-user can't use any physical attack or defence
-user must use healing magic WELL
-user can't make creatures have own consciousness
-user will be exhausting themselves quickly if reckless
-user will need intense training to use any physical attacks and magic at the same time

User will be weak to physical attacks with little training and rely magic
