7: The Attack Part One

Warning! This is part one of two!

Quirk: Bunny

"Everyone pack your things into the coach, we won't be coming back for anything you've forgotten and please make sure you've packed your hero suit," Aizawa said in his dull voice. We were all tired, all of us besides Iida, who was frantically organising us onto the bus neatly. I sat directly next to Kirishima, and as I had the isle seat I was also next to Mina, with Toru on her other side. A few rows behind me sat Todoroki, who was also my crush, and as he too had the isle seat, I could see him clearly when I turned to talk to Mina.

"Okay, so listen up. We'll be driving for about an hour, perhaps just over, and we'll stop to meet a few people. This camp is one week long and 1-B will be meeting us there," Aizawa said and Kaminari groaned.

"Why do they have to come along?" He whined.

"They're on the hero course too, they need just as much training," Aizawa said simply before taking a seat in the drivers seat. Throughout the drive, Mina kept teasing me about Todoroki and I noticed him glance at me a few times making me stutter. I tried to ignore it but every time I noticed, Mina would just tease me more. I decided to turn away from her and just talk to Kirishima for the rest of the ride, as he was probably my best guy friend.

At nine-thirty, Aizawa slowed the coach and parked it on the side of a mountain road. He stood up, announced our stop and told us to get off of the bus. We were all stood on an open clearing on the side of the mountain, looking down onto a very large, thick and green forest. Standing just before the view however were four people wearing cat-themed hero costumes, and immediately Midoriya started muttering excitedly about them. They introduced themselves as the Wild Wild Pussycats, making Midoriya squeal. They told us that our first challenge was to get to the camp from here, by going through the large dense forest, and that if we were lucky it'd take us until 12:30.

"Three hours?" Mina sobbed.

"C'mon, it's not that bad," I said, looking down into the forest, however my thoughts flew away when they told us we wouldn't be alone down there. As soon as we all jumped down we were faced with stupidly big dirt monsters, that completely dwarfed us, however after months of training together, we all knew we had to work as a team. Well, all of us except Bakugou, as he treated it like a competition between him and Todoroki. Together, Todoroki and I worked well as a team as he'd freeze their legs and I'd powerfully kick their heads off. We managed to take down the first couple with ease, however as we advanced they only got bigger and stronger. By the time we had reached camp it was 18:30, my stomach was groaning angrily and my knees felt like they were about to give in any second. The Wild Wild Pussycats, Aizawa and Vlad King were stood there, waiting for us, and thankfully there were long benches set up with piles and piles of food on them which we devoured.

The camp was amazing, it had nice food, nice rooms and a gorgeous spa bath, separated by gender. Once the food and plates were cleared away, we were allowed to rest and we got to spend an hour in the spa baths, which I was incredibly ready for. In our rooms we each changed into our bikinis, and Momo made us all bikini wraps to wear over the top. We were all about to head out when I realised I forgot a hair bobble, so I ran back to my room to get one from my bag. Not wanting to waste the hour, I ran back towards the spa bath only to run straight into someone.

"Oh, sorry I-," I stopped when I realised I had crashed into a topless Todoroki. I screamed internally, trying not to look at his chest or arms or abs but feeling my cheeks heat up drastically. He looked good.

"That's alright, I should've been looking where I was going," he replied, his mouth looking like it was smiling even if it was just a tiny bit. "You did well in the forest today."

"Oh! Thank you, so did you, you got high praise from the heroes," I said, trying to think of anything else other then touching his abs.

"Thanks, see you later," he said, walking off towards the boys spa bath. Once he was out of sight I collapsed on the wall and slid down it into a ball. 'How did this happen to me,' I thought. I shook myself off and ran out towards the girls spa, pulling off my bikini and getting in the water, ready to tell Mina what just happened. To add to my embarrassment however she decided to tell me after I spilt my guts that the guys spa was just over the wall. I glared at her, seriously hoping that none of what I had said reached any guys ears.

