User can stay frozen in time

Pros:
-user is immortal if played right
-user is in state they freeze in
-user can keep items with them
-user is shielded from everything when frozen

Cons:
-user will lose loved ones
-user will never grow if they continuously use their quirk
-user loses everything they aren't with
-user is weak when they come out of their frozen state
-user will predict large events and hide from it

Weakness: cancer/aging
Cancer grows inside user when they are frozen and user is immoral if careless
