User can form spinal cords

-user can make weapons
-user can make snake like beasts
-user can use spines as extension of body
-user can vary length and stability
-user can carry the spines
-user can channel electrical charges

Cons:
-user must have visual of weapon or beasts
-beast has no independent thought
-user will do this a lot
-user can only change length and stability/weight by making new spine
-no one else can carry spines
-user will kill with electricity used

User will be better attacking with spines