That night I managed to sleep well as I was so tired out from the days activities, however Aizawa managed to get us up at 05:30 for training. "I need more beauty rest," Mina moaned as us seven girls walked grudgingly out to join the guys. Despite it being so early Aizawa had us start an intense day of training, and if everyday was going to be like this I knew the camp wouldn't be as fun as I had hoped.

He had me alternating between jumping all the way to the top of the mountain and back down again to work on jumping distance and how much shock my legs could take. It was tough and I don't think I had ever jumped so much in one day in my life, but hopping up and down a mountain five times in one morning definitely caused my legs to hurt. By the time it got to lunch I was wobbling all over the place, feeling as though I was about to collapse.

"Are you alright?" Todoroki asked, suddenly appearing behind me.

"Huh? Yeah, my legs just feel a bit broken," I laughed lightly, holding onto the table to keep me up.

"What were you doing?" Todoroki asked, concern etched on his face as he held out his arms carefully in case I fell.

"Oh, jumping up and down that thing," I said, weakly pointing towards the mountain.

"Wow, that's impressive," he said.

"What about you?" I asked weakly.

"I was sat in a barrel of water all morning changing from ice to fire," he said nonchalantly.

"Wow, that sounds like fun," I laughed and again I thought I saw him smile. "I really need a sit down." Mina suddenly called my name and beckoned me over. "I'll catch up with you in a bit," I said, reluctantly leaving him.

"Yeah, okay," he said, wandering over to Midoriya.

I was so thankful when Aizawa blew the whistle signalling todays training was over. I physically couldn't walk, and just slumped down on the floor in the clearing, my eyes shut and me trying to regain breath, my legs pumping blood round them at an incredible pace. There was a shadow over me blocking out the sun and I slowly opened my eyes to see my pink best friend leaning over me. "C'mon, we have to make our own dinner this evening," she said, holding out her hand which I took.

"Are you joking?" I murmured and she shook her head. "What kind of summer camp is this? I thought we were going to be having fun!" I whined, wobbling over to where everyone else was and indeed I saw people hovering over tables cutting up vegetables, and people crouching by open stoves putting logs in them. I grabbed a box of matches from the side of one of the stoves and bent down, trying to light a match but my muscles were so sore that my hands were shaking.

"Here, let me," said a deep voice next to me and I saw Todoroki had bent down beside me. He created a light flame in his hand and I could feel the heat radiating from it. He looked into my eyes with a soft and gentle expression which made my heart miss a couple of beats.

"Thanks, Todoroki," I whispered, still shaking.

"You seem to have overdone it today," he said with slight concern.

"No, I'm fine, see- whoa!" I said, standing up and almost falling forward straight into the newly lit stove, but he managed to catch me around my waist, pulling me back. We were so close to each other, but as we stood we awkwardly separated. "Thanks, I guess I did over work myself," I laughed awkwardly.

"Try not to tomorrow," he said. Later when the food was cooked and dispensed evenly between everyone, we all went to sit down on the benches provided. I sat with Mina however she nudged me and pointed over my shoulder. I turned to see Todoroki sitting on a bench alone, opposite Sato and Koda, and he did appear quite lonely.

"Go and sit with him," she hissed.

"No!"

"Yes! Why not?"

"Because-," I stopped, trying to rake my brains for a reason, although a part of me did want to get up and go sit with him. She raised her eyebrows and I brushed her off, picking up my plate and awkwardly walking over to his table. 'What am I doing?' I repeatedly asked in my head until I stopped just next to him, Sato and Koda looking at me curiously but Todoroki not even noticing I was there. I coughed gently and he looked up from his food, directly into my eyes. "Can I sit here?"

"Yeah, of course," he said, moving over slightly as I brought my legs under the table and sat down. The table was awkwardly silent and the two of us shared quick glances before turning back to our foods.

"It feels so good to get some food in my stomach after today," I said, breaking the ice.

