Where the user is heavily influenced or control by their quirk.
This is typically with fungus or virus like quirks.

An example of this is Pop Off, currently held by Mineta Minoru.
Users with a similar quirk are at the mercy of their quirk from a young age. The quirk uses the body of the user to find suitable candidates where the balls can spread. Most commonly females due to the hormones they have in their bodies. Those with this type of quirk are seen as perverted due to their quirk, a few have been going under treatment to remove their quirk but all trials failed so far.

When alone or with those with the quirk is not attracted to, most users are observed to be severely depressed and/or suicidal, wanting to get rid of their quirks. Those the quirk does not target is usually males and younger females. It seems to like old women.......

Those with this phenomenon are very smart usually, unable to speak about their situation but writing alone and with the right response gets the user's mind to take control until they lose grip on physical control and revert to quirk based behaviour.

Certain types of these quirks take over the user physical if not careful, commonly users stay at one height or weight and take medicine to never become taller or gain weight otherwise their quirk makes them a zombie.

They are also observed to not eat a lot as the balls/bits of quirk create energy. This very quickly permanently damages the user so we are hoping to weaken the quirk enough the user doesn't die or lose control. It is a very difficult balance.
