Pros:
-user can do this to anyone
-user can make a tape like block appear over a target's mouth
-targets can talk to each other no problem
-user can control if someone can move their mouth or not
-user can make mute quick or slow
-user can get peace and quiet

Cons:
-user will do it by nature at time
-user may do this when inappropriate
-user might miss a few in a group if doing this
-this is random when not monitored
-user will make it quick normally

Weakness: loud noises
User is easily triggered and will silence people quickly