"Yeah, despite it being a holiday we're getting very little time to relax," Todoroki said.

"You really don't strike me as the kind of person to relax," I giggled.

"Hm, I guess you're right," the corners of his mouth turning up. I caught Mina's eye and she was staring obviously at us, putting her thumbs up excitedly, me wafting it away, embarrassed.

After another long day of the same exercises, we were told of a Test of Courage the Wild Wild Pussycats had organised for us in the woods. They explained that Class B were scattered in groups around the forest and were going to act as 'scarers', and Class A had to make their way around a circuit in groups of three and try to get around without being scared.

The Wild Wild Pussycats organised us into groups, and I ended up with Todoroki and Bakugou. Todoroki I was more then happy with but I knew Bakugou was going to be a pain. We were the second group to head into the forest, and as soon as we did Bakugou started complaining. He walked ahead of us, Todoroki and I walking next to each other raising our eyebrows in annoyance at Bakugou.

"This is so beneath me!" He shouted angrily.

"How are your legs today?" Todoroki asked me.

"Oh, much better actually, I did as you said and didn't strain myself so much and they feel so much better!"

"Don't ignore me dammit!" Bakugou shouted back at us, and we both sighed. My senses were on high alert and I suddenly stopped walking, smelling something ahead.

"What is it?" Todoroki asked, his voice calm and soft.

"I smell something ahead," I said.

"What's that, Playboy Bunny?" Bakugou turned and I gritted my teeth.

"Don't call me that, Sweaty," I shot back.

"WHAT? Say that again, I dare you!" He shouted, creating mini explosions in his hands.

"Shut up! Look," Todoroki said, nodding his head behind Bakugou. On the ground was simply a head, somehow poking out from beneath the earth.

"Um... what are we supposed to do now?" I asked, raising my eyebrow. If this was 1-B's idea of scary then they clearly hadn't seen enough horror films. Both boys shook their heads. "C'mon then, lets just walk around it," I said, taking lead and hopping ahead.

"Quit gawking at her Icy-hot," Bakugou said behind me and I almost fell over. I stopped jumping and turned to face the two boys who were walking towards me, and with my good night vision I thought I saw a light pink hue dusting Todoroki's cheeks. I was soon distracted when a couple of strange smells hit my noise and I slowed down, furrowing my eyebrows and sniffing the air around me, trying to figure out what it was. I looked over my shoulder and up into the sky, spotting an incredibly large smoke cloud hovering over the trees. "Todoroki!" I exclaimed, pointing up at it. Both boys turned to see it, there eyes wide with surprised.

There was a sudden buzz in my head and I realised quickly that it was Mandalay's telepathy quirk. "Everybody! Two villains attacked us, and it's possible there are more coming. Everyone turn back to camp immediately, we're re-grouping. Do not engage with any enemies!"

My heart almost stopped. "How did the villains find us all the way out here, it was supposed to be a top secret location!" I exclaimed, slightly panicked. "And I assumed they caused the fire, they could be anywhere-,"

"It's alright, we'll be okay, we just need to head back to camp," Todoroki said confidently.

"Quit whining, we're gonna be fine, we'll squash these puny little villains," Bakugou said with a clenched fist.

"But Mandalay said no combat!" I exclaimed.

"Pfft, if a villain comes near me I ain't holding back," Bakugou laughed viciously, running off. We immediately followed him, the three of us trying to find the best way back to camp. My nose twitched and I almost completely stumbled over, Todoroki managing to catch me before I hit the ground. "What's wrong with Playboy Bunny?" Bakugou asked gruffly.

"Don't call her that! (l/n), what's wrong?" Todoroki asked.

"There's a strong... smell... nearby, over there," I mumbled, coughing and covering my noise. Despite the smell being far away, my sharp nose managed to pick it up. "I think it's some form of g-gas."

