User can hear heart beats and other pulses of the body

Pros:
-user can focus on specific pulses when needed
-user can identify all pluses
-user has enhanced hearing when using quirk
-user can keep track of targets from their pulse
-user can help medically or other areas of work
-with training user can use quirk on inanimate objects and machines

Cons:
-user will never truly have silence
-user has absurdly sensitive hearing when not using quirk
-user must have encountered pulse previously to track it
-user will be scarily accurate with attacks as they follow pulses from others for the worst places to be injured
-user must go through riggerous training to unlock the ability and be in danger of overwhelming themselves easily

Weakness: crowds/isolation
User will hear too much or their own body, making them lose it
