And we're back at it! And, uh.... we've already got some more deaths.... yeah, sorry, but I did say there would be lots of death coming, so prepare yourselves. Sophie, you were smole and adorable, and Maia, you were feisty and fluffy, but you sadly were next. And while Kendo also died, she was lucky that the Lost showed up and Cry brought her back. I couldn't kill her off just like that, it's too dishonourable for someone like her. But the important things to remember going forward now, are Twilight, Phobos, Harper, and Kira are now free for the time being, and the League does not yet know about Monoma having OFA either. Something to remember. Anyways, let's get right back into the action! Enjoy!

-Inside LOVTech HQ-

"Hey, freeze!" A guard shouted as he spotted Twilight and the escaped prisoners. But he was swiftly taken down by her before he could take aim with his weapon. 

"Let's see here... card key.... card key.... ah, there it is!" Twilight said as she found the guards card key which would help them access other floor. But she neglected to take the guards gun with her. 

"Why don't we take his weapon with us?" Harper asked as she still carried the unconscious Phobos on her back.

"I'd love to, but they only work for authorized personnel only. I'm sure my records here were all wiped, so my access would be gone now. None of us can use it, so it's just be dead weight, now come on." Twilight explained as the group made their way over to a staircase. Using the card key, they unlocked the door and used the map next to it to see where exactly the weapons testing floor was located. "Alright, we're on..... floor 23. Let's see here.....alright, weapons testing is floor 38, let's get a move on!"

The group quickly made their way up the flights of stairs, luckily not bumping into anymore opposition along the way. Soon, they arrived on floor 38. Twilight peered out into the halls and deduced they were in the clear, so they advanced and found the main room on the floor where weapons were created and tested. 

"Let's hope that guard has access to this room." Kira said as Twilight used the card key on the door, it unlocking which made everyone let out a sigh of relief. They entered the room which was thankfully empty, and on a nearby table laid Twilight's gear. She quickly changed into her black latex suit, put her purple visor over her eyes, equipped her utility belt and loaded up her pulse guns. 

"Here, you take one of these. It's loaded with a dozen taser shots, so make them count if we run into trouble. The red button on the side of it fires them all at once, and it delivers a fully lethal shot. Only use that as a last resort." Twilight told Kira as she gave her one of her pulse guns. 

"I've never actually fired any kind of gun before, you sure you want me with one of these things?" She asked as Twilight gave her a nod. 

"It'll help you watch our backs better, and besides, Harper can't use it because she's carrying Phobos. Now come on, we don't have time to chit chat. We need to find this Samantha person and take her out. The sooner we do that, the sooner the heroes out there can possibly shift this war in our favor." Twilight explained as they went back over to the exit and left the room. 

"So, where do you think this person would be? This place is huge, it'll be like finding a needle in a hay stack." Harper said as Twilight began to ponder of where their target could be located. 

"I've been thinking about this for a while, and I have a theory. Samantha's been making her portals all over the place, but how exactly does she know where to place them? She'd have to see where the person is in order to use her quirk effectively. So, my best guess is she's in the monitoring room on the upper floors. If she has access to all that live footage, she'd be able to see all the angles of everyone outside. That's how she knows where to use her quirk and when." Twilight spoke as she opened up the door to the staircase and they headed up. 

"But if she's possibly monitoring everyone, won't that mean she's been watching us too?" Harper asked as Twilight gave a nod. 

"Most likely. Which means there'll likely be traps set for us ahead. Be on guard, they could throw anything at us. I'm sure those Nomu things are crawling all over the building too, just like they are outside." She said as the others agreed. 

"What happens if we run into a Nomu or someone with a strong quirk? Do we turn back?" Kira asked as they passed floor 50. 

"If that happens, i'm sure they won't give us the chance to run. We'll have to fight. But until you two get your quirks back, i'll have to take the burden of fighting. Should we get separated, take this and keep on moving forward to find Samantha." Twilight said as she handed Kira the card key. 

*RRRROOOOOOAAAAAARRRRRRR* Something roared from down dozens of flights of stairs as the group stopped. They all peered down between the stairs and spotted a High-End Nomu rushing its way up towards them, about 20 floors below. 