"Where should we go to avoid it?" Todoroki asked and I pointed in the opposite direction. "Okay, c'mon," he said, bending down in front of me and trying to get me on his back.

"It's okay, I can walk," I coughed.

"This isn't up for debate, get on my back," he said quite sternly and I did as I was told, wrapping my arms around his neck. He gripped onto my thighs tightly, which made me feel safe. We had to walk a little way through the gas that had gathered around us, and Todoroki and Bakugou were beginning to smell it now too. "It must be some sort of gas villain out here. I'm worried about the others that are still in the forest, but I don't see that there's much we can do now."

We carried on walking and slowly the gas began to disperse and my nose was slowly recovering. I was coughing less and less and managed to put my senses on full alert again. The way in which we were walking however made me very uneasy, as despite us being away from the gas I felt as though there was something strange up ahead. I asked Todoroki to put me down which he did, and we carried on walking slowly, the boys not being able to see as well as I could in the dark.

"Everyone in class A and class B, in the name of the Pro Hero Eraserhead, you are granted permission to engage in combat! I repeat, use your training! You may fight these villains!" Mandalay's telepath sounded in my head. The three of us looked at each other, realising how out of hand this situation is getting. Then, up ahead, I realised why my senses were tingling. I could make out a man dressed in black, his arms being restraint by a straight jacket he was wearing. I could see he was hunched over something, it smelling like blood and looking like the shape of a hand. The man noticed us, however Todoroki nor Bakugou had seen him yet. I could see from his mouth there were blades growing from his teeth, and they lifted him up off of the floor.

Suddenly the villain began sending his dagger like teeth straight towards Todoroki. What happened next was so quick and excruciatingly painful, I barely had time to comprehend my actions. Just as Todoroki noticed the villain I kicked him out of the way, in time to have the three sharp blades impale me. I was pushed to the ground as they dug into my body, one through my right shoulder, one into my left thigh and one sliced my left hip. I could see Todoroki's mortified face stare at me, white as a sheet with fear, anger and worry spread across it. I smiled weakly, knowing I saved him from this attack. As the villain retracted his blades from my body I regained my breath and I screamed out in pain as my blood splattered all over me, my clothes ripping. I laid there helplessly, feeling the blood pour from my wounds. "So pretty," a croaky voice sounded. "Blood is so delicious-,"

"YOU BASTARD!" Todoroki screamed, stamping his foot down, ice shooting up and encasing the villain. "No, No! (y/n), you're going to be fine, you're going to be fine!" He shouted as he knelt beside me. I saw one side of Todoroki glistening, as he had produced so much ice there was some frost on his skin and clothes. Bakugou ran over too, and Todoroki lifted my head to put it on his lap. I coughed, tasting blood in my mouth and feeling some drip down my chin. "HOW DARE YOU HURT HER!" Todoroki screamed, punching the ground shooting more ice up to the villain.

"(l/n), you'll be fine," Bakugou tried to be comforting.

"(y/n), hey, stay with me, you can't die on me, you can't, you have to be fine," Todoroki said, stripping off his outer shirt and ripping it up into strips. "Tie these around her wounds, I'm going to kick that bastards ass," Todoroki said through gritted teeth. I half expected Bakugou to shout 'don't tell me what to do', but instead he quickly took the strips and wrapped them around me. I cried out in pain as he tightened them around my wounds, and I heard Todoroki shouting at the villain, ice firing from his hands and feet.

"Listen, we've discovered one of the villains targets! It's a student named Kacchan!" Mandalay's message sounded in my head and I looked up at him weakly, surprise etched upon his face. "Kacchan you should try to avoid combat, and stick to a group. I hope you can hear me!" She cried out.

"I can take care of myself!" He shouted madly at no one in particular, standing and running straight towards the villain. I could barely see what was happening, I heard shouting and the sound of blades hitting ice. Pain was running through my entire body as I could barely move and barely talk.

