This is when the use has other quirks that are hidden or repressed by the quirk they use when it activates.

This is extremely rare and usually with many weaker quirks that makes the user much stronger. Users with this can use the "new" quirk then the active one is removed or deleted.
Repressed quirks can factor into the user's personality, techniques, psychology and much more. This phenomenon is very dangerous on the mind as the user will be tortured by the energy build up of the other quirks, however some are able to use separately and combine these quirks.