"Shit! We need to move, now! They've figured out we're missing!" Harper said as they all picked up the pace and left the staircase onto floor 57, hoping they could hide out on it and potentially avoid the Nomu. 

-Meanwhile....-

Back down at the holding center, Daina had returned to discover her prisoners gone. She carried the most bewildered look on her face as rage began to take over. 

"Injustice Squad, this is Daina. Prisoners escaped somehow, probably that vigilante bitch. I'm going hunting. I'll need some backup to take them out. Any of you available?" She said into an earpiece as a portal opened up next to her. From it, her sister Tika came out, wondering why she was taken away from her current duty. 

"What the!? Why the hell am I back here!? I was just about to ambush some of my classmates!" Tika complained as Daina suddenly gripped her head, turned it, making her face the now empty glass prison. 

"That is why! They escaped! We need to find them and kill them!" Daina said as Tika began to chuckle in a sinister manner. 

"Oh, is that so? Well maybe i'll get some fun out of this after all. Well then, shall we go, big sister?" Tika said, holding her right hand out to Daina who pulled out a gun, ensuring it was loaded with ammunition. 

"Absolutely. Let's kill those kids." Daina said as she took her sisters hand before the two zapped into an electrical outlet, beginning their search for the escaped prisoners. 

-Endeavor's Squad-

Endeavor and his squad of third year students had been bombarded from the legion of Nomu's attacking them. Currently, only half of his forces remained, with nearly all the Nomu still standing. Victor Stroman stood happily as he watched the carnage unfold. No one could even hope to get close to him, not even Endeavor or Pein as Red, the red-skinned Alpha Nomu, was protecting him with great ease thanks to him possessing Phobos' Black Flame quirk.

"Ah, such beautiful noise I hear. The screams of our enemies, the pain they feel, it's all music to my ears. For the number 1 hero in the entire world, you've absolutely disappointed me so far." Stroman said as he eyed Endeavor down on one knee, his costume all torn up and skin either charred or heavily bruised from fighting Red. 

'This Nomu.... it's so much stronger than any created before..... and its quirk.... it's the same as that boys.... Phobos.... it's stronger than my flames..... I can't..... I can't beat this thing!' Endeavor thought as he rose back up to his feet as Red only laughed at him. 

"Big man.... weak power.... Weak hero dies...." Red spoke as he then roared at Endeavor who charged Red. 

"I'll show you weak when you're the one who's left a smoldering corpse!!" Endeavor shouted with pride as he body-checked Red, but did not knock him down. Instead, the two locked hands and entered a shoving match which Red was easily winning. Endeavor, despite using the heat from his feet from melt into the ground, was being pushed back until he was shoved against the side of a building. Red then ignited his hands with the black flames, burning away Endeavor's flames and charring him even more. Endeavor wailed in pain as Red only laughed at him more. 

"Get off number one hero, creature!!" Sergei roared as he bashed into Red, knocking him away. Sergei had taken to his large demon form, and his hellfire just oozed from his mouth as he was itching for a fight. "You were created to be a monster, but now, you face a real one! I am the Monster Hero: Diabolos!!"

"Bigger hero.... better challenge...." Red said, reigniting his hands as the two monstrous creatures roared at one another before charging each other. Sergei spewed flames from his mouth at Red who stopped to guard, and in the smoke, Sergei closed the distance and wrapped his arms around Red's waist. In one swift motion, he lifted Red up and over himself, crashing his head into the ground. 

And as the two fought, Pein ran over to Endeavor and helped him stand up. His hands had been partially melted away, as even the bone beneath his skin was showing. 

"Come on, number one, you can't go down just like that. You'd look pretty weak to everyone if you went down so easily." Pein said with a small chuckle as Endeavor gritted through the pain and reignited himself. 

"I know.... but that one Nomu, it's unlike any seen before. Not even I can hurt it. Its defenses with Phobos' quirk are too strong, we can't get any chances at attacking its head. We need to stop it so we can get that clear shot." Endeavor said as Stroman began to clap to them. 

