User can go to new year day

Pros:
-user can travel anywhere in time and space
-user can eat and drink there
-user can return to present time and location with ease

Cons:
-user can not talk to anyone
-user throws up any sort of alcohol when not using quirk
-user will forget 1 hour before the teleport
-user will leave after 1 hour once the bells have rung
-user can only visit a location 3 times on a row or they will be remembered and put in history

Weakness: overuse
User will be stuck in a time loop of the last place they are in the present with overuse, length of time loop varies
