User can split multiple of fused things

Pros:
-user can do this with energy from split
-user can do this to organisms (maybe nomus?)
-user can split quirks/quirk elements
-user can target certain things that split

Cons:
-user will use own energy when tired
-user can only split 2 things at a time
-user takes on split quirk elements
-user must do this or it is random

Weakness: multiple splits
User must have a 5 second rest before they continue the splits