"Bravo gentlemen, bravo. You've deduced a very standard plan to try and kill Red. Too bad that will never happen. Against him, your window of opportunity is so small, not even an ant could get through. He's simply too powerful for you all. Why, i'm sure Gigantomachia would have difficulties taking him on as well. The only person alive who could defeat such a beast is Shigaraki. And speaking of which, i'd say at this point, you have less than 30 minutes until he's reawakened. Tick tock, heroes. Tick tock." Stroman said as he then looked at his watch and laughed a bit. "And it seems my time here watching the show must come to an end. I am needed elsewhere. But don't worry, others will take my place. One that i'm sure you're familiar with, Endeavor. Toodles!"

A portal then opened up next to Stroman and he hopped into it as the next person came out, along with 3 others. 

"Well, well, so nice to see you, cousin." Markus spoke as he, Jade, Killer, and Poppy now entered the fray, having been fully healed after their duel with Josh and Trini.

"This bastard again.... I have unfinished business with you!" Pein shouted, pulling out a glock as he took aim at Markus. But Killer stepped in the way and pulled out his revolver, taking aim as well. 

"Don't try it. You ain't gonna outshoot me." Killer told him as he cocked his gun. 

"And what the hell are you doing here? I always knew you as someone who didn't like to share power, so what are you doing working with the League anyways?" Endeavor asked Markus who was cracking his knuckles. 

"I'll work with them if it means getting what me and my squad want. And if we share the same goals, then we'll gladly be a part of the League. All we've gotta do is keep you busy until our leader wakes up from his year long sleep. Shouldn't be too hard considering your state, number one." Markus said as Endeavor tried igniting his hands, only for a massive surge of pain to course through his arms. 

'That Nomu damaged my hands so much, even my own flames hurt me when I use them. I'm running out of options to attack, and fast. And we're losing our forces too. We need backup, but no one's coming! How can we win this!?' Endeavor thought as one of Samantha's goopy portals opened up in the ground next to Pein. Everyone looked and saw Steve, Stacy, and Tetsutetsu pop out of it.

"Aaaahhhhhhh!!! Where'd that icy bitch go!? I've got a score to settle for killing those girls!!!" Tetsutetsu roared in anger as both sides were a little confused. 

"Well, this sure is interestin'. Just means more targets for me to k-" Killer tried to say as he was suddenly shot right in his chest. As he had momentarily looked to the new arrivals, Pein took the opportunity to shoot him. Killer went down, landing on his back. And, as he tried to get up, Pein fired again, double-tapping Killer with a shot to the head, taking him down for good.

"I want your leader, not you. But if you get in my way, I won't hesitate to kill you." Pein said as he once again took aim at Markus who's smile went away in exchange for a deadly glare. 

"That's two of my own that have died on this day. First my son, and now you have killed one. But unlike my boy, I do wish to kill you, vigilante. I'm going to enjoy twisting your head right off that scrawny body of yours." Markus told him, his fists charging up with his quirk as he approached Pein with deadly intent. 

"Oh no, ya don't! I'm the one you're facing, big guy! Just try and knock me out!" Tetsutetsu roared with pride as he slid in between the two men, his skin turning to steel in the process.

"Out of my way, kid! I'm on your side, but I will not hesitate to hurt you if you get in my way!" Pein told him but Tetsutetsu refused to budge. "What're you, deaf!? I said move!!"

"No way!! Endeavor's clearly down, and Sergei's busy with that big ass Nomu over there! I'm our best shot at whoopin' this douche bag's ass! You guys focus on his goons instead!" Tetsutetsu ordered as he charged Markus. 

"Just because you're made of metal, it doesn't mean you're invincible! I'm gonna smash you to pieces, loud mouth!" Markus yelled as he raised his fists up into the air and brought them down onto Tetsutetsu. He collided them right into his head, and Tetsutetsu's feet actually sank into the concrete. But he remained standing. 

"I'll admit.... that really hurt..... but it'll take a lot more than brute force to beat me!!!" Tetsutetsu roared as Markus was shocked to see someone take a blow from him so easily.

"Jade, Poppy, take care of the rest. Seems like this one's gonna be more fun than I anticipated." Markus said as the girls went off to fight some of the third years, as well as, Steve and Poppy. "Now then, let's see how many times I have to hit you before you crack like an egg."