"(y/n)! You're going to be okay, please be okay, I can't loose you," Todoroki said, and I felt myself being picked up. He clutched onto me tightly, and I could feel cold radiating off of him as ice kept on protruding from his feet creating large dominant shields. I coughed blood trickled down my chin. "No, no, you're going to be okay, I'll make sure of it," Todoroki whispered, trying to comfort me but my vision was blurry.

"S-Shoto," I mumbled.

"Don't talk, it's okay, we'll get you somewhere safe, just focus on your breathing and stay alive... Bakugou, no!" Todoroki shouted, and they continued to shout at each other.

"S-Shoto, please," I breathed and he looked down at me. "You have to run... leave me-,"

"That is not happening," he said through gritted teeth, holding onto me tighter. I could see how much he was using his quirk just by looking at his face which was half frosted.

"B-but Shoto-,"

"No, (y/n), I can't loose you, don't ever tell me to leave you ever again," he growled and I stopped talking, looking into his eyes, and I wasn't sure whether it was my vision going or not but I thought I saw tears in them. He jumped out of the way still clinging onto me as the villain drove more of his blades into the ground. Bakugou and Todoroki were shouting at each other, but defending well as Todoroki produced more ice. I just had to focus on breathing, just like he told me to. There were sudden loud bangs that sounded like they weren't coming from this fight.

"Shoto w-what is that?" I murmured.

"I-I don't know... wait... that's Dark Shadow," he whispered, his eyes wide in surprise. I turned my head slightly, pain searing through my body, to see Tokoyami completely covered by Dark Shadow as he went wild. "It's Shoji and Midoriya too!"

"We need some light now!" Shoji shouted desperately.

"(y/n), I'm going to need to use my fire, I'll have to put you down-,"

"Not so fast," Bakugou said plainly. I watched the fight through Todoroki's ever widening expression. Dark Shadow seemed to be completely obliterating the villain. He then gently put me down against a rock, and lit up his fire side, him and Bakugou walking towards Dark Shadow who was slowly coming further and further under control. I tried to sit up but fell onto my injured shoulder, and cried out through gritted teeth. Immediately Todoroki was by my side again, picking me up and holding onto me tightly.

"I'm sorry, Shoto," I whispered, feeling guilty that I couldn't help.

"You have nothing to be sorry for," he whispered, kissing me quickly on my head before the others came over, causing me to blush despite my injuries.

"(l/n)!" Midoriya called. "What happened?"

"That villain happened," Bakugou said.

"We need to get her out of here as soon as possible," Midoriya said. "And Kacchan too, I don't know if you heard Mandalay but the villains are after him."

The guys strategised a way back to camp, and tried to figure out what was happening. Todoroki, however, tended to my wounds, tightening the 'bandages' which were now almost completely soaked in blood. My blood was all over his hands and on his top, and he looked horrified. He brushed one of this hands through my hair and against my bunny ear gently, looking directly into my eyes with what seemed like sadness. I coughed again, blood trickling down my chin and he soon picked me up, us all heading back to camp. Midoriya had asked if I could use my senses still but Todoroki was quick to say that I needed a rest. I, however, counteracted him telling Midoriya that I would to the best of my abilities.

"Midoriya," I breathed after a moment of walking. "A-ahead... Ochaco and Tsu!"

We ran quickly and found the two girls, and a blond haired villain running away back into the trees. "Who was that girl just now?" Todoroki asked.

"One of the villains, she was crazy- oh my goodness what happened?" Tsu croaked, her and Ochaco taking a look at Midoriya and I.

"It's okay," I breathed, however more blood spilt down my chin.

"We're protecting Bakugou and making our way back to camp, c'mon," Midoriya said.

"If you're protecting Bakugou then shouldn't he be here?" Tsu asked. Todoroki turned around and Bakugou was no where to be seen. A slight of hand trick villain came from the sky, and had taken Bakugou and Tokoyami away from us, and was now running towards the clearing where the Wild Wild Pussycats were fighting.

