing up we used to be close with this family from a small town near by, when my mom used to take us there so that my sisters could help people out. We can see if we can stay there just for a day or two" I look at him "sound great." I tell him with a smile.

*Time skip*

As we get off Bruno's horse we walk towards a small house. It kinda reminds me of my aunts house. Bruno takes a deep breathe trying to focus as he knocks on the door. A middle aged women opens the door. "Bruno? Is everything okay mijo?" The lady asks worried. "Everything is alright señora Lupe. Me and my friend are going somewhere... but we need somewhere to stay for the time being until we figure out how to get there." The lady looks up at Bruno with a smile "Of course you both can stay. Nice to meet you young lady, you can call me Lupe." " Nice to meet you ma'am. I'm Y/n" Señora Lupe looks at us smiling "Come on in we have a guest room towards the back we can talk more in the morning." Before she shows us to the room Bruno speaks up "Señora Lupe there's something else I want to mention. My family doesn't know that we're here. If they come looking for us please don't tell them." She looks down "Bruno as long as you're safe and well I won't tell anyone that you're both here." As we head inside I hear a voice speak up. "Bruno is that you?" We turn around to see a beautiful girl with nice light brown hair and the most pretty eyes I've seen. Señora Lupe speaks up.  "Bruno this is my daughter Rosa. Rosa this is Brunos friend Y/n they'll be staying with us for a bit." Rosa then comes up to us and hugs Bruno giving him a flirty smile. "Hey Bruno" she says as Bruno gets stiff. "Umm.. Hey Rosa, it's been a while.." seeing Bruno all shy around her makes me upset? Am I jealous that she might be into him? Señora Lupe leaves our room "Let them sleep Rosa they've had a long night." She says as Rosa also leaves. Bruno sits on the bed still stiff. I sit next to him. "Bruno are you okay??" He looks at me "Rosa has always liked me. And I always had seen her as a little sister." I look at him "Well she's really pretty." Bruno blushes looking at me. " But you're also really pretty Y/n" I blush looking at him. "Thank you Bruno." Before I know it we both lay down and I fall asleep to two arms around me keeping me warm.