"Joke's gonna be on you because that doesn't happen! Now bring it on!!!" Tetsutetsu screamed as he rammed his head right into Markus, pushing him back along the ground as the two began their clash of endurance. 

"Pein.... help me stand...." Endeavor suddenly spoke as Pein turned and ran over to him. "I'm not sure I can use my hands anymore. I'm unfit to fight in any major battle now, but I can still fight if needed. However, even with these students arriving, I am sure my cousin, Markus, and that red Nomu won't let us pass. While there's an opening, go. Advance to Central Park!"

"I won't hesitate this time, i'll go! I'm gonna find that Stroman asshole and put a bullet right through his brain! Good luck, Endeavor! Don't die on us!" Pein spoke as he took off down the street while he had the chance.

"I'm not sure I can keep that promise now...." Endeavor said, looking at his hands and then to the battlefield as he re-entered the fight. 

-In the New York Sewer System-

"Ugh! It's so gross down here! Why'd we get stuck with this job anyways!?" Alicia, member of P.H's Sub 3 said as she was currently walking ahead of the rest of her group, using one of her light swords to light up their path. 

"Because other than the pros, we were best suited to be the strike team. And the pros were too busy leading the students up above anyways, so we kinda had no choice. Now zip it and keep your eyes forward. According to this map, we should be just under Central Park right about now. Only about 10-15 minutes left before we make it beneath LOVTech HQ." Kurian, member of P.H's Big 3 said as their team of six continued to advance to their target: Shigaraki.

"So they actually want us to off this guy? Like, for real kill him, right?" Sophia asked as Marimo, who was currently polishing one of his swords, gave her a nod. 

"Yup. This is one time we have to ignore the rules of being a hero and take a life. But if we do, then we will make the world a much safer place. Cut off the head of the alpha, then the rest of its pack crumbles." He said as, despite getting confirmation to do it this time, he still felt hurt about what he did to Vassago the drug lord before. 

"It feels weird, but it's what must be done. Everyone's counting on us to take down the League's leader. If we can do that, then we win. At least, I hope." Namiko said as she then let out a big yawn. 

"I doubt it. Have you heard all the noise coming from up above us? It sounds like both sides are getting pounded. And they're villains, if their leader gets taken out, they're not going to stop until they have a good reason to surrender." Marco told them as they all unfortunately agreed. However, the sudden sound of hissing made them all quiet down. And a splashing sound made them all activate their quirks in preparation. Alicia created another light sword, Sophia grew her three tail hydras from her lower back, Marco's black spikes grew from his torso, Namiko began to control the water nearby, Marimo unsheathed all six of his swords with his spirit arms, and Kurian plucked two metal feather blades from his wings.

"I had a feeling we'd run into opposition once we got closer. Everyone, get ready." Kurian said as, coming into Alicia's light, was a huge snake Nomu. It was easily 4ft wide and well over 100ft in length as is slithered towards the group who spread out as much as they could. But with there being not a lot of space in the sewer, fighting this thing would be tricky.

"Holy shit, this thing is huge!!" Namiko said in shock as the Nomu went from hissing to roaring at them as Marimo stepped up to it. 

"Easy peezy. Watch this!" He said as he brought all of his blade along his left side and swiped at the Nomu. But his swords did nothing but bounce off as he soon found out the Nomu's snake scales had turned to diamond. 

"No, it's got Amelia from Class 2's quirk!? How're we supposed to hurt it!?" Sophia questioned as the snake whipped its diamond tail forward, slamming it into Marimo and crashing him into a nearby wall. The snakes scales then turned to normal as it began to hiss again, a sign of it breathing. 

"We just have to hit this thing when it goes to breath. Timing is everything, this isn't impossible!" Marco said as Marimo got back up and rejoined them. 

"Yeah, now you tell me." He said, popping a cramp in his neck.

The Nomu then lunged at them, it baring its razor sharp fangs as it went for Namiko first. But she countered by thrusting her arms forward, making the water she was controlling launch itself at the serpent. She splashed it with the water, and then closed her hands into fists. This action of hers causes water she's controlling to freeze into ice. The Nomu quickly froze, at least half its body did, and it fell limp for a moment. But the sound of the ice cracking meant it was going to burst out of it soon.