"(y/n), c'mon, stay awake," Todoroki said, and he started running, fast. I felt so useless, I wanted to do something, I needed to do something. I pulled together every bit of energy and adrenaline I had left in my body, ready for whatever we were about to do. We suddenly stopped and I felt Todoroki put me on the floor, whilst he went over to the others.

"No!" I suddenly shouted and everyone looked at me surprised. "I'm going to help too."

"No you're not, you're too injured, you could pass out any second-," Todoroki tried to argue.

"I've done nothing! I have to do something, I have to!" I shouted with all my leftover energy.

"I can't let you die!"

"And I can't stand by and do nothing!"

"We don't have much time!" Ochaco pointed out. Adrenaline fuelled my body, and Ochaco wrapped bits from her torn shirt over Todoroki's blood-soaked ones. I stood up and looked Todoroki directly in his eye.

"Please, don't," he whispered vulnerably. "I can't be the reason you get hurt again."

"Shoto-," I muttered, but I felt like I was about to pass out from the shouting.

"C'mon, we have to do this!" Shoji said and they ran ahead through the trees. I caught one last glimpse of the red and white haired boy before the darkness consumed them. I collapsed onto the ground, pain overcoming me as I cried out, clutching my shoulder tightly. Tears flooded out of my eyes whilst Ochaco and Tsu knelt beside me, Ochaco making me weightless so they could get me back to camp and treated quickly. Whilst being weightless however, I fell unconsciousness, the pain from my three different injuries overcoming my body. What happened after that was all a big blur.

Slowly I opened my stinging eyes. I breathed in sharply and took a look at my surroundings, realising immediately that I was in a hospital room by myself. There was a drip going into my arm, and a table next to me with flowers, fruit and cards on it. Pain formed in my shoulder, thigh and left side, and I immediately remembered the events which caused me to be here. Bandages were wrapped tightly around my wounds, and winced as I tried to sit up a little.

I heard the door slide open and in the frame stood Todoroki and Kirishima, both smiling when they saw I had woken up. I smiled weakly as the pair wandered over, Todoroki holding a bunch of my favourite flowers, adding them to the vase on my bedside table, this gesture surprise me.

"How are you feeling?" He asked.

"I've been better," I laughed a little. "How long have I been out?"

"Three days... I came by yesterday hoping you'd wake up then, but it seemed you still needed to recover. Your injuries were bad," Todoroki whispered.

"What about the others, are they okay?" I asked.

"Yaoyorozu has just woken up, Jirou and Hagakure woke up yesterday, and Midoriya is still out," Kirishima said.

"Kirishima... do you mind if I speak with (l/n) alone?" Todoroki suddenly asked.

"Oh, of course not. I'll stop by later, hope you feel better soon, (l/n)," he said, waving as he walked out.

"Thank you, Kirishima," I called after him, before turning my attention to Todoroki. "So what - what happened? Did we win?" I asked, trying to be hopeful, but his saddened expression gave his answer away.

"No... we didn't. How much do you remember?" He asked, etching closer to my bed.

"I remember you and the guys running to save Bakugou but it's a bit fuzzy after that."

"Well... it's quite a story..." he began to reel off what had happened when they tried to save Bakugou and it was quite the story with a rather unfortunate ending: Bakugou having been captured. "Unfortunately one of the Wild Wild Pussycats is missing, another has serious head injuries, but thankfully three villains were captured, including the one who did this to you. (l/n), why did you do it?" He asked, his heterochromatic eyes boring into me.

"Do what?"

"Take that hit for me. You could've been killed! How do you think that would've made me feel if you died because of me?" He blurted out.

"T-Todoroki-,"

"Please... call me Shoto," he whispered, looking down into his hands, apparently unable to look at me. My heart was slowly breaking. I reached out and took ahold of his hands, him quickly looking up at me.

