Hawks stared at us in shock,"W... Where did you hear that name?", I held up a piece of paper,"Found the name in an old Military book, any idea who he is or any old documents on him.", Hawks went quiet for a moment...
"Can we all talk in private, please...", Shoto nods,"We can talk in the Library, there are no cameras there and no one goes in there.", Hawks nods and follows us. . .

"Woah... This is empty.", I nod,"No one really comes into the Old Library of UA and the cameras were removed a few years back.", Hawks nods and sighed,"OK...OK...How...How do I do this? Give me a minute...", Shoto nods,"Alright, Hawks.", Deku looked worried,"Is everything alright, Hawks?", Kirishima also look worried,"Yeah, you look pale.", Hawks then took a deep breath and sighed,"Alright...", he then held his hand out, we all look at him confused,"Wha--...Hawks, I know you are complicated, but serious---", Hawks then spoke. . .

"Hello. My name is Keigo Takami. Nice to meet you, Bakugou, Shoto, Midoriya and Kirishima.",

Midoriya's POV~

"YOU'RE KEIGO TAKAMI?!?!", Shoto was in silent shock. Hawks chuckled softly as he brought his hand back to his side,"I am...", Shoto then recovered from his shock,"But... That means you were roommates with my brother, Touya!", Hawks then looked more shocked,"H-How did you know that??!", Midoriya then spoke up,"Well... You see, Sir... We are trying to find Touya Todoroki, and in the paper it kind of confirmed you two were roommates in some program...", Kirishima nods,"Yeah!", Shoto took a deep breath,"Hawks... Please tell us everything you know of what happened to him...", Hawks look at all of us, before nods and lifts the headset thing off his head,"Alright... You deserve to know... Have a seat everyone...", we all grabbed a chair by the desks and sat around Hawks, who also grabbed a chair, he took a deep breath,"So... It all started when I first met him in the cell. . .",

Keigo's POV~

"Here's your room kid. Even got a roommate.", I watched as they closed the door behind me. I heard quiet sobs in the corner of the cell or room as they call it... I slowly walk towards it and see a small boy in a white shirt, reddish hair but mostly white, a white T-shirt, black trousers and was also shoeless.
I walk to towards him,"H... Hey, a...are you OK...?", his head immediately perked up and scrambled away from me,"D-Don't come near me! Please, I-I'll burn you...!", I suddenly realised, he was a Fire Wheeler, which explains the amount of heat coming from him...
I set my Endeavor toy down and approach him, I pulled him into hug but he was trying to push me off, only increasing the heat,"S-Stop! I'm burning you!!","I don't care!", I hugged him tightly, ignoring the slight burns that started to pierce my skin,"We can be Heros together, it's going to be OK!", he cried as he hugged back,"W...What if I don't wanna be... a hero...?", I smiled,"Then you don't have to be... We will be friends forever, and we will protect each other.", I felt him bury his face in my neck, I smiled softly as the heat radiating off his body was dying down to a mode stable level. . .

"After that, the guards kept me with him as I was the only one that he would be calm around. He protected me and I protected him... We both had grown close over the years, I even came over to your house Shoto, you wouldn't remember me as much as your remember Touya....
Only, the people that ran this program... They are the reason it happened. They had pressured your brother into pushing his flames past his limit. . .

But. . .

He got burned badly. . .They disposed of his body, not even checking if he was alive. . . Coming to the logical thought that if he was alive, he would probably die of his wounds.

I was torn. . . I was 15 and he was at least 14 years old. . . And I made a promise that I would avenge him. . ."

Shoto's POV~

After Hawks, or... Keigo... Explained everything, I started to remember him. . .

I remember Touya came home with someone from the Program, so I guess it really was Hawks...

"So... This Progam, who ran it?", Hawks sighed,"The Hero Commission. They trained in the past and present time.", Midoriya sat up,"They still train you?! Why?!","It's the only training I know...", I then had to ask him something before he left,"Hawks, what are the coordinates to this place??", he sighed,"I shouldn't be giving you kids these, but Touya was your brother...", he took out a pen and paper and wrote something down, he handed it to me and got up,"I have to go, kids. Good luck.", I nod as he leaves. . .

Bakugou was now really excited,",Hell yeah, we got a location!", I nod,"We can go there, sneak in, look for old documents and then hopefully find something on Touya.", Midoriya smiled,"I'm sure we will find something! We can go there over the weekend!" I nod. . . The thought of actually finding my older brother. . . It makes me happy. . .