"Namiko, Marimo, Kurian, you three go on ahead while you've got the chance! We'll take care of this thing!" Sophia said as she and the rest of the Sub 3 stepped forward to deal with the serpent. 

"Fine, but don't take too long! We may need your help further down! Come on, guys! We're almost there!" Kurian said as the Big 3 advanced, leaving the Sub 3 behind. And, as the Big 3 disappeared into the shadows, the serpent broke free of its icy encasement and hissed at the three students. 

"So, uh.... anyone got a plan for actually beating this thing!?" Marco questioned as Alicia morphed her light swords into floating rings. She sent them all flying and cut up the serpents scales a bit, causing it to bleed. But after a few more attempts, the serpent made its skin turn to diamond just like before. 

"Not really, I was just gonna keep hitting it until it stayed dead!" Alicia said as the serpent whipped its diamond tail at them all. The three of them jumped above it, but it seemed the serpent anticipated this as it then coiled its tail around Marco. Luckily for him he'd already activated his spike quirk and was covered in them. But the serpent wasn't looking to crush him in its grip, no, no. It lifted him over its head and opened its gaping mouth wide. 

"Uh, anyone wanna help me!? Don't really wanna be a snake snack!!" Marco frantically said as Sophia's tail hydras all attacked the serpent as its diamond skin reverted to normal again. They dug into the fleshy exterior of the serpent, ripping it to pieces but not slowing it down at all.

"Come on, drop him already!!" Sophia shouted in frustration as her hydras and Alicia's rings kept on chewing and cutting away at the serpent. But despite all the pain it was in, it was hellbent on consuming Marco. And before any of them knew it, it dropped him right in its mouth and closed its jaws, swallowing him whole. 

"NOOOOO, MARCO!!!" The girls screamed in panic and shock as one of their best friends had just been eaten alive by this Nomu. However, before they could do anything, the serpents stomach area began to bulge up and it made a more painful hissing sound.

"Wait, what's going on!?" Alicia questioned as Marco's black spikes suddenly began to penetrate through the serpents skin. The giant snake quickly turned its skin to diamond, but the spikes still came through, and the girls could see them getting closer to the head, coming from the stomach up. 

"Holy shit, Marco's fighting that thing from inside it! Where it can't defend itself!!" Sophia said in absolute amazement as the serpent flailed its whole body around, trying to mess up Marco and consume him more, but the hero within it was determined to kill the beast. And once the girls saw a spike come out right through the top of its head, the serpents movements ceased and it collapsed to the ground. Its skin turn to normal once more, and Marco lifted up its huge jaws and crawled out, now covered in sticky, smelly slime. 

"Ugh.... I.... am never.... doing that.... again...." Marco said, out of breath as he wouldn't have had any breathing air within the snake. 

"That was incredible! Did you plan that shit!?" Alicia asked as the two girls helped up their friend. 

"What do you think!? Of course I didn't! I just didn't want to get eaten by some mutant reptile!" Marco said as the two girls just laughed at him now. He just took it and wiped off the mucus from his body and costume. But the sound of rummaging caused them all to stop and look at the serpent again. It may have been dead, but something within it, closer to the end of its tail, was moving. And soon enough, it was torn open and whatever was inside came out. 2 half human(top half), and half snake(bottom half) High End Nomu came slithering out and they roared at the young heroes who readied themselves once again.

"We just can't catch a break, can we? How many of these things does the League have at their disposal, they're freakin' multiplying like flies!" Sophia questioned as she regrew her tail hydras.

"Not important right now. We need to get past these things so we can assist the Big 3. I'm sure they've run into more opposition down there. So come on, let's slay these beasts!!" Marco shouted as the trio of heroes charged their new opponents. 

The great war for the future rages on, but the heroic forces of good are quickly dwindling away. And with their leader, Endeavor, now severely wounded and almost unable to use his quirk effectively, their struggle just got a whole lot harder. And for the strike team, their mission to slay Shigaraki has hit a bump in the road now that Nomu have finally crossed paths with them. Will they arrive at their destination in time? Only time itself will tell. Only 20 minutes left until Shigaraki awakens!