"I couldn't let you get hurt, not when I could prevent it. I care too much about you," I whispered, knowing I needed to tell him the truth about my feelings.

"Please don't ever do that to me again, I care too much about you too," he mumbled bashfully, making my eyes widen. "I-I've never felt this way about someone before... the thought of loosing you almost killed me."

"Shoto," I said, my heart exploding with feeling. He looked into my eyes deeply, softness etched upon his face. "I like you too."

I had never seen him blush so much, his cheeks turning bright red, but he slowly rose from his chair and sat himself down on the edge of my bed. I couldn't take my eyes off of him as he slowly leaned into me, our eyes fluttering closed simultaneously, me desperate to feel the warmth of his lips upon mine. Electricity sparked through my entire body as our lips met, moving against each others gently as he cupped the side of my cheek, and I brought my hands up to hold onto his shirt. The sparks between us felt amazing, and all of my pain from my injuries melted away as our lips continued to move against each others romantically until we had to part for air.

I fluttered my eyes open to see his already staring at me, his cheeks still red but he was wearing a cute small smile. Immediately I smiled back, him brushing his thumb against my cheek as I continued to clutch onto his shirt. "I needed that," he muttered, and I giggled a bit.

"Same here... there's a little bit of happiness in all of this darkness," I whispered. We pulled apart but he held my hands tightly, my heart thumping loudly.

"Will you be mine, (y/n)?" He asked quietly. I nodded my head enthusiastically, completely overjoyed, and we couldn't help but pull each other in for another quick kiss, smiling against each others lips. We pulled apart again and I knew I'd never tire of seeing him smile like that. He soon sighed deeply, and that gorgeous smile swept away from his face, looking down at our entangled hands.

"Is there something else bothering you?" I asked, trying to catch his eye.

"There may be... something..." he mumbled.

"You can tell me," I whispered, cupping his cheek which had his scar on.

"I just feel guilty about not being able to save Bakugou... how can I be a hero if I couldn't save one person?"

"It's not your fault. We were ambushed, and we're still training, we're not pros yet. There were a lot of strong villains too, they were always going to be difficult to beat," I said, trying to be as comforting as possible. The corners of his mouth rose slightly, when suddenly the door to my hospital room opened and in walked Kirishima.

"Midoriya's not awake yet- oh, sorry, am I interrupting something?" He asked, glancing to our connected hands. Shoto scowled at him but I shook my head.

"No it's okay, you can come in," I said politely.

"Have you told her about Yaoyorozu?" He asked Shoto, but Shoto shook his head. "(l/n), we passed Yaoyorozu's room and overheard her talking to someone. We had a peek and saw she was talking to All Might and a police officer, and she said she made a tracking device and stuck it to one of the Nomu's that appeared the other night. Our guess it wherever this Nomu is is also where their hideout is and possibly where they're keeping Bakugou. We have to get her to make another, we have to try and save him!"

"Do you really think that's wise? Shouldn't we let the Pro's deal with this?" I asked.

"He's my best friend (l/n), I can't stand by and do nothing! He's being held captive by villains! Who knows what they're doing to him, I have to find him!" Kirishima almost shouted unintentionally as he seemed angry at himself more then anything.

"I don't want her being dragged into anything too dangerous," Shoto said, standing up.

"I feel the same way as you, Kirishima. Once I was injured I was just a burden, I could barely do anything. I'll be discharged soon, I'll help you find Bakugou. We'll find him quicker and easier if we work as a team," I said.

"No, it'll be too dangerous, I don't want you to get hurt again-," Shoto began.

"Please, I want to help. I want to try and get Bakugou back. I know it'll be dangerous, but if our roles were reversed and you were in this bed, I wouldn't be able to stop you, would I?" I pointed out and he sighed, knowing it was the truth.

"Just promise me one thing," he said.

"Of course, what?"

"Don't even think about taking a shot for me," he said and I giggled.

"Fine, if you insist," I sighed dramatically.
