Quirk Information: Zenitsu'a quirk, Electric Charge, allows him to generate and manipulate lightning and electricity. He can fire electrical blasts, create barriers of energy, stun people, move super fast, and even use their quirk for transportation by creating a powerful bolt of lightning to jump from one place to another.

Quirk activation: It comes out of his fingers.

Quirk Range: Medium Range

Strength: He is able to dissolve things.

Weakness: He may struggle to control his quirk in damp environments, as water can increase the conductivity and potency of his electricity.

Drawbacks: The drawback is that Zenitsu must be careful not to overuse his quirk, as excessive usage can cause electrical burns and potential electrocution. It also makes him dumb for a while and generally useless, though Inosuke likes using him as a human shield.

Why: Pervert, loves girl, has those weird hearts around his head whenever he's in love, I could go on and on about why he should be Mineta. Oh, and coward is another one. His quirk is pretty similar to Kaminari, but alas, he's nothing like him.
